I believe this is our fourth time staying in Tom & Janet's beautiful home. It's a perfectly central location and everything is always clean and wonderful! We took the opportunity to volunteer at the Maui Food Bank while we were there, and encourage other visitors to do the same. Thank you to the community for the warm aloha as always. ❤️

We have just returned from 10 nights at this condo and were thrilled that it not only met our expectations but exceeded them. This unit's renovations are lovely and while it is an older complex, everything is clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses. The view from the large lanai was a lovely way to start and end the day and loved that it was just a short walk down to Whaler's Village and a few times we took the trolley home as it stops next door at the Fairways Shops. We found the bed in the master a bit soft but still fairly comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the provided bar soaps which was easily solved by a quick stop at Long's for a couple of bars of soap. We would definitely return! Thanks for a great stay!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo! Very nice decor and the layout worked great for two couples. We enjoyed spending time on the large lanai with beautiful views! Close to golf, beach, shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This was the best location I could have asked for as you could walk all over the area so easily. This condo had the most peaceful views of the golf course, resorts and ocean. You are guaranteed to see a rainbow outside the windows on most days. The furnishing were so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishware that made entertaining very easy. I will absolutely be booking again for my next trip to Maui!!

This was our first time in Maui so we didn’t know what to expect. When we arrived, I was blown away by the view. The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed and more throughout our stay. We stopped at Costco on the way to the home so we were able to utilize the kitchen and make meals as we liked. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue. We lounged around mostly in the lanai. This home truly felt like home. It was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable. Walking to the beach was a breeze. The location was great and I feel very blessed to have chosen this home for our family. It was absolutely amazing! Thank you!!!

I visited with my husband and two boys (ages 10 & 12). We really enjoyed the space. The condo was spotless, comfortable & spacious with some recent updates/renovations in the kitchen & bathrooms.
When we left the airport, we picked groceries up at Costco before driving to the condo. I’m so glad we did! We enjoyed coffee & multiple breakfasts on the lanai, packed lunches for the beach, & grilled down at the pool on two of the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed.
The complex was quiet, but the neighbors were friendly & kind. We spent a small amount of time at the pool (only one afternoon, other than when barbecuing) but it was low key & family friendly.
One thing to note: It is a decent walk back uphill from the beach. No big deal for bigger kids and active adults, but could be quite a walk with babies/toddlers, older adults, or lots of beach gear/coolers.
The location in relation to the rest of the island is perfect. You can walk to Whaler’s Village or take a very short drive to Lahaina or Kapalua for restaurants, shopping, additional beaches, & more.

Lucked into this place. First time in Maui and found a gem. Very clean, easy access to everything and spent most of our time at the local beach that we walked to or shuttled if we had our snorkel gear and boogie boards. Can't wait to come back

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We rented a car to do a number of excursions. The pictures and descriptions of the condo are accurate.

Overall, the unit was acceptable with a good location 1/2 mile from Whaler's Village and a nice view of the golf course. The unit was roomy , but smelled a little musty. The management office hours are Monday thru Friday and since we arrived on Thanksgiving, the office was only open during half our stay. The TV's were old small flat screens at 35" to 40" and did not have direct access to any streaming platforms.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen, a coffee pot, pots, pans, glassware etc. We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and whalers village. The views of the golf course were very nice as well as the distant view of the ocean.
Just a few suggestions, there weren't any beach chairs, which was surprising because we have stayed at many condos in Maui, and beach chairs and accessories were always provided. Also, the beach towels were very small and thin. Other that, we give the condo 5 stars!

We stayed for a week while attending a wedding at the Royal Lahaina. We loved being a 10 minute walk from Whalers Village, Black Rock Beach, and other hotels. The space is clean and has a ton of space for five people. The beach towels provided were only okay, especially since there were no beach chairs so they had to perform double duty. We did use the boogie boards and umbrellas. The condo has a pool and hot tub, tennis and basketball, but no gym area. I would recommend this place, especially if you like space and welcome walking. We are from NYC so enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the beach, but an older couple or someone with small children might find the walk to be a lot. If you want to drive to the beach I advise parking at Whalers and getting your parking validated where ever you end up having lunch.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. The cleanliness of the condo was on par with the rooms you'd find in the surrounding resorts. We wanted a location that was situated close to beaches, shops, and restaurants and that's exactly what we wanted. Everything is close by and easy to access. Access to Black Rock beach was 10 minute walk or a quick drive down the Whaler’s Village. Baby Beach, which is behind Safeway grocery store, is about a 10 minute drive. Shops and restaurants on Front Street are also a 10-15 minutes drive.
The view from the lanai was breath taking, we dined on the lanai every day during our stay. The rooms were spacious and bed comfortable. Parking was close to the room and there was never a shortage on spaces (at least not when we were there). You will have to pay for parking up front so plan accordingly. We paid $20/day, $140 total, however; the daily rate has gone up slightly. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great since we cooked at least one meal each day. The AC worked as expected, although, one could argue it's not entirely needed since the breeze from the trade winds fill the living spaces when you the front door and lanai sliding doors are open (there are screen doors and both entry points to help keep bugs out).
We will definitely be back.

Totally recommend this property! Great view next to golf course and close to Kaanapali resort area and Whalers Village. Condo is quite comfortable and has everything needed. Fumbled a bit with the TV / Cable set up - a simple instruction sheet would be useful. Mahalo!

We traveled with our 16 and 18 yo old sons. We did a lot of snorkeling and beach hopping. The condo is immaculate. The lanai was lovely for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The boys could walk to the beach. There is a snorkel rental store and a good pizza place in the small center next door. It is not far from the shops/restaurants in Lahaina. It made for the perfect week. Loved having a washer/dryer. Great condo!

We chose this condo primarily for its proximity to the Maui Marathon finish line. We had read all the positive reviews for this property but we were still surprised by its super cleanliness, nice decor, amazing view and great location!

This was our second time staying at the property, we previously stayed in April of 2021. We loved it so much the first time, we were praying it would be available for this trip, and to our delight, it was! We've been to Maui countless times and stayed in a LOT of different condos. This one exceeds them all. Cleanliness, comfort and fabulous center location to everything around is wonderful. We love being able to walk down to Whaler's Village for dinner or shopping or walk the 10 minutes to the beach. The evening sunsets from the lanai are beautiful! We'll absolutely be back for the third time! Thanks Tom & Janet for the use of your beautiful home! ❤

There is nothing like walking through the front door of the unit and laying your eyes on the beautiful view to kick off your vacation on the right foot. We loved eating out on the lanai and watching the sunsets over Lanai island. The unit had everything we needed from the kitchenware, soft towels, blankets, comfy beds, and some beach equipment. It was very clean and felt like no one else had stayed there. Beach, coffee shop, restaurants and shopping were just a short walk away.
Leanna and Myra, from ITrip, took very good care of us and were fast to respond to our questions and needs. We are looking forward to returning again soon.

We were in Maui for 8 days with our 3 adult children. This condo was perfectly located. Beach was a short walk away. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. We used the grill by the pool for some dinners at home. The strip of stores behind the condo has a great coffee shop, pizza shop - wings and pizza were great! A convenient store and rental for snorkel equipment there as well. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. The view was incredible. We would stay here again.
