This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. The resort in Kihei has 200 units and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable.
Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies.
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

We stayed in a 3BR unit with 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4). The set up was great - the couple took the master suite and the family of 4 took the two rooms in the back. The 2 twin room had plenty of space to push the beds aside and use two toddler beds or travel cribs. Pool was great for the kids - though the actual kids pool was very cold the first few days. The beach (Kameole 1) across the street was great and had awesome sand and gentle waves. It was good for boogie boarding (adults) splashing, and snorkeling (south side rocks). Location was close to lots of little restaurants, convenience/small grocery stores, and little shops. Each room has own AC to control temp individually.

The condo unit was a perfect fit for our family of 6. The resort is cozy and well-maintained and steps from the beach as well as a nice shopping and restaurant district. We had lovely ocean views from our unit. There was a bit of construction noise in the neighborhood, but overall, a pretty peaceful location and definitely beautiful surroundings. One suggestion for the owner is to make sure the unit is stocked with the correct number of towels & pool towels for the size of the party renting. We only had 4 sets upon check-in for 6 people, but we easily obtained more by visiting the front desk. :-)

Nice property right across from good beach and close to others. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. We had a nice 3-bedroom unit with a view of the ocean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Good place for families

Check in went smoothly. Property is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. We were assigned unit 5108, building five, first floor. This was the perfect unit for our group as the handicap parking was super close for Pops and the pool was right outside our door for the kiddos. From the lanai, we had an ocean view.
Inside the unit, everything was also perfect. There are 4 ac units and all worked well. The unit had a solid kitchen, washer and dryer. The murphy bed was very comfortable. I am pretty sure everyone slept well since they are all still sleeping!
The food trucks right along our street seem to be pretty popular. We enjoyed Kinaole Grill Food Truck.

The host always replied our messages within 5 minutes, great communication! Our stay was great, everything is as listed. I just wish we had a vacuum in our unit to vacuum the carpets throughout the week, but everything else was great!

We had a great time staying at the WorldMark in Kihei. It’s nicely located right across from the Kamaole Beach. Walkable to ABC Store and a short drive to nearby grocery stores. The suite was clean, spacious, & comfortable with a nice size kitchen. The pool was heated, has plenty of space for lounging. We had a group of 8 with kids & everyone enjoyed their time. Something to plan ahead is the resort doesn’t provide hair conditioner. If you plan to do some cooking, you may need to get stop by the store to get cooking oil, sugar, & other ingredients that you may need. The kitchen has tiny jars of salt & pepper, small packages of seasoning like red pepper, dried basil, garlic, & onion. Check the guest donation box located by the backside of the pool before you head to the store, you may be able to many lightly used useful things there.

My ohana and I visited Maui for my nieceʻs graduation, we stayed with my ohana until the graduation was over and I rented us this condo so my ohana could get away for a little bit. We enjoyed our stay here, everything from shopping to eating places to the beach is all in walking distance. I am a Maui girl so staying here really made my visit home, PERFECT! Our room was beautiful, A/C was amazing, our room was very private and our lanai and view was thee best! I canʻt wait to come back to Maui and stay here again. World Mark by Wyndham in Kihei, Maui gets 5+ stars.

We had a great trip to Kihei! The location was perfect, short walk to beach and nearby restaurants and beach rentals! We did venture out a couple days to Hana and other island adventures but mostly we walked to Kam 1 beach every morning and enjoyed the snorkling!
Property was nicely appointed with full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit! Perfect for 2 family units staying together! Front desk was very helpful with supplies after housekeeping closed every day. There was always whatever we needed available! Plenty of parking and food trucks close by for nights when you don’t want to cook.

Pros: location, location, location. You are a cross walk away from one of the nicest beaches on the island and the ABC store and many restaurants are a block or a cheap taxi away. We had to have maintenance fix our hot water heater our first night and they were fast and responsive. Beach Towlels and a washer and dryer are a big plus in my book. AC worked well. Staff was friendly.
Cons: They tell you some changes or restrictions exist from covid and then AFTER I booked the non-refundable room I get the full message that the gym is completely closed, as is the hot tub, and you can only make a pool reservation once every 3 days. This felt like a bait and switch as was very frustrating and deceptive. You can do a walk-in appointment at the pool but they kick you out every 90 minutes for covid cleaning so if you walk in at the wrong time you may get just 20 minutes of pool time before you're booted out. The rooms are assigned when you arrive so despite us arriving early in the day we were given a first floor room facing all the loud air-conditioners and next to the food trucks that send oily smelly air onto our deck. The smell made the deck and screen door unusable 90% of the week . I paid about lots more for our 9 nights than other similar listing to have amenities and then they were not usable or closed entirely. The dish washer was also nearly useless except as a drying rack since it is old and didn't clean even pre washed dishes. Internet costs extras for the week and the TV has a few live channels and no way to get onto Netflix or Hulu etc so we had to use our laptops for shows.

The assigned room is in need of upgrade and more attention to cleanliness. The carpet is very dirty....so much so bottoms of bare feet get black.
The pool and pool decking need some crack repair attention.
Staff at this resort are over the top helpful and very pleasant and friendly. The grounds and location are perfect.
The Room has a horrible view of the equipment affixed to the side of the next building and is very noisy. Sitting on the lanai and having windows open was not pleasant because of the noise. The room shouldn't even be included in the inventory, as it does not represent Worldmark’s high standards.
5 guests tried to ignore the noise, but none of us would want to stay in that room again. Overall ranking of room is
