Overall it was a great stay - great views, walking distance to a beach as well as a path to walk on the beach for a long distance without leaving the condominium. The kitchen had everything one would need as well as things for the beach - from snorkeling equipment to beach chairs. There were many fans in the property and the only thing I would change is adding air conditioning units to the bedrooms as it got warm at night. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Shorty after renting this property, I received a personal welcome call from Brian who welcomed us. He told me more about the property and gave me the name of the activities coordinator in case we wanted to plan any outings on the island. A few days before we left to head to Kauai, we received a text detailing out directions and everything we needed to access the condo. I have rented lots of places but never have had such a personal touch and care. They were there always to answer questions and assist with anything. This makes traveling so much more comforting.
We loved staying in this condo since it was right on the water and close to great shopping , wonderful restaurants and super food carts. It had lots of beach toys to enjoy and we loved that we could keep the windows open and enjoy the beach air. There were ceiling fans in each room which provided plenty of cool air. The property grounds were beautiful with lots of plants and the heated pool was clean and well maintained.
On our last day, we coordinated a late checkout since our plane did not leave until 10pm. This was a blessing to be able to rest up for the long trip back.
We will certainly be coming back and renting this unit again since it was beautiful and the beach was amazing!

Our second trip to Lae Nani. Gorgeous property! Loved my nighttime torches and great ocean view! Lava Lava beach club next door is awesome! We had great communication with host Brian and house cleaner Grace! We had an awesome time exploring Kauai with our adult son and girlfriend (first time visitor)! We will be back!

I highly recommend this place: excellent view, beautiful courtyard, well equipped kitchen, boogie boards and supplies for ocean fun provided, access to washer and dryer on the resort property, and a cheery and breezy vibe indoors. Brian is very responsive and helpful. Definitely yes!

For the value, you can’t beat this proximity to the beach. It was wonderful seeing the waves from the main room and master bedroom. The grounds are very well maintained and it was so nice to have coin (or app paid) laundry the next building over. We loved the short walk to the Lava Lava restaurant and went there twice during our stay. Would stay here again!

This property was just as stated online. The view was amazing.
No a/c and unit on the 2nd floor so were able to leave doors and windows open January was perfect, might be a little warm in the hotter months. Older guest in the units around us, but a short path walk to another beach with bar, food and live music were perfect if you wanted that type of entertainment. Grace was wonderful making sure everything was good and checked in with us a couple of times. We had a great time and loved the location in the middle to both ends on the island.

Our family had an amazing week at this beautiful property and enjoyed all the beach equipment provided with the unit. Beach and pool were both easy to access and enjoy. Communications were timely and thorough and property manager was immediate in response to questions.

This beautiful 2 bedroom home had superior ocean views and the property is well cared for. The location in Kaapa is fabulous and the beach is just steps from the unit. I recommend this property and absolutely will return. The communication with the owners was excellent.

Overall very pleased. In-person contact person (Grace) was very quick to personally respond to minor issues. She was extremely nice and personable. There was a plumbing issue - no hot water in master bedroom shower. Brian was quick to respond and offered to send a plumber right away. We voluntarily declined to avoid a disturbance in our day/evening. We told Brian that we would use the shower in the second bath. So, no complaint with that issue.

More room than we expected. We cooked and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The view was incredible. We saw more fish snorkeling on the beach there than we did anywhere else we went. The apartment manager was extremely helpful. We didn’t realize that it would be difficult to arrange for the activities we wanted to do without having made reservations in advance. He connected us to others that helped us to get last minute tickets that we couldn’t find online. So grateful! It was, hands down, the best vacation our family has ever had.

Locations very central about halfway between each desirable end of the island. Unfortunately was the one mile stretch of dead stop traffic. Customer service was excellent/speedy/friendly, many beach amenities already in the unit. For us, the laundry not being in the actual unit is inconvenient and ceiling fans needing replaced it was a bit too warm sleeping (there are some assorted box fans). Sleeper sofa is not ideal for a bed, very bent springs and downhill, but overall very pretty views on property and can’t beat oceanfront.

There is not a lot of properties with direct beach access and a large swimming pool - this is one of them. Would highly recommend for families looking for a best value experience.

Aside from being rental property owners we travel a great deal and therefore have a list of baseline criteria that we also look for in a rental property.
The first two items on our list are location and condition of the property. We really enjoyed La’e Nani. The grounds and access to the beach etc. were outstanding.

