We stayed here for a week with 6 adults. We had a great time at this condo! The location is amazing. Walkable to Brenneke's and Shipwreck, perfect sunset views from the lanai and no noise except the waves. (Though the waves could be exceedingly loud at times and did require the windows shut in order to sleep!). This is what you are paying for with this condo.
The beds were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of nice towels, but I will echo the other reviewers that you should not expect luxury here--the kitchen furnishings and lanai furnishings are very basic and a bit worn. The place is a bit small for 6 adults--the dining table seats 6 which is nice, but the living area only has seats for 4, so we ended up pulling over some dining chairs when we wanted to watch TV. The kitchen is pretty small, but was fine as long as we only had 2 people in it at a time. The floors are tile throughout.
We had a few maintenance issues while staying here, but they were dealt with with impressive promptness!
Overall we had a wonderful week here! For the amount of money we spent on this condo for our group of 6 adults, I do think I'd probably do it differently next time though--something larger and more luxurious, even if it were less convenient to the beaches and views.

This condo is in one of the best locations with amazing views of the ocean, turtles and crashing waves. The layout of the unit is great, but it is in sad need of a lot of TLC.I was informed that it will be renovated in the spring. However, the unit was not very clean and all furniture and fixed structures need replacing and or cleaned. We had to call to get some general maintenance while there to the dishwasher and electrical socket. We did have a great time despite this with amazing weather and enjoyed the pool and access to the beaches. I checked no to recommending to a friend in its current state but hope in the future I can.

Location and view is great. However the property condition was relatively poor, definitely needs maintenance, fresh coat of paint everywhere. Found a big cockroach which was a bad surprise. It is apparent that the owner did not keep the property in good shape. Candy wrappings under bed means cleaning crew did not do a good job. Apart from the awesomw view, only one star...

We travelled as a family and I was drawn to this property based on the location, views and amenities since we were traveling with a toddler.
While I was very pleased with the views, access to the athletic club, and location (watching the turtles in the water, walking distance to the beaches and many restaurants), I was disappointed in some aspects of the property itself.
Although housekeeping came in before our stay and cleaned surfaces, the property is tired in and VERY much in need of a deep clean.
We also experienced challenges with construction going on in the unit next door which caused a great deal of noise and banging during the day and made being in the unit (especially during nap times) less than desirable.
I was careful in reading reviews and exploring the options in the area. Overall, I did not feel like the property lived up to how it was presented, and while we made the best of our trip I was disappointed in the overall accommodations.

The overall visit was wonderful. It could use a little updating with dishwasher and kitchen and bathroom faucets.
The beds were not comfortable. So I would definitely get new mattresses.
Just a suggestion maybe have a first aide kit at the house
But I loved our stay. And everything was very easy.

We loved our stay at Poipu Shores! The views were incredible! The property itself is a little tired and the kitchen is very small, but the beds were comfortable and the views amazing. It's in a great location. We loved being able to easily walk to Poipu Beach...especially at night to see the turtles come to shore. Property management was great to work with. We also appreciated the access to the athletic gave us something to do while waiting for check in.

Can’t wait to come back! Fantastic location with a view, exceeded all expectations. Condo was very clean, had all amenities we needed including coffee pot, washer/dryer, comfortable beds and a dishwasher. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Host was easy reachable and answered my questions immediately. Probably the best family vacation ever, enjoyed watching turtles floating in the surf everyday from the balcony, pool was clean and grounds were beautiful maintained. Check in and check out simple. Definitely recommend. I give this place a 12 out of 10.

I thought the location was amazing. I could literally take a 10 min walk to the beach. The pool there was a hit with the kids and the adults. The best thing about this location is the view. The first thing I did once I opened the door was walked right to the balcony. My daughter did the same thing and immediately saw turtles she squealed with absolute excitement. I made sure that everyday I was on that balcony just taking in the view. Watching the sunrise watching the waves the turtles watching the sunset. Every single day we saw turtles we even saw a small pod of dolphins. I give this location 10 stars
The only downfall is no ac but we knew that when we chose this location. We opened windows to let breeze in. Fans were on to keep air circulating. I saw 1 cockroach near the sink obviously I killed it but that was the only one I saw the entire time I was there. I am aware that roaches are common on these islands. The parking was a little snug sometimes but we also had an suv there are 3 lots to park. These things will NOT deter me from leaving a good review. I absolutely loved this location.

Our stay was everything thing we could have wanted. The location was terrific-could listen to ocean waves all the time. Sea turtles could be spotted daily. We even spotted a whale spouting from the deck. Just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean with plenty of linens and beach towels. Glad to have the washer and dryer. Just a perfect 10 days! Access to the beach club was nice for pickle ball and shuffleboard as well as a pool.

This property located on third floor has a large lanai overlooking the ocean. The views are incredible great for whale watching! Sea turtles hang out in cove. Short walk to Poipu beach. Outdoor gas grill on property.

Our family of 6 stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect. We loved sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves and waking up to the beautiful sunrise on the ocean. The home is a little small and everything metal suffers from corrosion from the salty air, but that is to be expected. We had everything we needed for an amazing visit.

You can't get any closer to the ocean. Views are incredible. For the most part, the unit is very nice. However, mattresses are very hard, and in poor shape. I would expect a more comfortable bed in this price point. In-unit laundry is a nice feature, but machines are rusty, loud, and take long to clean clothes, especially the dryer. Updating those two things would take this unit from good to great.

We had such an incredible time! We'd sleep each night to the crashing waves and spend our time sitting on our balcony counting the sea turtles and monk seals swimming below. We even spotted whales off the balcony. It's a great space, and the property company was so helpful! ALSO- this spot gives you access to the Poipu Athletic Club...SO amazing! The pool, workout space, even tennis lessons!

I traveled here with 4 other adults. We had a great stay. The views were amazing. We loved listening to the sound of the waves crash all day and night. It came with everything we needed, including items for our beach days. Parking on site was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The pool was also amazing. Do be careful of the ants. We found some in the cupboard on our plates when we went to use them.

What an incredible view. Right over the water. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. You can see sea turtles in the water all day. 301 B is a 3 bedroom unit with a huge lanai.
I would absolutely stay here again.
