Run down so called resort. Did not feel safe and would have to open all the windows to get any air flow. I would spend your money on something nicer and the room smelled musty. The fans were all running at max speed. We didn’t stay more than one hour and that was to find a new place.

Lanai equipment not as described in the photo. Otherwise OK. Good location, ok value however, if you have any mobility issues, skip, because this property is not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Clean and breezy, this adorable little condo was just what we were looking for. We didn't plan on spending much time in our room so we wanted something small, clean, and inexpensive. There was plenty of room for our stuff and the tiny kitchen had just what we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of running water in the Koi pond below. It was a little dated, which we didn't mind, and there were a few small broken items, such as the plug in the bathroom sink. It wasn't a big deal though. The lawn in the back was great and we spend several nights watching the gorgeous sunset. My only complaint about the lawn area was that it had a lot of orange, mesh, fencing that was a real eyesore. We didn't go in the pool/hot tub area, but it looked really nice and had several large, covered barbeques that I saw people using. When I booked the room I wasn't really thrilled that the laundry facilities were shared. I was pleasantly surprised though that they were big, nice appliances that could be operated wirelessly from my phone. I did laundry twice during our stay and never had any problem getting a washer or dryer. All in all, I loved our stay. We are coming back next year and will try to get a beachfront condo in this same complex.

My friend and I stayed here for a week and the condo was perfect for the two of us. Small kitchen and comfortable bed. We loved hanging out on the patio and the short walk to the beach. Would love to return!

The condo was sufficient. Notify extravagant but suited us perfect. The only complaint was there was no air conditioning in the condo. It seems that may be common there though. There was a constant breeze and we were able to open the windows and balcony door to keep it comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. These were the pluses of the property: free & easy parking; walking distance to markets, restaurants, food trucks; boogie board, sand toys, small cooler & beach chairs provided; kitchen had everything we needed; property is on the beach. The main drawback is the very small pool. The 10 yo had fun and the hot tub was fine, but the pool is for splashing, not swimming. Also the beach where it's located is not somewhere that seemed safe for swimming. Overall great value and would recommend!

Looks like the owner has put some effort into updating the kitchen in the unit which was nice. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and boogie boards. Please fix the curtain in the master bedroom as it was in shreds (not impressed). Some noise from the parking lot.

We came to Maui for a friend’s memorial, and needed a modest, comfortable place for a short 3 night visit. I’ve stayed in the Paki Maui complex numerous time over the years and was delighted that a spot was available. This 3rd floor unit has a little porch lanai overlooking lush tropical gardens with birdsong. The unit is compact but very clean and up to date, stocked with all we would expect. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed my friend slept in. Responsiveness to a couple of texted inquiries was very fast, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
