I was in Hawaii for a family reunion, so my needs were not that of a tourist. The properly was conveniently located and had convent access to shopping for things that I wanted to bring back home to the Midwest. The unit was clean and was more than adequate for what I needed. The lighting in the bathroom over the sink could be brighter and a lounge type chair would have been preferred. Not sure why two chairs were provided without a table. I opted to use the optional parking in the building and found access to be convenient. I only used the Starbucks in the lobby and found that there was adequate amount of seating for all guests. I had no issues with the unit so a call to the property manager was not required. Will definitely stay there again.

This was my husband and mine’s first visit to Hawaii, and was absolutely the perfect spot to stay.
Just 5 minutes or so, depending on traffic, from the pier where many of the adventures dock. We did the glass bottom boat, parasailing, turtle snorkeling, and sunset dinner boat ride. All were right there! We were pleasantly surprised!
The hotel was very nice, breakfast restaurant on-site, a very nice bar with amazing food! And the mall attached!
The beach and many other sites were very close as well!
We were happy not to have to drive too far and worry about getting lost!
Pearl Harbor was just 10-15 minutes drive as well.
We would definitely return!

Not a good experience. Arrived to a freezing cold room. AC was not able to control. Large puddles of dirty water covered the entry way. No response to my phone calls right away so had to clean it up myself. Sheets smaller like mildew. Advertised a kitchenette but was just a microwave and mini fridge like all hotel rooms.

This property was extremely pleasant with location and cleanliness, the greatest factor that contributed to our stay being the convenient location in the heart of Ala Moana.
An aspect which could be improved upon would be the thickness of the walls as they are quite thin and is easy to hear noises from the hotel. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I live on the island but my boyfriend doesn’t. He came to visit me on our anniversary so we decided to go all out and get a nice hotel. It was a SUPER easy process, no issues at all. I will admit I was a bit worried there would be. We got to the room fine, and the view was beautiful! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was pretty nice too. Nice, easy checkout process as well. No complaints. It was a great stay!

Room fine except we had one set of dishes for 2 people for a 2 week rental. After many emails we finally received appropriate amount 6 days later. Emails ignored or answered one way and then another. Language barriers evident with email composition. Would much rather go through proper hotel group.

We really enjoyed how convenient our stay was. Walking distance to Ala Moana beach, mall, Target, pool, and has an outstanding steak house (Signature). Perfect for our week long stay. Really enjoyed the view off the balcony and the service from Dada who brang my food to the pool. The only complaint was that when I called the property owners, they did not pick up (tried to call to see if I can do an early check-in). When I complained about the room next door, because of water turning on and off the whole night, to the hotel, the owners did call me to see what was going on. There are owned units (what this is - there is a sticker on the key pad that denotes that it is privately owned) and hotel units (no sticker). Be aware that there is no vent for the bathroom, the refrigerator did not keep my food very cold, no unlimited towels, and no maid services. There is a laundry room on the same floor and cleaning supplies to clean the room yourself. I loved the disposable slippers. Take pictures of the hotel keys when you return them to the front desk. The fine print says $200 for each of the keys you lose. I enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this VRBO if you are clean and are sharing it with just your spouse and maybe a kid or two.

Great location and nice hotel. Elevators are really fast and room was clean. Room is really only for 2 people max and so it was nice just having a room to myself. It would have been nicer if the lanai was accessible, but there was construction going on.

Traveling by myself for a week. Found this place through . As hotels in Honolulu go, this one was the most reasonably priced that I found. When I walked into the lobby I thought I was in the wrong place as it was really beautiful, apparently recently remodeled. The room was as advertised, 13th floor, nice view of the harbor. It was clean and had everything that I needed. I'm not sure why this is called a condominium as it is just a hotel room that happens to have a small fridge and microwave. In looking into other rooms as I walked down the hallway, the hotel rooms were identical. I guess the biggest difference was that the "condo" has no room service. Not a problem for a one week stay. There was plenty of linen, towels, etc. Would definitely stay there again. Immediately adjacent to the Ala Moana shopping center. Easy walking distance to Ala Moana Park and Waikiki. Note that the hotel can be extremely busy, especially on weekends. Getting an elevator down on Sunday morning can take 30 minutes. Although it did not impact me, at times there were huge check-in lines snaking around the lobby.

We stayed 8 days, thru VRBO. Reserved in advance when rates were super low.
Parking overnight rate was 34.50 parking attendant 24/7, so lot was secured. Ignore other people's comments about the parking lot being dangerous, haha. Parking is a premium on the island, so not too surprised the cost. Other hotels... charged more!
Room was Clean.
Room was small as advertised.
Small fridge, Microwave, coffee maker, and essential plate / flatware for leftovers
Small balcony to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
Walls were a little thin, we could neighbors a few times, either late night or early AM.
The hairdryer was broke and reported to the management on Sunday. A new one was replaced the same day! Didn't have to wait for Monday.
Second floor is connected to the mall. Close accessibility.
10 min walk to the beach.
25 min walk to the Waikiki hotels.
There were a bunch other places we walked to locally. In general, parking was terrible on the island. Kind of worse than DTLA - if you can believe that!
Staff was courteous and helpful.
Would recommend!

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Grocery store, shopping, and gym that I belong to were a few minutes(walking) away.
The refrigerator didn’t work which was a bummer as I was there for 5 days. The management co was notified and offered to remedy the situation right away. I opted for my privacy and instead filled an ice bucket with ice every morning and left it in the refrigerator. It did the trick and kept everything I needed cold.
Once the refrigerator is replaced by the management it will be a 5 star rental all the way around. I would stay again.

Management was great especially for allowing me to check in early, you was great and relaxing, I think the only only 3things I did not like to be honest was the alarm clock radio sound was worse than the sound coming out of my cell phone, The refrigerator would not freeze ice on the tub/water bottles trying to take on trips, and being a guy that is 6 foot tall the showerhead was about 2 inches too short with a small showerhead making it hard to spread the water onto my body, and last there were no soft pillows all of the pillows were firmly stuffed, it would’ve been great to at least had one or two soft feather-ish pillows. But because of the hospitality I will definitely come back Again and stay in the room, if those few things I mentioned would’ve been different and definitely would’ve been a tent start instead of a five star!
