I stayed here for about a week. Ultimately chose this rental because it came with a parking spot which made it a little cheaper then having to pay $40 per day at a different hotel. The ac unit releases a lot of water and the tray that’s used to catch the water is flimsy and cracked all over so it’s hard to empty the water like you’re asked to do without spilling dirty ac water that you have to clean up. I suggest that they change the tray out with a stronger one thats not broken, or better yet change the entire AC unit to one that doesn’t excrete so much water. Other than that it was fine. Location was good. 24 hour McDonald’s across the street was convenient and the security guard was super nice and helpful. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but might go somewhere else due to the AC issue even if it cost a little more.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. The parking spot was a huge bonus. I really enjoyed on how easy the instructions were to access and exit the unit. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is exactly like the photos on the listing.

Nice, comfortable place to stay. Loud music from the street every night that was, for the most part, masked by the loud constant roar of the air conditioning unit. This is not necessarily a complaint, as we all know the streets are very busy. Since are not late nighters, we appreciated the noise from the A/C!
Loved the walkability to the beach, restaurants, mall, shopping (both high end and discount).
We also appreciated the disposable house slippers that were provided to assist in keeping the floors clean.
There were some very dirty, old throw pillows on the top shelf of the open closet shelves that desperately need to be discarded. Surely nobody would ever use them for anything.
Also, there were no pillow cases for the extra bed pillows that were provided for the futon sofa.
The bottom of the shower curtain was a little moldy and should be replaced.
Overall it was pretty good, and the price was great! I’m not sure I would look forward to staying there again.

We really appreciated the location, balcony, quiet building, assigned parking, and thorough instructions. The modest kitchen had everything we needed (simple breakfast and snacks). The place was clean and bright. The AC provided white noise (it’s a bustling area), so we slept great. Great variety of restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops in the area. Easy walk to the beach via public access next to the Royal Hawaiian hotel. We would stay here again.

I have stayed in this building many times before due to the location
The unit offers the essentials which is good. Bed and pillows are comfortable.
Would suggest the property management team review their customer service as they do not answer their phone line and only respond to emails after several urgent sent. They also do not have any after hours availability for any urgent matters which is a first as many other companies do.

The place is right in the middle of all the hot spots in downtown Waikiki. Will definitely repeat my stay next time I visit.

This was a small studio in a great location. The furnishings are dates and basic but serviceable. The studio could have been cleaned a bit better. The floor was dirty and we had to sweep and mop when we arrived. There was hair and toilet paper in the toilet. The closet door was broken and off its hinges. The shower curtain was a broken tension rod that fell twice on us. And, the largest burner on the stove was broken. The parking, though free, is in a very tight garage with only one lane for entrance and exit which made for some inconvenient and nerve wracking moments. (We even accidentally dented our car rental trying to get into the garage after someone parked very close to the entrance. If you're not used to tight parking garages and spaces, this rental is not for you.) On top of that, despite being on the 12th floor, it was very noisy. When we first arrived, we very nearly wanted to cancel our reservation and take the loss but stuck it out.All that said, the location is great. Walking distance to International Market Place, Marukame Udon, and the beach. The two restaurants in the building were pricy but decent. And overall, the stay was tolerable for what we paid. We will probably never stay in this unit again but would consider other rentals in the building.

We enjoyed our stay here, plenty of storage and felt roomy. The parking is easy to get in and out, we drove all over the island. Waikiki is a quick walk. The floor needs a deep cleaning, but you can’t beat the price. We would stay again. Waikiki is noisy, there was live music almost every night.

まだまだコロナ禍の中でしたがひさしぶりにハワイに旅行長く滞在したいしレンタカーも借りたいし立地は便利な場所長期滞在では洗濯も必須等々の条件でマリンサーフに決めました。3週間は長いようで短い毎日あちこちにでかけて時には部屋で食事を作り飽きる事なく過ごすことができました。もちろんコスパ最強です。12階の部屋からヒルトンホテルの花火が見えました。Tギャラリアがオープンしてくれると嬉しい日本人にとって安心感がありますね。ひとつ言えばエアコンの音がうるさかったです。次回も是非とも利用したいと思います。

The location of this unit cannot be beat if you're looking for a Waikiki stay: close to beaches, close to restaurants and sights but far enough away from the hubbub to be quiet and relaxing. Having parking is a huge bonus! The downsides: the AC unit doesn't do a great job and you have to empty out the water pan every day. The bathroom shower drain was not working properly during our stay (we did let management know, so likely to have been resolved) and the bathroom could have used a little more cleaning love. All in all, a good stay. But things people should be aware of before booking property!

We enjoyed this property for a number of reasons. Close to shopping, free parking, walking distance to a relaxed night life, and central to a number of places we wanted to see. The noise after 10:00 dies down but the sound of the city can still be a disturbance. Garbage truck back up alarms are probably the worst of it though. Overall would stay here again and appreciated that the property had everything we needed to stay in and cook our own meal as well as close to get out on the nights when we wanted to get out.

This is a hidden gem of a place to stay. Close to delicious food, walking distance to shopping and beaches, and the extra wide parking spot was priceless. The space had ample drawers and shelves for our stuff as well. We would definitely stay here again!

i loved the location of the place & it had an amazing city view from the balcony! very clean. check in was annoying, only because we couldn’t check in early & we had a car. the description said allergy friendly as in no pets etc which may be true for the particular unit but NOT for the building as a whole, even though the building also states to be pet free. i am sick now from being exposed to animals unfortunately, but at least i got to finish the trip! there’s also people who smoke on balconies so my friend & i had to go in a few times because allergies & ew. also delayed responses but i mean people have a life! overall, great price & amazing location.

Spacious, it has a full kitchen where you could cook if you want to, amenities like laundry room, pool, and also parking included which saves you tons of money (parking in Waikiki is really expensive). This apartment was definitely the best deal in town. Management people were very attentive and responds promptly in case you have a question. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

This is a nice room and great location. It is extremely loud due to what I think is a bar downstairs. If you plan to go to bed before 10pm or have little ones who sleep early I’d steer clear.
More concerning is we were without power, ac or hot water from around 10am to 2am the next day. I spoke with the emergency maintenance who evidently thought it was on, but clearly it was off. Come to find out the whole building had no power.
I emailed the office and was told it was out of their control due to city outages (rest of the city looked pretty lit up to me…), and would not offer a refund despite not providing basics expected of a rental. When you book a vacation rental you expect to be provided at least electricity and hot water, this company did neither and refused to make any attempt to make the situation right. Never again will I stay with this company.

Super disappointed to show up and there only being one bed and NOT TWO! The fact that they're advertising that there is two beds when there is only one is false advertisement. Even more disappointed after reaching out and the host didn't offer a rollaway or a reason there weren't two beds anymore. Said we could use the small sofa as a bed which is so tiny neither of us would fit on it. Feel like I should be entitled to some sort of refund as we specifically booked a room with two beds for a reason.
