The apartment had all the features that were advertised and much more, it far exceeded our expectations.
The ocean views were spectacular and the covered lanai was very roomy, both my daughter and her boyfriend did their yoga and stretching exercises in the lanai which has two separate entrances one from the living room and another entrance from the bedroom for privacy, and we all enjoyed eating our meals there. The convertible sofa in the living room was very comfortable for me to sleep on. The monthly parking permit to be able to park in the Pacific Monarch Condo-Hotel which is available to purchase for only $220 until noon time any weekday from the company that owns and operates the parking garage in the laundromat located just one block away which the owner of the parking garage also owns is a tremendous bargain and saved us lots of money, we always found plenty of available parking spaces on the highest floors of the parking garage and I had no problem driving my Chrysler Town & Country minivan everywhere in the parking garage. There is even a three day grace period from the expiration of the monthly parking permit, but make sure you follow the rules as to parking within the parking space lanes etc.

This condo is simply wonderful for one or two people. Great location, great views, outdated but cool building. The property manager (Lani) is responsive and super helpful.
This property was perfect for my 7 week stay in Waikiki. Location was awesome - a block away from Waikiki Beach, within walking distance of good restaurants, malls, car rentals, etc. It’s in a pretty busy/touristy part of town so I never felt unsafe walking around. The views were stunning, especially from the spacious lanai. The condo is clean and well-maintained and the kitchen has all the basic necessities. Lani was an excellent host, very friendly and quick to respond. 10/10!
Lani was an excellent host and the property was perfect. The pacific monarch hotel is centrally located near popular restaurants and bars In Waikiki. I would definitely stay again if I get to come back and enjoy the great views and hotel amenities.
Condo is in the Aqua Pacific Monarch Hotel. Clean place to stay with a great view of the ocean from the 31st floor Lanai. Kitchen has most everything needed to prepare meals. Beach towels were provided, as well. All communication was excellent. As with many places in Waikiki, the place is a little outdated and could use a refresh. But overall, it was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Exceptional place. Super clean. Property manager was super responsive and accommodating. The condo was fully equipped and very clean. The roof top pool is incredible. But the best part was the amazing views in 3 different directions from both inside the unit and from the huge lanai. Based on price, location and the amenities, this unit is a 10! We’ll be back.
