Fantastic place to stay on the west side of Maui! Lots of turtles seen at the private beach right outside the condo. Wonderful views and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen. Nice and quiet. Definitely want to come back to this location.

Marcy’s place at the Pikake is absolutely wonderful! The beach just a few steps from the lanai feels private and there seemed to never be more than a family or two enjoying it at the same time. The snorkeling gear provided was much appreciated, and we took full advantage of it. Honolua bay is just a short drive away and has some of the best snorkeling on the island! Laundry facilities on site were helpful too.

An awesome location. Very clean and comfortable with a great location in town. Perfect 'private' beach with mini snorkeling reef and our own sea turtle population. Could not have been better for us.

Initially, we were looking for the normal basic resort style condos, but this listing came up on Vrbo and I’m so glad it did because this location is perfection.
The views of being 20 ft away from the beach and seeing not 2 but 3! Of the other Hawaiian islands was just breath taking. Every night the sunset is perfectly in your center vision, the views, the colors, the everything is so beautiful it’s hard to describe.
I would also like to highlight Marcie as she was always ready to answer questions we had through the app. Really top notch service.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was great. The property is amazing. The sandy beach is just a dozen steps away. Turtles swam close by every day. Most nights we ate dinner on the lanai while watching a gorgeous sunset. Highly recommended!

This was our 3rd time in this unit. New owners have done a wonderful job with updates. Unit is so clean. Slept better here than at home. Yes it’s really 20’ from the beach. We had 2 weeks of relaxing and listening to ocean waves and the most beautiful sunsets. Great communication with owners. Thanks Marcie for sharing your home.

Lovely local neighbourhood with all amenities walking distance. Condo was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the west-facing lanai just steps from the beach. Loved seeing so many whales during their season, though a pair of binoculars would have been a great addition to the condo cupboard! A great place to relax the days away or head out on daily adventures from.

We loved our stay here! It had everything we could need and more. We enjoyed it so much that we didn’t mind hanging out at the condo and enjoying the beautiful views throughout the day. The bed was really comfortable, bathroom was clean and well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials and a couple nice extras that made it easy for us to make a nice dinner at home.
Marcie is a wonderful host and was quick to respond on any questions we had throughout our stay. We can’t wait to be back!

Spectacular sunsets humpback whales breaching, views of Moloka’i and Lanai make for a great backdrop for a perfect Maui getaway. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but not crowded. A bit of old Hawaii close to everything. On a quaint private beach, the downstairs unit has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, we’ll be back!

This was one of my favorite Maui stays that I’ve had. The condo is perfectly located near a grocery store and coffee shop. There’s a beautiful park right down the street. Situated feet away from a stairway to the beach, you simply can’t beat the location. We watched whales jump in the distance as we drank coffee every morning from the patio. Highly recommend!

Waves crash right outside the door at high tide. Great to sit and watch the ocean and sunsets. Unit had everything needed and was as listed. Cons were no in suite laundry and no AC but perfectly comfortable all the same.

You cant find another piece of heaven..great location, gorgeous views, a small vacation spot with lots of turtles and your own little beach. Great communication and responses with the property owner. The only downside is we have to go home.

This unit was so comfortable and well equipped, it felt like home to us. The Pikake is a small condo unit directly on the beach. Swim and snorkel and see the turtle right from your lanai. Well equipped with a full kitchen, snorkeling equipment and beach gear. Marcie was always responsive - even when I “forgot” some information!
We had booked with the previous owner, but Marcie agreed to all the original terms and conditions. Within just a few hours of my frantic email when I got the cancellation notice, Marcie had me rebooked and ready to go. Such a professional response.
The location is great with many cafes/restaurants within walking distance or very short ride. And Lahaina is just down the road. Sunsets were spectacular!
This is just an amazing condo! We loved it and Maui. We will be back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Pikake A-5 and can’t wait to return! We loved the location!! You simply can’t get get any closer the ocean!! It’s paradise!!
The view from the condo was spectacular! We never tired of just sitting on the lanai …and gazing out at the ever changing ocean and sky . Sunsets were spectacular with Molokai & Lanai in the distance…and with the nearby palm trees swaying in the trade winds it felt so tropical. We loved listening to the constant sound of the waves - so relaxing!!
Being on the bottom floor was great …as it was so handy to just stroll across the grass to the little beach whenever we felt the urge to have a swim. It was amazing to see so many turtles! They often just swim right past you in the water! Sometimes they even come up and sleep on the little beach. Snorkelling was also fun, and while there weren’t huge numbers of fish - we did see a good variety - especially around the shelves of lava & coral. There were a few rocks here and there as you walk in the water …but wearing water shoes made navigating them easy. The beach is tiny, but it feels private…It’s nice to be away from all the crowds of the big hotel beaches!
The condo itself was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Marcie is the new owner and she has been making some updates. Loved the natural jute/rattan type curtains which gave it a relaxed tropical feel and the comfortable king size bed with pretty quilt. On some nights it felt a bit hot during the night, but with louvers open and fans blowing we managed okay. The building was in a convenient location - Not too far to walk to grocery shopping, Kaanapali Beachfront area, and a few takeout restaurants and food trucks - But truthfully we a hard time ever prying ourself away from the lanai! We had no desire to leave this perfect little piece of paradise! Thanks for sharing it with us Marcie!

We rented the condo 9 months prior to our vacation. The condo was then sold and refunded our money about a month and a half before our trip. Marcie bought the condo and honored our reservation. It was perfect location and literally right on the beach. I would definitely rent this place again

We were looking for a place to stay that wasn’t going to be packed with tourist. This place is perfect. It’s close enough to Lahaina to drive to for dinner but keeps the crowds at bay. The unit is very comfortable. We spent most of our time sitting outside watching the turtles. There is a great farmers market you can walk to and find everything you need. The “beach” is a little small but you can still get in the water. We had an amazing week relaxing her and Marcie was great host.

We loved watching the turtles outside our room. A plus was being able to swim and snorkel at the condo. As always sunrises and sunsets never disappoint. Lahaina is just down the road a few miles. Food carts, shopping and coffee near as well.

Honestly, I don't want to rate this because I don't want to share what a cool spot this is....I want to keep it a secret....lol....Amazing location. Direct private beach access. Small complex. Walkable to market, food trucks, multiple other beaches. Had a wonderful time and I'm planning on this visit every year. Also, Marcie is great. She is very accessible and wants to make your stay great. This is my new Maui go to, thanks Marcie!
