Our family had a wonderful stay in the Condo.The sofa bed had foam mattress which was very comfortable to sleep. The kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery, so we were able to cook our meals everyday. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony plus watching the whales was a bonus.And a few steps from the back of the building gets you to a small beach where we watched the turtles swimming back to the beach in the evening. It is very close to the Maalaea Harbor from where most of the snorkeling tours to Molokini crater starts. Great place!

What a little gem to have found! Beautiful lanai space to watch whales that put on quite the show in January! The sea turtles coming up on shore every evening was a bonus! Enjoyed using the pool and just a short walk down the back sidewalk to a perfect little (not crowded) sandy beach. Couple really good restaurants nearby. We will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay here & would definitely recommend to others. The ocean view is beautiful. We were volunteering with the Humane Society & needed to be at different places on the Island, so the location was convenient. It's a15-25 min drive to East, West & South Maui. However, not much to do in the immediate vicinity, if that is important to you. There is a beach in front of the condo, but the tide was too high to use while we were there. A nice beach is a 5 minute walk away. The condo is a bit dated, but the price was very reasonable; don't know if this is the normal price or discounted, as many of the condo's were, due to lack of visitors to Maui after the fires. A few housekeeping items could be improved. While the floor was clearly vacuumed, it was not mopped. My feet were black walking around, so I wore socks. I'm 115 lbs and sunk into the bed mattress. We took the sheets off and saw that the bed had been made with the bottom of the mattress up. We flipped it so the pillow top was on the top, and it was fine. It is the first condo I have rented that did not have shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower. No big deal, but that little extra would be a nice touch. Cleaning supplies were also lacking. I try to respect the condo's I stay in & realize some do not. But there is quite a list of housekeeping duties you are asked to do for checkout & would have been difficult if we took the early flight we originally planned. Not an issue if you are checking out at 11am.

We had a lovely stay in Donna’s condo.
Pros: The views were unbeatable, the breeze felt great, close to lovely beach up the street which was not crowded and gave it a private feel. Walk down a bit and it was quite sandy with minimal rocks. We got to see turtles come up on the beach at sundown, a must see. Beach chairs & umbrella available should you need them. Useful kitchen amenities were available should you want to have a few meals at home. Pool was lovely. Free parking is always a bonus and the property was well maintained.
Cons: Not much within walking distance so if you don't plan on renting a car, this may not be the location for you.
We had a slight hiccup at check in with a misunderstanding but Donna responded immediately and rectified the situation which was appreciated. You can rest assured if something goes amiss she will be there.
Kihei was about a 15-20 min drive and was our favourite spot to hang out and Wailea Beach was not far as well. Worth a visit to spend the day.
Lahaina was also about 25 min away.
For the price, you really could do much, much worse, especially since Maui is so expensive. We were grateful we had such a decent & affordable place to stay with a great beach nearby.

Look for the green sea turtles arriving around evening at the beach outside of the unit. The patio needs to be cleaned before every rental & better instructions about the timer on the AC. Also, I have never had to add water above a dryer so I wasn’t quite sure about that & didn’t see a lint filter on the dryer. The owner was very easy to contact.

My husband, two kids and I just stayed a week here and loved every minute. The view is amazing, really enjoyed having morning coffee with the sunrise, but also a nice evening drink on the lanai with the moon shining over the water was equally beautiful. We loved the location as it’s in the middle of the island so was not too long of a drive to get to many other locations. I know some say this particular area gets very windy and it is but we enjoyed the wind because it didn’t feel as hot/humid and cools off the condo nicely. We saw quite a few sea turtles during our trip but we saw the most right there at the condo. We could always see them by the rocks near the BBQ’s and sometimes 6-7 at one time, my daughter especially loved that. A few of the days we just went to the beach that’s a short 5min walk from the condo which was so nice to have it right there. We did snorkel here too but it’s best in the morning for clarity of the water. We also enjoyed the harbor/shops/aquarium all within walking distance. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We feel lucky to have found this and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Donna!

The view from the 2nd floor lanai of this condo is just lovely…listening to and watching the waves crash right out front the property is amazing…as well as watching boats leave the harbour in the morning…this property is very reasonably priced and we feel very lucky having been able to experience ocean front views and beautifully well maintained grounds while staying within a reasonable vacation budget…would highly recommend this property for a couple looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation location.

