Hawaii has delayed the plan to welcome visitors back to the state until the number of new COVID-19 cases on the U.S. mainland and in Hawaii drop significantly. Hawaii Governor announced the 14 day mandatory quarantine for travelers to the islands will continue to at least October 1, 2020.

To help protect guests from the risks of infection of the coronavirus, we have implemented the following steps and features:
Unless previously booked, we are placing a 24 hour block between each booking to allow our housekeeping staff additional time for cleaning and disinfecting. We are also using a recommended cleaning guideline based on recommendations from the CDC.

This OCEANFRONT one bedroom unit is nicely decorated with a KING size bed, dresser, Flat screen TV, and desk area. The custom built cabinets in the bedroom allows plenty of space for your belongings. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with new flooring and a tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy the views of the ocean while being in the fully functional kitchen, that is well stocked with all your basic needs. The living area includes a comfortable sectional with a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV, and a dining table with seating for four guests. Other amenities include a washer/dryer inside the unit and a wall air conditioner in the living area, along with additional ceiling fans.

No need to stop by Costco for beach gear, we supply items such as beach towels, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, two snorkeling sets and a collapsible cooler! Other amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, FREE basic cable, local phone, internet, and onsite parking for one vehicle.

North Kaanapali Beach is a mile away, Napili Bay or Kapalua Beach is just a 5 minute drive away! We are centrally located in West Maui; 10 minute drive to Historic Lahaina Town and a 5 minute drive to Kapalua or Kaanapali where you will find world class golfing . Nearby you will find: shopping, grocery stores, the farmers market, fine dining and casual restaurants.

Very clean and great location. The bedroom was very warm even with 3 fans in it. Probably 10 degrees or more warmer in the bedroom than the living room as there wasn’t any airflow to the bedroom. We made it work, and it was comfortable with the fans blowing. Great view of all the turtles and in direct line for sunsets. Bree was great to work with and the communication was great!!!!

Everything about this rental was wonderful! It was super clean, spacious, had everything we could possibly have needed and the location could not have been better. I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and smells and was so happy that this unit was ideal in both those categories. We saw whales constantly, the turtles were there daily and it was quiet, peaceful and the view was stunning! We loved that you could see Lana’i and Molokai from the property. We were grateful for the body boards, cooler, beach chairs and all the extra towels and bedding. Temperature was ideal, plenty of fans to keep us cool. We drove all over the island and felt so lucky to be in the exact spot we were in, we wouldn’t have picked any other spot! We would love to come back!

My wife and I stayed here 10 days and found the location ideal. Close to Whaler's Village and Lahaina to the south and even closer to Kapalua just north of us - all of these places had good options for eating out. Most mornings we made breakfast at the condo and watched whales from the balcony. We also saw turtles feeding in the water by shore. We snorkeled, did road to Hana and also visited Haleakala. The condo was very reasonably priced. Some of the finishes are outdated (e.g. tile counter tops) and the carpeting could/should probably be replaced (maybe with tile or wood?), but that did not interfere with how we enjoyed our stay. Communications with the property management was excellent - we communicated via text; their responses were timely and they were very accomodating.

Second time visit This is our second time staying at the condo. It is a perfect location close to shopping best snorkeling around and always comfortable. The condo was clean everything was in working order and the weather was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone.

It is a beautiful condo located directly on the oceanfront. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. Located in walking distance to restaurants, food trucks and groceries (half mile). We saw whales and turtles every day. It was a great value for the cost.

The property was right on the water, quiet and convenient to sight seeing along the northwest coast of Maui. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The view is really great! 1 out of the 4 patio chairs is a bit messed up, but I’ll that’s not the end of the world. Overall the place was clean, had plenty of towels, a few laundry detergent pods for us to use etc. I would definitely recommend others to stay here, especially if you truly want a beach getaway home feel vibe that many resorts don’t have. 4 1/2 stars out of 5!

We had such an enjoyable time at this location. It had everything we needed and it felt like home. The view is amazing from the lanai, and the water is easily accessible. Sea turtles swam right up to the beach and whales were active every day. We’re already planning our next stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The provision of all the beach-ready essentials was wonderful!! We did have to drive to beach access, but we wanted to check out various beaches anyway.
