My son and I really enjoyed staying at this condo complex. Condo completely remodeled with modern kitchen and great air conditioning. Very clean. Thanks for coffee makers - can't do the day without my coffee. Complex located in good location for traveling around the island. We met so many local people who had suffered from terrible fire in Lahina. Our prayers go out to them every day. Highly recommend Mama's Fish House in Pailia. And Maui Winery up-country. Would recommend to anyone coming to Maui. Property Management very easy to work with. Thanks everyone for a really wonderful vacation.

Our family was very happy with our stay at Kanai A Nula #305. The condo was clean, and extremely well stocked. It was awesome to be able to sit out on the lanai and relax with the beautiful views of the bay. We saw SO many turtles of the shore and the nearby Haystack beach was a nice easy walk away. Only one con and that is the door to the master bedroom. It was not very private since it is a sliding door that does not lock. Other than that no complaints. Comfortable beds, nice sized kitchen, washer and dryer. All the comforts of home plus an awesome view.

Our two condos were so nice and clean. The workers were out every morning cleaning pool and property. Our views were magnificent. Location to all our events was just perfect.

The facility is comfortable for 6 of us. The location was convenient; close to stores and airport.
The accommodations such as a cooler, beach chairs, towel, kitchen and laundry items were extremely helpful.
The bed was comfortable and has several set of bedsheets.
I would definitely stay again next time.

Run down on the inside. Half of the outlets don’t work, the closet doors were just folded and leaning against the wall (safety hazard for all, especially if you have kids), not at all kid friendly. The description is very misleading in that you can’t actually get to the beach from this property.

Stayed at this property for many years renting two units each year. This unit the worst of any. Great location but needs paint. Panel in bedroom door stained, tile stained and dirty. Kitchen cabinets over thirty years old and worn. Some appliances replaced but overall condition poor. Hard to operate slider. Only one tv in unit.

We enjoyed our ten day stay in Maui very much. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed, comfortable beds, kitchen with all the appliances, dishes and utensils, big dining room table and chairs snd comfortable living room furniture. The washer and dryer was an extra plus. Our favorite place was the lanai that overlooked the pool and had a great ocean view. It was great to start the day eating breakfast and watching sunrise and whales breach and then finish out the day with sunset with the same wonderful view. How relaxing to go to sleep listening to the ocean. Our condo was quiet but centrality located to drive anywhere on the island. We highly recommend this condo and are already talking about returning very soon.

Our 1st trip to Maui . I loved everything about this condo! The beds and pillows were like clouds. It has everything you need. The view is the best! Grounds and pool kept up so nicely. Honestly best rental I’ve had. Will definitely book again when we come back to this fantastic island.

Nice condo in a great location. However, the management company required quite a bit of back and forth with documents to print, sign and submit, something that is almost unheard of nowadays. They allow check-in at 4 pm (fairly late) and checkout at 10 am (fairly early). We were a few minutes late getting out and received a knock on the door followed by a call from management. Seemed fairly ridged and lacking in aloha.

Our family of 4 stayed here in April. This was our second time staying at this condo. We enjoyed everything about it! We felt like we were right at home. The marina is right up the road. It's just a few minutes away from every place we wanted to see. I liked that it is rather quiet and relaxing. There is a pool, barbecues, and the ocean right there. We were able to do our laundry (do to the washer-dryer in our condo). We recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation rental!

We loved this unit. It had everything you would want. They have updated the living room furniture from the pictures in the listing and it was lovely! All new appliances and it has all the kitchen items you will need. Plenty of paper products and supplies.
Loved the location as it was a quick drive to everywhere on the island. . Beach is very nice. Great for walks. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the breeze. It was very windy on the island late in our week due to high trade winds.

This is a great place to stay while vacationing. It is clean, well equipped, close to the harbor, and easy to come and go to other Maui locations. It has a nice pool and barbecues if you wish to use. This was our second time renting this condo. We love it!

They condo had everything we needed. We never got the wifi working, but we never called anyone about it. The front bedroom was a bit warm, we had to buy a fan, the one in the main closet didn't work. We are donating a fan for future guest. The view from the lanai is beautiful, I am writing this review on our last morning here while enjoying a cup of tea and the wonderful view.

Long story short, I've rented 6 units in this complex. Was this the nicest, no, but far from the worst. A/C worked fine in 80 degree weather, remodeled not too long ago so it was nice. It's a very nice unit and I would definitely rent again. Not sure if it had to do with the specific days or what, but this unit was a great value cost wise compared to others, a steal.

We stayed on this property for five nights and really enjoyed the our time. Some of the highlights are , close access to the beach that we could walk for miles on with lots of reaf for snorkeling with the kids . The property also has nice pool/ bbq area.
If you are looking for somewhere to avoid the crowd and hang beach this is a great place!

I stayed here in late May with a family of 5. There is a king in the master, two twins in the front bedroom and a sofabed in the living room.
Great location for exploring West Maui. Easy to get to airport, Kihei and Lahaina. Since we explored the whole island, including main and back roads to Hana and upcountry Kula/Halea'kala it was so much more convenient than staying near Ka'anapali. Aquarium and shops in Maalaea are a short walk away.
Steps to the start of the beach right just outside pool. Unit was well stocked with cookware and both beach and bath towels. Pools and grills are clean and well-maintained.
Front bedroom did get quite warm but, in fairness, it was the hottest week of the year (temps 90+ every day). The two bathrooms between the master and the front prevent cross-ventilation. The single air conditioner in the living room is at floor level and is insufficient to cool the entire unit in that heat, even with fans pulling the cool air up. However, there's a pool and the ocean and a beautiful island out there. Why are you in the condo?

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located for our exploring of Maui, and at a good value. The property was clean, open space, and enjoyable. Our ONLY complaint was that the secondary bedroom was about 10 degrees warmer than the main bedroom. The window type unit air conditioner just couldn't reach all the way across. For the two of us it wasn't a problem since we only used that room as a "closet", but it would be challenging to keep everyone comfortable if you had more than two people.

The location of the condo is wonderful. There is a beautiful semi-private beach with decent shade and swimming. Snorkeling is good in the morning but it gets rather windy in the afternoon. The condo itself was decent - the kitchen had the basics and the beds were OK. We had no sheets that fit the pullout bed in the living room and had to improvise. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. We were told there were beach towels so we didn’t bring them but there were only two (for a condo that holds 6) so we had to buy several and left them for the next guests. We spent $150+ renting beach chairs, portacrib and cooler from a local shop because the property manager said there wasn’t any in the condo and when we got there we found the opposite to be true - the entire guest closet was full of exactly those things!! We were told there was a basic supply of paper goods but we had zero paper towels and half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom when we arrived late the night we checked in. After I booked the reservation originally it was pulled from VRBO so I did not have access to any of the amenities or other information and the management company was very slow to respond to my inquiries. Overall a disappointing experience.

This location is nestled in between Lahaina and Kihei. There was never an issue with parking and the unit was clean. My only complaint is that the bathroom with shower didn’t drain very well and we had to take very quick showers or the water would over flow into the bathroom floor. Another thing is that the room with the twin beds didn’t get cool with the a/c on and with fans blowing. I’d still recommend it as it was convenient to stay in Maalea and take a short drive around the island. The pool was also nice.

Perfect updated condo for our family. Nice layout with well-equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. Great location with easy access to Kihei and Lahaina. Loved watching the sunrise over Haleakala from the lanai...lovely views of the ocean visible from the living room. Snorkeling right off little beach. Powerful AC if needed. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend! Thank you!