We very much enjoyed our time in this condo. We especially loved watching the whales and turtles from our lanai. Tastes Restaurant at the aquarium serves great food and Mai this for only $3.50 during happy hour.
Our only reservation was there was no deadbolt on the door. Anyone who knew the code could get in at anytime. I know that shouldn't happen, but it happened to me recently, so the extra lock would have made me feel safer.
All in all, a great experience. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable.

We spent so much time in the mornings and evenings on the Lanai and the views of the bay and volcano are pristine. The maintenance man came right away when there was an issue with the dishwasher and Donna is always quick to respond with questions or issues. Highly recommend this condo if you want to have $500 per night view for $150 per night. Mahalo!

The grounds are kept prestige and the guys that work here are so friendly and give amazing travel tips in order to get the best from your vacation here...this is our 3rd trip to Maui but the first with our kids and hands down we will return here as the location is centrally located to all the activities...Donna is always open to answer any questions or concerns and WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE HERE!!!!

Donna is an honest, caring, contentious property owner who responds and reaches out quickly. The property is clean and it's staff cleans and sanitizes the pool and chairs EVERY morning. The unit itself is very airy if you open the patio door and the bedroom window, which is why we didn't use the AC once in our two weeks of staying here. As advertised, this unit is not the Ritz-Carlton, but is definitely not Super 8 either. Donna could easily ask and receive much higher rates for this unit and it would be worth it. The atmosphere in the unit is that of a tropical getaway right next to the ocean, and the ocean IS 50 ft from the Lanai with a beautiful sunrise to your left every morning. Any destination on the island is within about 30 minutes from this unit which makes it very convenient to travel the island often. We enjoyed not just the island but this unit so much, that we booked a spontaneous trip for next year a week into our trip this year. Every late afternoon you need to go down to the beach access the sea the sea turtles come in . This became a daily ritual for us . They are within feet of you , but keep your distance out of respect for the wildlife.Thank you Donna for a fantastic unit and your outstanding communication through the whole process. Obviously I would recommend this unit and anything connected with Donna🌴

Donna’s place was perfect. Close to the harbor so my husband could go on a fishing charter. Cooked his catch on the grills at the condo that evening. Watched so many whales. I hadn’t had a true vacation in 2.5 years and I took advantage of it. Relaxed on the lanai during the day. The pool was hardly used by other guests even though spring break had started. The place seemed full based on the cars in the parking lot, but man was it quiet. Some reviews criticized the decor etc but we loved the clean and cool tile floors (not gross carpet) and the bathroom was great. We have stayed at the Fairmont Kea Lani (too expensive and no view or kitchen) at Maui condos that were twice as expensive but this experience was superior. We would have loved a king bed but that didn’t stop us from taking a midday nap! Donna was very communicative and even had advice for the fishing charter. Location = A+. View = A+. Quiet = A+. Grounds and pool = A+. Thank you Donna for opening this lovely condo to visitors. We will be back.

Owner was very easy to work with; she responded to messages (email, telephone, and text) immediately (10 minutes or less), and was very helpful. Provided great tips on things to see/do in area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at the condo. The view can't be beat, and everything was comfortable. The condo hasn't been updated, so some of the furnishings and appliances are worn, but then the price is very reasonable for one of the best views on the island. The location makes it easy to explore both south and west Maui. We also appreciated the beach chairs and coolers Thanks Donna for being a great host!

The location and view at the condo was perfect. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, and the other furniture in the condo wasn't the most comfortable (it felt like outdoor furniture quality). Also, the condo was always hot even with the A/C running constantly (i usually keep my house in Ohio at 71 and it was a constant 76 in the condo). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The furniture is in poor shape -- cushions flat due to years of use; cabinets have to be the original (appear to be made of plywood); multiple colors of tile in this small unit don't help. Had to get the cleaning/maintenance person to come explain how to use the TV - most complicated remote I've ever seen.
The view was beautiful and the ventilation was good, expecially with the door open.

This property was exactly what we needed in a home base for our stay in Maui. Simple but comfortable, and at a road hub for driving west, east, or north to explore. And the view simply could not be beat. The colors of the sunrise over the water and neighboring islands (as seen through the large glass living room doors) was so beautiful that even our 7 year old was up early each day to enjoy it! Would recommend to others and would stay here again. Thank you!

Condo was in an amazing location. Away from tourist traps and near a move private beach with shade (5 min walk). There is no central ac in the house, just a window unit. Something common in Maui but definitely note if you are a hot sleeper at night you may want to rent a condo with central air. Everything you need for the beach is in this condo. Quiet complex with well maintained grounds. We will definitely be back! Owner is very responsive too 🥰
