Loved the location of this condo. Building is older, only provide 1 trash bag a week but otherwise well stocked for what you need. There was some minor damage to doors/cabinets & some mold in the master shower. Wish the owner had warned us about the constantly crowing roosters so we could have brought ear plugs but otherwise a great place to stay!

I really don't want to say too much about how terrific this spot was because then when I go to book it again, it may not be available. We have been to Kauai multiple times but we loved this spot. The place was clean and well stocked. We loved the view and space within the unit. We had a great time. No complaints!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself converted into an enclosed bedroom. Both bathrooms were extremely spacious. The condo was also equipped with all basic necessities from clothing hangers to spices to beach gear. The three balconies created a draft that cooled the condo - never felt the need for air conditioning. Having a view of the ocean was an added bonus. Parking was easy and abundant. I could go on and on with how much I enjoyed this stay. Highly recommend and I definitely plan on booking this condo again upon my return to Kauai.

Our cleaning crew came at 9:00 am and back again at 10:00am but our conformation from Vermo said 11:00 am We felt pushes out on Tuesday morning.

We loved our stay here! Ground floor unit is close to parking and pool and has a great view of the nearby park and ocean from all of the patios.
The location was close to many beautiful beaches and a short drive to the North Shore. There were a few places we even walked to!
We will definitely come back here next time we visit Kauai.

Lovely condo located in a great location. Owner gave great tips on local markets not to miss, snorkeling locations, restaurants , and hikes. Condo well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend. Any difficulties we had with condo were promptly addressed. High quality bed, furnishings, towels etc.

The property was immaculate. It was located in the perfect spot to explore, without having to be located in a busier part of the island. It was easy to get to the west side (Waimea Canyon) and not too long of a drive to the north side (Princeville/Hanalei). The condo had all the amenities one would need for a long stay (with a washer/dryer!!! inside). I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kauai!

This was our first time staying in Koloa (we have visited Kauai previously and stayed in other condos in Poipu)... the condo was great, the location with views of the ocean were lovely to wake up to and the 3 lanais were perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. Speaking of waking up - the roosters on the property will give you a loud morning wake up call (sometimes starting very early ~3AM) so if you aren't a fan of this I suggest bringing ear plugs with you ;)
The condo was stocked fairly well. There is a beach bag, sand resistant beach towels, cooler, chairs and an umbrella. The beach chairs and umbrella were not in the best shape (clearly they get a lot of use). The umbrella was partially broken when we tried to use it the first time and unfortunately it succumbed to the wind. We bought a new one to use the rest of the trip. The owner appreciated being informed of the need to replace these things, so hopefully the next guests will enjoy some new beach items. We also left a boogie board we purchased, we hope you have fun with that too!
The pool was clean and not crowded during our stay.
The landscaping on the property is lush and attracts many different species of birds including red-crested cardinals, myna, zebra doves, egrets, and flocks of rose-ringed parakeets that fly back around sunset to sleep in the palms on the property. There are also many geckos and anoles (we had a hilarious time catching a couple tiny common house geckos that made their way into the condo and releasing them back outside), they eat the spiders and bugs so we were happy to see them around!
There isn't air conditioning in this unit (as is the case with many open air island properties), so the hottest/most humid days were uncomfortable, but the ceiling fans help. The large lanai doors and shutters allow for a lot of air flow, so if it's not too hot/humid it is comfortable.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider this (or another condo on the same Prince Kuhio property) the next time we are on the island! Mahalo!

we were very happy when we got to the property. It had everything it said would. They have thought of everything from kitchen gadgets to beach furniture. We used the cooler every day to pack cold drinks and sandwiches. We came back 2 evenings and used the pool and bbq grill while having a couple cocktails. We never tried to park in the front. The covered parking garage was super close and very convenient. we had to drive between 25-60 minutes most places we went. Not bad at all. If you are plnning on doing a boat tour or helicopter tour, try to book it ahead so you get all the options you would like. If you have time, make it a must to go to queens bath. We seen tons of turtles. There is a spot where you can get in and swim. It is a pool surronded by boulders. (This was my favorite). its a .08 mile hike total there and back. Very short. Our experience was great! When we went to the beach, we took the beach chairs and umbrella. The water was perfect for snorkeling that day. I would definately suggest this property. 😀 oh.
Also, The bed was really comfortable. There was plenty of hangers to hang your stuff and the breeze that comes through there was way better than air conditioning.

We absolutely loved our time here! The unit was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It’s incredibly spacious, has tons of windows and 3 patios. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The unit gets so much air movement you don’t need or miss AC. It has everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, etc). The complex has a beautiful pool and really nice communal BBQ grills. We were impressed with the quality of all the amenities provided. Some places you rent have cheap/crappy dishes, but not this place! Just about everything provided is great quality and in great condition. The location is perfect, just across the street from the best snorkeling in Poipu. This is a gem of a unit and we will definitely be back.

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook or bbq. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Small beach across the street with easy snorkeling and close to Poipu beach as well. Condo has beach chairs, noodles, cooler, beach umbrella etc. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is cooled by ocean breezes. It was wonderful to hear the ocean waves at night. Nice restaurants and shops close by. We especially liked Kickshaws food truck in Old Koloa town. There’s a shopping center walking distance with a market that has a good beer selection. The park next to the property is very quiet because it’s a memorial park and rarely used. We loved watching the baby chicks each morning from our three lanais. The roosters do crow in the morning but they are generally on the other side of the park until the sun comes up. Just bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Chickens are everywhere on the island, even at the large resorts, so it’s just part of the experience. No problem with parking. There’s a large lot at the back of the property with easy access if the front spots are full. It’s a small property so it’s a minute walk to pool, parking lot etc. Hosts were very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This property is beautiful and in a great location! It is nicely furnished (however you do need a step stool to get in bed if you're short like me. Parking in front can be challenging by in considerate guests, but is manageable and they do have additional parking. Kristie tries to think of everything you might need and it's there. Very comfortable a nd great views without looking out at neighbors! Definitely would rent again.

Prince Kuhio 108 is a lovely place to enjoy the magical island of Kauai. We loved the outlook onto the park and ocean view. The condo is close to stores but also a quiet little hideaway.

Kristi’s place is the perfect Hawaiian condo with decor to match. The check in process was incredibly easy with Kristi sending checkin info prior to our arrival. Everything is streamlined and felt very professional. The condo was perfect for 2 couples and was very spacious. There are small beaches within walking distance and other larger beaches within a 5-10 min drive. I have already recommended this place to two people and I just got home. :) I will definitely stay again.

This was our second trip to Kauai (both in Koloa / Poipu). This trip was a do over a trip that got high jacked by an EX-traveling companion. The condo was clean and comfortable and couldn't be better located. The complex is well maintained with beautiful grounds and nice, clean common areas (outdoor kitchen, pool). It is with steps of amazing swimming, snorkeling and dining, and very accessible to all of the south shore. Some gripe about the roosters in the adjacent park. My thought is, if you don't want to listen to them, go to a different island that isn't symbolized by a rooster! :-) It is nothing a nice pair of silicone ear plugs can't fix anyway. Communication with the property owners was great also.

We booked our trip in June 2020 for May 2021. Due to Covid restrictions, we had to postpone until Sept. Kristi made everything easy and seamless.
The condo was excellent...lots of space for four with two bedrooms, two baths, three lanais with views of the park and ocean, tons of open doors and windows to enjoy the wonderful breezes.
Big TVs in every room, tons of kitchen equipment. Comfy sofas in the living room.
The pool is amazing, private, and never crowded. Cooked a few meals on the public grills. Lots of parking. Sunset views across the street. A great place to stay!