We loved every inch of this unit and property. Ocean view is stunning and better than the photos on line! You see ocean waves as soon as you walk in. Unit is clean, spacious and has a great flow. There are two balcony/lanais and both have full ocean views and both have views of lush landscaping and even tiki torches which are lighted every evening at 6:00 PM. All of the furniture is comfortable, from the king sized bed to couches, chairs and even dining chairs and a padded wooden lounge on the living area lanai. We especially enjoyed the tall, bar height table on the lanai for morning coffee with unobstructed views. The location is perfect. Whether you want long walks on the beach, a dip in the ocean, swimming laps in the beautiful pool or walking to restaurants and even the nearby Country Market, this is heavenly. Brian, the property manager is fantastic and thorough in explaining everything and answers questions immediately by email. Paradise does not get any better than this!

Some of the best kept grounds anywhere are on this property. Beautiful landscaping and well kept paths made for an easy walk to the beach. Beach had places to swim for every age, from small kids to adults. Condo it self was basic, but had everything needed to enjoy your stay. It did a little warm during the day inside, but the breeze does help. Furniture in main room was not the most comfortable, but was clean and in good condition . The bedroom with twin beds got an uncomfortable mattress review from our kids and were a little squeaky. We ate every meal outside on the patio while looking and listening to the ocean. A closet full of beach supplies was also a nice extra touch. Problem free check in and contact with the owner. Coconut marketplace was a short 5 minute walk to purchase anything you might need from souvenirs to groceries. Also has great restaurants to eat at. My whole family enjoyed our week in Kaua’i and would come back again.

We just had the perfect vacation made possible by this rental. Location was easy access to good restaurants, groceries, hiking and of course beaches! Large warm pool and beach front access made the grounds top notch. We hope to come back soon!

Lae Nani is a special place and this condo fit the bill! The view from the second floor is spectacular, the landscaping and lawn memorable. The condo is very comfortable, well stocked and served two couples very well. The property manager was very responsive and generous. We had a great time and will return.

This condo is pretty much worn out, but the grounds are lovely and the location is great. The lanai chaise is broken so unusable, and the lanai table is uncomfortably tall. The second bedroom beds are uncomfortable. The bath and beach towels are fraying. Some of the fans are shredding. The second bedroom faces the parking lot so is a bit loud with guests coming and going. Also, every night someone was smoking outside so we had the unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the unit. But we really enjoyed the grounds and convenient location.

We rented three units for our parent’s 50th anniversary celebration and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The property is beautiful, the beach and pool are perfect for quiet days, and we were within walking distance to great restaurants, casual shopping, and local boutiques.

The location, the view are amazing. The description and pictures are pretty accurate.
A lot of places to eat, grocery store nearby.
The beach is a bit rocky, but it's not a problem to get used to it.
The host was very kind and didn't charge for the late checkout.
I'd say the only downside for me was no Air Conditioning. It should be okay if you're going to spend all your time there at the beach/pool and it's not hot during nights.
But if you're going to work from the condo during the day it does get pretty hot and fans don't help it much.

This is one of the best located units in Lae Nani. It allowed for relaxing, happy views of the Ocean and the amazing well maintained grounds. The layout of the property was great with ample room in the kitchen, living/dinning room, and a lanai to chill. I loved the convenience of having a washer and a dryer inside the unit. Grocery, food vendors, restaurant and bar is a quick 5 minutes walk. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone.

For our first vacation since the Pandemic began, we wanted to return to Hawaii and do something special for our Daughter and Son-in-law for their Anniversary. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location and condo we're beautiful. Just a few steps from a wonderful, quiet beach. There was a little pond for the kiddies to swim in and it was close to shopping and the cute little town of Kapa'a. The Host was amazing, friendly, and informative. Highly recommended.

From the moment the owner contacted me and said Aloha and welcomed my Ohana I knew the trip was going to be magical. The property is a short drive from the airport, checking in was easy and straightforward. The location of the property is dreamy. From both patios you can see and hear the ocean. Every night we slept with the sliding door open and the sound of the ocean in our ears. My kids were speechless. The beach is a 1 minute from the unit (if that). The beach was great for my 7,9 and 11 year old. There’s a protected section and then various areas to enjoy. There’s another beach just north that is long and great for a run. The pool is also large and heated. Not too much chlorine. My kids were between the pool and the ocean for 10 hours easy. The inside of the unit has everything you need to make breakfast, lunches and dinner. Well equipped. Lots of beach toys and beach chairs. Absolutely no complaints. I’ll definitely book again. Mahalo Brian for helping us out and being responsive to my questions.
