Place wasnt ready upon srrival at 9pm. Owner said she spologized thought we arrive the next day. But crumbs in the restroom sink and dirty towel. Small tiny ants are on the counter.

We enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen, community bbq area, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and reserved parking space. Great location for our tours of the island!

Great location - close enough to town for a 30 minute walk, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Condo was well outfitted, clean and comfortable. Pool was perfect for an evening dip.

Had a great stay with my wife. It's close enough to the main downtown area (1 mile) but far enough away that you aren't bothered by any hustle and bustle. Honls beach was a 15 minute walk north. Magic sands was a 5 min drive to the south. Owner picked up the one phone call I had to make when I had a question. Nice BBQs and pool about 30 yards from the front door. There's a great spot at the bottom of the complex to watch the sunset. Highly recommend you open the gate and go watch one from the lava rock down below. Condo was well appointed, and clean. Stackable washer and dryer was awesome to have. Good bang for the buck on this rental. Seems to be an older crowd that rents here (60+ years old) which we in our 30s like because it's quiet at night. Zero issue with noise from any neighbors.

Nice one bedroom one bathroom apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small kids, kids slept in the living room. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Also included beach equipment like towels , folding chairs , umbrella, cooler, boogie boards.
About 5min south of Kona.

We had a great stay at the Ali’i Villa Condo in Kona.
The condo was updated with new finishes, which were nicely done. It was the perfect size for two people with a living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. The unit had everything necessary for cooking meals and storing leftovers. It is conveniently located and within walking distance of downtown Kona.
The view of the sunset right from the property was beautiful. We also spent time watching the waves break, and we even spotted whales.

We stayed for one week at this condo and it was a great location for touring the island. The views of the sunset each night were stunning. Shawn was very quick to respond to questions. We’d recommend this rental for up to 2 people, otherwise might be a bit cramped.

This was a very nice condo. It was clean and easy to find. Lots of eating options a mile down the road. Pool was nice and uncrowded. Condo got a little warm at night when we closed the sliding door, but not bad. Would definitely stay there again.

It exceeded my expectations. A lovely place to stay and well decorated. Great place to stay if you don't have a car as the bus stops outside the property but you'll have a much better stay on the island if you have a car.

This property was excellent for our stay! Nicely updated, comfortable, and in a great location. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days and then used the pool one day and sat reading poolside…so relaxing. The patio was used day and night for some reading and coffee, while looking at the ocean. Great place!

The condo had everything we needed for our last minute trip to Kona and was just as described! Having the cooler, beach chairs and towels made the beach easy! And the high end blender made fresh fruit smoothies a breeze!
