This tastefully renovated condo is a tranquil and inviting retreat. Comfortable furnishings and select upgrades will make you feel at home. The cheerful living room has a cozy couch with a sofa sleeper option for up to 2 children (12 or under), additional seating, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The upscale kitchen has granite counters and back-splash, new cabinets, upgraded lighting and all the essentials for cooking & dining. The open, "great room" design lets you stay involved with family and friends while you assemble meals. A queen bed, A/C unit and ample storage in the bedroom are guest favorites. Tile flooring throughout helps keep the unit cool and is easy to clean. A lovely tiled walk-in shower & granite topped vanity are the focus of the bath.
The private lanai is a perfect spot to to relax at anytime of day.

Free wifi allows you to stream your favorite shows. In-unit washer and dryer, parking and long distance calling within US & Canada are offered for your convenience.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor of quiet building 3, accessible by elevator or stairs.

There are two beach chairs, two beach towels and a beach umbrella are available for your use.

Maui Vista offers 3 pools, 6 tennis courts and 3 BBQ areas on Property. It is just across the street from Charley Young & Kamaole I beaches.

There is a maximum occupancy of 3 guests, maximum 2 adults.

Minimum stay is 3 nights except Peak Season(Dec 15-Jan 5)-minimum stay is 10 nights

Free, unassigned parking. Parking permit is given upon registration with Maui Vista office. (Their Office hours M-F 8-4). If you arrive when the office is closed, please go to the Maui Vista Office located on the ground floor of building 1, use the phone outside the office to contact Security. Security can issue a temporary parking pass. Please register with the office on the next day the office is open.

This complex is a conveniently located to explore Kihei. Charley Young Beach is just across the street, The Cove is a short walk and you can stroll down Kamaole Beach I,II & III, they are all connected. You can walk along the beach all the way to Wailea. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Kihei is very relaxed, diverse community. Many local residents live here. Condos offer the majority of vacation accommodations here. Large resorts and hotels are located in nearby Wailea and to the west in Lahaina and Ka'anapali.

If guests are content to stay in Kihei area, there's no need to rent a car. There are shuttles available from the airport. Once here, Kihei has moped, bike rentals and some local shuttle services as well as the Maui bus for $1-2.

We checked in late to this familiar property. The security worker was kind and helpful. Building 3 had a much longer walk to the beach than our last visit. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The only thing I can complain about is the heat ! With no air conditioning, outside of the bedroom, it was impossible to consider cooking in the condo . The air conditioner being on a timer was inconvenient as well , since it shuts off after 6 hours and woke us up each time it did . The chairs and beach cooler could definitely use an upgrade , as they were torn and stained. The bathroom sink had such high pressure, it was difficult to use without making a huge mess . The bed was comfortable, and clean which is very important to me . I just wish the place was a bit cooler for the short time spent there .

The condo is a great location. Beach access is just across the street. Shops and restaurants are walkable. The condo is fully equipped with most of the things you need for your stay. The air conditioner in the bedroom is perfect for a goid night sleep in a hot weather. We had an excellent stay.

Property was a great location. It was central to all of our activities. The condo was clean and facilities clean as well. The property overall was well kept. Loved the grill as we had steak one night. Very convenient to beach, stores, park, and restaurants.

My small family of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. It was located in a great area with security that frequently made rounds. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and was well equipped with all the necessities like pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

The place was perfect, great location too. The furniture is a bit dated and the bedroom AC is noisy and needs a new filter. The kitchen was very well stocked and that was appreciated.

This property was amazing, super convenient to everything we wanted to see, and the host and apartment was perfect. We loved the accessibility to the beach, and the cleanliness of the apartment itself. If you’re worrying about the air conditioning being an issue, it really isn’t bad. We did just fine running our room air conditioning at night, and the fans to help during the day, and it was very pleasant.

This condo was in the perfect location for visiting the various beaches in the area. There were also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, noodles, and a boogie board to use in the closet which was so nice! The host even left some Hawaiian snacks and champagne for us. It was a great place to stay for our Hawaiian vacation!
