Stayed over Thankgsgiving...in general, property very clean and well furnished, but kitchen especially was well stocked and furnished! Was anxious about cooking Thanksgiving meal for family, (who live on island, but lost home in August fire) but it was a breeze and everything I needed was present. Loved the property and accomodations!!

It was a fantastic trip. We were celebrating my brothers 60th and we flew in Thursday and the surprise party was that night. He lives in the masters walking distance. The place was clean well kept. Had everythIng we needed and can’t wait to come back in January/February for whale season.

My wife, my mother and I had to book at the last minute due to construction at another condo we had previously booked. I though we would be missing out on the view because it is further from the water.
But the view was spectacular, the area was quiet, and away from all the people down by the water, and we would definitely stay here again. Even the beds were comfortable - which is not usually the case!

The mail key was missing/unavailable through out our two month stay which caused a huge inconvenience for us especially the first month.
The living room couch cover is freying badly essentially worn out. The two living room chairs are structurally unsafe as they are separating from the legs. If a heavy person sat in them they could collapse.
Other things that were reported were fixed promptly without delay and we are happy with our dealings with itrip company.

Maui condo was very cozy, clean and well equipped with everything you need to make it feel like home. Beautiful sunsets from Lanai and great outdoor eating area. Needs a little touch ups here and there but otherwise great place to stay. Will be back.

We were vacationing with friends. Two pairs. It was the first time my husband and I had a vacation in condo. When we entered the condo, the first thing that caught my eye was the cleanliness and just an incredible view from the balcony. All rooms are spacious. The mattresses are comfortable. The owners provide everything you need, just like in a hotel: a hairdryer, shower towels, beach towels, shampoo, air conditioning and so on. It seemed that the condo looks much better in person than in the photo. The only negative is noisy air conditioners. If you have a sensitive sleep, it will be a little uncomfortable. At first, earplugs helped me, and then we just turned it off at night and left the window open and the fan at low speed. A little stuffy, but noiseless. There is silence around. People seem to be there, but they are not visible and not heard. I recommend it! You won't regret it! If you get up at 4 am, you can see and even photograph the Milky Way;)

The condo is in a quiet and beautiful location with a large lanai and ocean views. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The furniture and the kitchen are functional but need to be remodeled. The bathrooms are in good condition. Beautiful Kahekili Beach Park is just around the corner.

This was an ideal location for our family. Very close to Whaler's Village and Lahaina. The condo was well equipped with linens, kitchen supplies and appliances. Beautiful, serene view from the lanai. Having the two bedrooms (one with a king and one with twins) was perfect for our family. We'd stay here again!

This is a great unit for a family of 4. Our two kids, 15-year-old daughter, and 14-year-old son, shared the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom is excellent. The A/C units worked well. The communication with the property managers was very easy.
The location is perfect for golf, going to the beach and exploring the area. Highly recommend!

The condo is in a quiet and beautiful location with a large lanai and ocean views. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The furniture and the kitchen are functional but need to be remodeled. The bathrooms are in good condition. Beautiful Kahekili Beach Park is just around the corner.

My wife and I recently vacationed in Maui and rented unit #12 at the Ka'anapali plantation using Airb&B
Upon arrival we were very pleased to find a lovely location with excellent views of the ocean and evening sunsets.
The grounds of the development are beautiflly maintained. The pool area is clean, and it was very quiet.
When we arrived a worker was replacing one of the three A/C units (in the smaller bedroom) and he was very nice. I only with he had been replacing the unit in the master bedroom
Were surprised to find the unit was very dusty and had a strong "stale" odor, similar to a house that hasn't been occupied in a long time.
My wife has allergies and asthma and within hours of "moving in" she started having a reaction to the environment. We found that there were 3 A/C units, and that 2 were old and full of mold. We went to the store and purhased bleach wipes, lysol and spent considerable time cleaning both A/C units.
We also cleaned the dust off the flat surfaces of the master bedroom. We didn't take the time to launder the comforter on the bed, which smelled like it had not been cleaned in a long time.
The smaller bedroom had a very strong oder, but since it was just the two of us we closed if off to isolate the smell.
One other issue we found was that the sink in the smaller bedroom/bath didn't drain when used.
Early in our stay I reached out via e-mail and by phone to give feedback. I never received a return e-mail, and was told on the phone that mainteance would call me back, which never happended.
Overall it's a really nice unit, in a great location. I would suggest that it needs a deep cleaning and to have the moldy A/C units replaced.

Perfect condo and GREAT location for our 1st family vacation in Maui. Very close (5min) to the beaches, restaurants, shopping but in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views.
Loved having morning coffee and sunset drinks on the lanai, overlooking the bay, it was our favorite spot. Westerly views presented some amazing sunsets. After day of exploring the island, the lanai was the perfect place to relax, take in the Hawaiian sunset and figure out the dinner plans.
The 2br 2ba was perfect for us, the teens had their own bedroom and individual beds. AC in every room. The complex has free parking, tennis court (we used it almost daily), swimming pool, shuffleboard and a library. And golf as it's in the middle of a course. Lots of options if you don't want to drive anywhere or take a break from the beach.
The condo was very clean and is WELL equipped with a full kitchen, glassware, utensils, gas grill on the outside deck, excellent WiFi, amazon Echo Dot in the living room already set up for music. The washer and dryer came in handy to clean our bathing suits, towels, etc. We never used any of the 3 TVs, the outside views were so beautiful!
In the closet we found beach chairs, towels, small cooler, umbrella, snorkeling masks, etc. it was turnkey ready for the beach.
Would definitely rent again!!!

We originally were staying at an oceanfront condo booked through itrip, yet were notified a week prior to our trip it would not be available, reportedly related to construction and maintenance issues and were changed to Ka'anapali Plantation number 12. Overall we were very pleased.
Pros: Ocean view although not oceanfront, very comfortable furniture and bedding. Better for sure than the typical rattan furniture of a lot of condos. Nicely furnished kitchen. The condo was very quiet and safe. Very near Ka'anapali Beach area and a short drive to various restaurants, food trucks, snorkeling areas.
Cons: Was not the waterfront condo we originally booked. One of the AC window units ( there is one in each bedroom and one in the living area) was a little noisy cycling on and off, yet I got used to it,and my wife did not notice it at all. Hot water heater needs to be turned up a little, I barely got an average shower before the hot water ran out.
All that being said, it was a great condo to stay in, we looked forward to coming "home" each day from our activities.
