The condo is absolutely perfect, it’s in a great location with lovely views of the sea and sunset.The area is lovely and quiet.Kona has some great restaurants and lovely shops. The Volcano national park is amazing especially Kilauea. The top of Mauna Kia is especially spectacular with a lovely walk to a lake.

Good location for things to do in Kona. The beach area by the condo was perfect for the toddler and watching sunsets. Overall, it was mostly perfect. I wish our unit hadn’t been on the corner of the second floor and close to the parking lot. There was a lot of noise during the day from car doors, talking, walking by, etc. It seemed like people were stomping when coming up the stairs and walking by. Just too noisy for a family with a toddler that still takes a nap during the middle of the day when most people are still coming and going. If you’re going to stay with a toddler, it’s a great place - just need to try and get a unit that isn’t in such a high traffic area.

My family of 4 had an amazing time in Hawaii and the condo was in a beautiful and convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants, shops, Costco and Walmart. The pool and BBQ/ picnic areas were great amenities and the ocean view was breathtaking. The condo was clean and nicely appointed and the property was beautifully maintained. The property manager was very good with communication and directions. I would love to visit Hawaii again and stay at this condo.

We came to Kona to get a break from our long Oregon winter. We stayed at a Kona Isle condo before and we’re happy with the location. Upon arriving, we were pleased that much of the complex was updated and the grounds were immaculate. We made use of the pool, lanai and gas grill, just steps from the ocean. We saw spinner dolphins, a humpback whale and wild parrots right from the lanai as well as beautiful sunsets! The property is quiet and clean and close to amenities. Will definitely think of coming back! Thank You!

Beautiful, quiet property with lots of amenities. Check-in was totally remote and easy after clear direction from property management. Condo was clean and well-appointed. Sofa hide-a-bed was perfect and comfortable for the kids. Lanai was great for outdoor meals. We appreciated the guide books for reference and also used the pool and outdoor communal grills and picnic tables for do-it-yourself dinners. Even saw a whale passing by close to shore one evening. A lovely place to stay!

The AC is great We never had to turn it below 78. Even if the unit is warm upon returning from being out, it cools down fast.
The internet was quite able to support my husbands work VPN.
The pool is big and most of the time we were the only ones in it. Sometimes it was too warm for me.
The residents at Kona Isle are welcoming and friendly. They make you feel at home.
When we return to Kona we will definitely stay there again.

There is AC in both rooms which you don't really need at night but is great in the evenings. They had all the dishes and cooking pots and pans and everything we needed to cook while we stayed there and everything was clearly marked and labeled like the disposal switch and light switches so it was very easy to navigate. They have a beach front seating area but you can't go into the ocean there. There have a small pool which was good for a quick dip to cool off. There is a little salt water pool adjacent to the property that was open to use but we actually went past that salt water pool and you can walk down onto the rocks and sit in the ocean which was nice. We had assigned parking which I like and there was a Safeway grocery store a few minutes away that had everything we needed. This is a pretty good location to stay because there are a couple of nice beaches close by and you're not staying in a super congested area. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean. We had Netflix in both rooms. No complaints. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at a Kona Isle Condo the last 2 years. The place is great. What we enjoy the most is sitting by the ocean, listening to the waves and having dinner at beachside while watching the sunset.
Our condo was clean and exceptionally decorated and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, although only salt and pepper as pantry items. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board.
We would definitely come back again.

Overall, good experience. Loud AC motor on the deck. We just shut off AC when we were on the Lanai. Grounds are awesome including beach area and BBQ.

Beautifully updated and very comfortable! The property provided everything we needed to enjoy our time, including kitchen amenities, beach chairs & towels, snorkel gear, BBQs on the beach, and a/c. People on the property were friendly and helpful and the management company was very welcoming. Definitely a hit!

I so enjoyed this property. It was very clean. Many items in unit were new or in excellent condition. A short walk to view the ocean, use the pool and/or enjoy the “sand” area and lounging. Watching the high surf over the salt water pool edge was entertaining and fun for my adult friends and family. Great place and close to whatever one needs

The highlight of the location was being able to sit by the ocean and listen to the waves crash any time we wanted to do so. Inside the condo, we loved the kitchen with updated counters, appliances, and utensils. It was a pleasure to cook while staying there. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo, and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The owners supplied good quality towels, both for the bathroom and for the pool/beach.
If we were to point out anything that could be improved, it would be the noise created by the AC unit on the patio. We resolved that by turning off the AC anytime one of us sat on the patio, but we were there in December and the others remaining in the condo could tolerate the heat inside. It might be a bit more difficult for those staying inside in the summer while others are out on the patio enjoying the view of the water.
Overall, we were very pleased with this rental and would stay in this unit again..

We stayed 12 days over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Master bed was comfy and pull-out bed works for a kid. Master bedroom windows face the common hallway/parking lot so if you’re looking for quiet and private look elsewhere. The condo was very clean and had beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkel gear. The balcony has a view but only from one chair because the box that holds all the beach gear takes up the best place for ocean views. Never used the AC as it was on when we arrived and was extremely loud. The many ceiling fans are adequate so we never felt too hot. Overall, a good place to stay. Mahalo and a hui hou!

Loved our stay here. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Comfortable bed and we loved the French press (they have a regular coffee maker as well). The fans worked well to keep things cool. Best view with chairs to watch the sunset on the “beach”. Friendly neighbors and a farmers market just a couple blocks away.
