Wow! Where to start... this property is represented well in the description & photos. It’s actually better in person. Everything was clean & ready for us. The views are amazing! We spent time floating in the ocean & hanging out in the pool every day. We went snorkeling on the Calypso. It was a great experience. They are very organized & offer great service. We also went to a luau on Christmas at Royal Lahaina. We SO hope to return to your fabulous property. We had a fantastic vacation.

The rental property online photos does not do it justice, very spacious and every room has a view. They have thought of everything a traveler would need (several snorkel sets, couple of soft pack coolers with reusable ice blocks, raft, noodles, beach chairs, beach towels) and any cooking accessory you can think of. The condo is truly stocked and when we needed to, the use of AC made it a most comfortable and relaxing stay. Not a single issue, friendly staff and the convenience of the restaurant on property was a great bonus. We drove less than 10 miles to 2 other beaches for the day, sushi and bar restaurants across the street were delicious and convenient for take out. There is a Wal-Mart 5 miles from the airport and had everything we needed (alcohol included) all at mainland prices. We (2 couples) will definitely be booking another trip in the upcoming months for 2020. Not one single reason to look elsewhere ,worth every penny! THNAK YOU.

We decided to stay at this property after searching all over Maui for the best possible place to celebrate my parents’ recent retirements. This condo did not disappoint! The pictures are true to form, the property is extremely well-appointed, and the views are ones which our family will recount for years to come. Thank you very much for your hospitality...we hope to revisit soon.

We loved that we had two master bedroom suites with comfortable king size beds. We like to eat outside and the kitchen was wonderful and the view amazing.
The water is very calm so if you're looking for a calm, safe place to play this is a dream!

This property is beyond perfect. Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Not only in the kitchen, but lots of extra towels and even beach and pool supplies (noodles, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc). Sitting out on the lanai everyday cannot be beat.

This unit has everything you need! It even has my favorite Vitamix blender for making perfect pina coladas. Everything is top notch. This view has to be the best in all of Hawaii with the panoramic windows and sliders(which has blinds). The only negative is the air conditioning. It turns off on its own. It never actually reached the 72 degrees it claims to be set at...then turns off. We were afraid to open all the windows for fear of not being able to get it cool again based on what we rad about it. Maintenance wasn’t available after hours. Even tried the emergency maintenance number. They called back the next day...it was working at that time. We think we figured out their may be sensors with the blinds down or no one home. So we left them half way open when we weren’t there and it worked with constant monitoring the 3 units. Better than sweating as we’re trying to get showered and ready for dinner. Other than that...complete perfection. Even had cooler packs and coolers to take out to pool or beach.

Loved this unit. The views from the lanais were amazing and breathtaking. We enjoyed being able to drink coffee in the morning and watch the whales and turtles and play card games in the evening while the sunset. The beach at the condo was great for snorkeling and swimming. The condo grounds were well kept and pool areas were great for the kids. Would love to stay here again!

We loved the unit and the views. Can definitely see turtles swimming in the ocean, it wasn’t whale season but I would guess you would see them as well. Only thing was it was about 45 min drive to every excursion we did. Overall I would stay here again even with the driving

Condo was exceptional! Great ambience/decor, good location, ample parking, and lovely resort staff. We were a party of 3 (adults) - had lots of together time and plenty of space to to be apart. Two large bedrooms (with very comfortable beds!), well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining and family rooms with beach/ocean views, and two beautiful lanais overlooking the beach/ocean. We especially loved starting and ending our days on the lanai!
We were pleasantly surprised at how much beach gear was available in the unit - a bit sorry we didn't take advantage of it. ;o) We enjoyed the pool and the beach; there were plenty of lounge chairs available.
The photos of the unit were what drew us to this property, and it was even more beautiful in person. Wish we didn't have to leave!

If you want to say in a unit that is unbelievably maintained with a spectacular view, then this is your vacation spot!
The unit is extremely high end with electronic window shades, beautiful furniture and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on!
We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this unit is right up there with them, maybe even better!
The owners and Quam property management make sure that the property is in premier condition. The cherry on the top would have been lounge chairs on the lanai.
This will definitely be our go to unit when we visit Maui again!
