Thank you Luba and Randy for a wonderful stay in your home! Everything we could ask for and more! The kitchen is fully stocked and large! Made for many wonderful meals- and the grocery store so close was a huge plus! Close to the beach which we drove to each day thanks to the passes that come with the home. Large bedrooms and family room, peaceful backyard and the home is in a perfect location. We loved every thing about this home and hope to be back next year!

I travelled to Hawaii with my husband, toddler and my mom and sister. We couldn't have imagined a better house! We all had plenty of space and I was able to get up early with the toddler (yay me!) and play without disturbing the rest of the house. There was everything you need for a great beach day at the beach club including sand toys (bring your own towels fyi) and we had a blast sipping piña coladas on the beach and snorkling. I would absolutely stay at Luba's gorgeous house again. It was worth every penny!

We loved our stay in this gorgeous and elegant home. It is by far the most well appointed property we have ever visited. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen, on the beach, or for any part of your stay was readily available. Our host was lovely and tended to all of our questions prior to arrival and checked in with us during the stay to see if we needed anything as well. Can't recommend highly enough.

Our family enjoyed our week long stay here for Spring Break. The home is spacious, well-equipped and cozy for relaxing after fun days of exploring. The kids enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the pool. We spent a few days packing up the car for the 5 minute drive to private beach. The house has all the beach gear to make your day enjoyable. It was very nice to have a 2 minute walk to Foodland so we could dine-in when we felt like relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful for our stay. We will definitely return and stay at this property again. Thank you Luba and Randy!!

We booked this property for a much needed family get-a-way. Our first impression of this property came from the amazing host. Luba was gracious and warmly answered all of our questions. We loved that it was an unattached home with access to the Beach Club and amenities. When we arrived,the property was beautiful, as described. A wonderful space stocked with everything imaginable, what a nice touch, we were so grateful for this. We walked over to the shopping center for smoothies and breakfast pastries every day,it was nice being so close. Even better was access to the private beach club which was gorgeous! There were beach loungers, a few covered cabana style chairs and parking steps from the sand. The restaurant Napua was amazing farm to table food, a must! The house was stocked with beach towels,chairs,umbrellas and beach bags! Wow! We enjoyed the huge outdoor table and bbq by cooking a couple of wonderful meals. The kitchen had everything a chef could ask for!
It was a beautiful, memorable week together for our family. We can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing time at this lovely property. The house was gorgeous, clean, and updated with plenty of room for my family and me. We spent majority of our time at their beautiful beach club that is a 5 minute drive from the house. The snorkeling is amazing with lots of coral reefs and fish. The grocery store is a 3 minute walk and we had access to the community pool and gym as well. We had an incredible experience with this rental and would be happy to return.
Luba is absolutely fantastic host.

What a special place for our family of 5. It is clear that Luba and Randy take pride in and love their property. After all, this is not just a vacation rental, this is their part-time home. Had we known how well appointed the property was, we would have packed only half of what we packed.
First, communicating with Luba was effortless. When we got lost in the development, Luba talked us turn-by-turn to her home. She was super responsive and easy-going.
Second, the space itself is grand. The great room is an amazing place to gather. The kitchen - living room flow is the perfect place to entertain and share meals. The high ceilings and ability to open the pocket doors to the BBQ and outdoor seating adds tons of space and expansiveness to the already expansive home.
Luba has a fully stocked kitchen: every appliance imaginable, plateware, flatware, tupperware, storage containers, cooking utensils and equipment, spices, cooking oils, cleaning supplies - absolutely everything. If I had to guess, someone bakes in that household! In the week that we stayed, we cooked almost every breakfast and dinner and packed lunches - a real money-saver.
The home is stocked with anything else that you would need:
plenty of all types of towels (bath / beach), blankets, beach gear, washer / dryer, detergent, coolers, and beach bags, etc.
If you are lucky enough to snag this space, pack light. You will be spoiled. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We loved every minute of staying and hope to return in the future.

This is one of the rare unattached, one story properties at the Villages, so no dragging suitcases up stairs. The home was clean, well-stocked and beautiful. We used the beach club key card almost daily to eat or drink at Napua or snorkel. Our stay was peaceful and perfect.

My family and I loved our stay! The house is very spacious, with lots of room for both group activities and privacy. We were very happy to have the outdoor dining table and grill, and loved catching the morning light with coffee in the outdoor seating area. I was very happily impressed with the kitchen amenities as well - it was well stocked with a range of pots, pans, food storage options, enough plates/bowls for a group, and other cooking utensils. The house is also walking distance from both the community pool/gym and the local grocery store, Foodland, which made a huge difference! The hosts were communicative and incredibly accomodating. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is orderly and nicely maintained. There was enough space for all of us, the couch was a great size and the patio and outdoor kitchen is perfect for family bbqs. We loved how close the beach was, the golf courses were beautiful, and the pool on the property was fantastic as we have a 2 and 4 year old (there is a kiddie pool). Luba was available at a moments notice and helped us any hiccups along the way. Tons of beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas too. We will definitely recommend your house to our friends and family:) Thank you again for allowing us to create beautiful memories at your home.

Nice new large house to spread out in. All the toys you need for going to the many beaches around or the private beach which comes with the community. All in a quiet HOA setting. Good location to shops and getting around.
House was really nice, comfortable beds (which is underrated at VRBO!), and lots of space to spread out. There for a week with the kids. Luba answered all our questions and was lovely to deal with.

Fantastic rental house for family. It’s beautifully decorated, very spacious and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We stayed for 10 days with three teenagers and there was plenty of room to spend time together as a family, as well as for everyone to have their own space which is a must with teenagers. We’ll definitely be back.

We were greeted by the owner when we arrived. Luba was incredibly accommodating and spent time showing us all the "ins and outs" of the home. The home is equipped with everything! In addition, we had access to the Mona Luana Beach Club, which came in handy. The home is very clean and the open floorplan is very convenient and flows nicely. They also have all the goodies if you are active (bicycles, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach chairs). We highly recommend the house and look forward to returning in years to come.

Extremely comfortable and high end home in the Villages Community. The house was completely stocked with everything we would need fir indoor living and outdoor activities . The owner was easy to correspond with. Wished at least one of the rooms had two twin beds instead of a king bed.

This property is one of our favorites that we ever stayed at in Hawaii. It has a great location and its huge floor plan makes it very inviting for entertaining. With the luxury decor and elegant furnishings, it really felt like home.
