Rare 3 bedroom condo with views of the Pacific Ocean and Haleakala Crater just across the street from popular Keawakapu Beach and just steps from the on site pool. Ideally located home for families and couples traveling together.

Maui Hill #66 is a hidden treasure that will have you returning year after year. With more than enough space for your group of 8 and a location just a moments from popular beaches, dining and shopping, you can easily create an unique experience each day you are on island.

This condo features 3 good sized bedrooms, each with AC, ceiling fans and California King sized beds. This floorplan offers 2 Primary Suites, 1 on the main floor and a larger in the loft upstairs . Both feature full en suite bathrooms. 3rd guest room has full bathroom just outside in the hall, accessible to all guests.
Large open living area features grand vaulted ceilings with an entire wall of windows that let the natural light brighten the entire room. Sitting area has plenty of seating including a large sectional couch with plush sleeper sofa to accommodate up to a total of 8 guests as well as occasional reclining chairs. Large inside dining table for 6 is ideal for game nights. Kitchen is fully equipped for meals in with plate ware, utensils and cooking gadgets and appliances supplied. Bonus wet bar works great for a brunch set up with juice bar or evening mixology sessions.

As if that weren’t enough, there is a huge ocean facing lanai with views of the Pacific as well as mountain views of Haleakala Crater. Relax on the lounge chairs perfect for sunning or read a book on the comfy couch area, Dining table with seating for 4 is ideal for meals al fresco. Enjoy morning coffee on the additional patios located off of 2 of the bedrooms. With so many fabulous options, how will you choose your favorite space to relax?

Maui Hill Resort is located minutes from the premier resort area of Wailea as well as popular beaches Keawakapu and Kamaole I, II and III. The Maui Hill Resort amenities include tennis court, two shuffleboard courts, putting green and relaxing water features. There is an outdoor swimming pool just feet from this condo that is heated in the winter, along with a relaxing hot tub. Gas BBQ grills are conveniently located throughout the property. The activities desk is staffed daily.

Reviewer Comments: Maui Hill 66 is a fantastic rental property.The condo looked just as it did online, with a spacious and airy feel, three good sized bedrooms, and large, comfortable lanais. The place was very clean when we arrived and had supplies for us to keep it neat while we were there.The kitchen was on the smaller size but was very well-stocked and we were able to make many meals there with ease. No issues with getting access to BBQ’s.Beach chairs, beach towels, and tennis racquets were available. You need to buy/bring/rent boogie boards if you want to use any.We were given the incorrect key code but that was quickly rectified. The pool was very close by but not overly noisy, and the pool was great to swim in. Excellent tennis court. The condo is well situated near Kam III beach, Keawakapu beach, and the boat launch beside Kam III.I would recommend this condo and I would certainly stay there again.

It has alot of trees, flowers, birds and the pool area is very nice. It is a very quiet property. The unit itself is very nice, room for everyone to come together and have their own space. It is very comfortable and well stocked with all of the things you will need. It is a short walk to the beaches and close to quite a few restaurants and a grocery store. You can walk to Kamaole 3 beach or walk to the edge of the Maui Hill property and watch the sunset everyday. You can also see alot of turtles at Kamaole 3. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Overall, we enjoyed our family vacation here! We enjoyed many of the amenities such as the pool and small putting green. The place was well stocked with beach chairs, towels, tennis rackets, tennis/golf balls, and a putter which encouraged us to use the amenities. We had 8 guests and we felt comfortable and not cramped at all. Upon arrival, we did notice that there were some cleanliness issues as we found some trash and chips on the floor in two of the rooms. There were also some stains on some of the comforters. We also noticed that the AC policy was very specific such as shutting off all ACs when leaving the condo and the minimum temperature being limited to 70 degrees. Since it was so hot and humid during our stay, coming back to a hot condo was not very pleasant. The ACs were also very loud when they were turned on which made it difficult to sleep through. We appreciated the location of this property as it was conveniently close to South Kihei Road and Wailea Beach. Though we feel like improvements could be made, we would recommend staying here, especially for larger groups!

The property was perfect for our group size (4 adults and 2 small kids). Had everything we needed and more, including beach equipment. We left our kids’ beach toys for the next family to enjoy. We have never stayed in the south side of Maui but we are glad to have tried it. The area had a ton of good eateries and plenty of beach to access. Would definitely stay at this property whenever we find ourselves back in Maui.
