We loved our stay. Plenty of room, fully stocked, beautiful furnishings and art, comfortable beds. Not much more you could ask for! We used the boogie boards in the garage and beach chairs every day. Helpful to have all the beach gear on hand.

We can’t say enough about how great this townhouse was. The pictures are exactly what you see on the Evolve site. It has everything you can think of and more. The location was great ie near beach, pool, grocery store etc.
We were 8 people and everyone had their own space. We had a slight problem and the owner and Evolve contact person dealt with it immediately.
We would highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future

We are two families of 4 with kids ranging from ages 8-2 and we absolutely loved this place! It fully lived up to everything we could have hoped for. We stayed for 6 nights and checked out different beaches and pools each day but all agreed that our best day was when we went to our pool (just steps away) and the Mauna Lani beach club (which you have access to with the house). Both are super kid-friendly (separate 1 foot deep kiddie pool and even shallower space that has lounge chairs in the pool!), the beach was a calm little cove with great snorkeling. We didn’t arrive early enough to get lounge chairs but just brought gear from the house (everything you could possibly need is there!) and set up our own ideal spot. There was also a lot of turn over on the chairs and we could have gotten some later but didn’t need them. I was worried there wouldn’t be enough parking in the lot but there was more than enough. We highly recommend this spot, there was even a high-chair, pack-n-play and Netflix!

We loved this property. It was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, and grocery store was in walking distance. Beach Club access was awesome. Owner left some great tips for things to do on the island. Caretaker was very quick to reply to the one e mail I sent.

This house made our trip to Hawaii! It was so comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything two families of 9 could need. The pool was literally steps away and felt like our own private pool. The week we went the neighborhood was super quiet and aside from maintenance crews, we only saw 2 other people! The backyard had the most perfect grass, the surrounding areas were lusch and overall the backyard was HUGE. The shops nearby were easily walkable. We found a shortcut path near the pool that had stepping stones leading you to the entrance/exit of the community near the shops nearby which made the walk even faster. Another huge plus was all the snorkeling equipment! So much to choose from.
The BEACH CLUB had some of the best snorkeling I've ever seen. Perfect for kids. Cabanas, lounge chairs, a bar and grill on-site, water rentals. Absolutely great beach.
Cons:
- None of the TVs had very good cable. Super limited channels and a lot of static in the upstairs bedrooms. Tried finding shows on TV for the kids to watch, but couldn't get anything to work. The living room TV was fully equipped and we setup youtube but it would have been great if all the TVs had Netflix or smart capabilities like some of the other VRBOs advertised (Apple TV, Hulu, etc.).
- Having bikes would have been great and was one of the main things we were trying to get in our rental house. This house does not provide bikes and we knew that when booking, but having the bikes would have completed everything on our wish list!
- We were given two beach access cards (as the house includes parking for 2 cars and you need a beach access card for each car to enter the beach club gate). But, the card that read "Pedestrian Gate" would not work for the car, so one of our cars would always get stuck at the gate and we would have to call the button for help. One time we even had to drive back to the house to get the working card. It would have been nice to have two working gate cards for the beach club.
The hosts were so accommodating and we were able to get early check in and late check out.
Overall, when we come back to Hawaii, I would rent this same house again and again! LOVE LOVE LOVE.
