My husband and I along with our 17 year old daughter and her 17 year old friend stayed in this condo for 3 nights. It has the most spectacular views. Best condo in the complex. There were plenty of towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, kitchen supplies and small things of shampoo, conditioner and soap which were all very appreciated. We new the condo was going to be not air conditioned which was fine as there were a lot of fans and we luckily were there when it was not blazing hot. The wind pick up something fierce each afternoon and kept the condo very airy. This condo is walking distance to so many restaurants, stores and shops, we rarely got in the car.

Oceanfront location is amazing. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers all provided. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Close proximity to stores, restaurants. Property manager, Julie, very helpful and responsive when we locked ourselves out. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed Kamoele Nalu over ten years ago. We returned this year and chose this unit July 2023 because it was on the corner facing the beautiful ocean. Everything was great. Central to most everything. AC would make this unit even better but we were aware there was not AC before booking this. There are ceiling fans and fans though. Everything you need is in the unit, which makes it so easy to stay - beach chairs, towels, one boogie board (someone probably left), a few coolers. TV’s in each room, mini shampoos, conditioner, soaps. We used the washer and dryer a few times. Nice that a smoothy/coffee/açaí place is right across the street. We lucked out and had no rain during our visit. Maui is beautiful and we drove all over! Be sure to bring a sweatshirt to go to the crater.

Perfect for our needs..was worried about not having air-conditioning in July..trade winds were amazing..location was amazing..condo had everything we needed..the only thing off was the floors were not clean an easy fix but we shouldn't have had to clean them..other than that ..loved our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was so convenient - stores, coffee shops, and restaurants right across the street. The views can't be beat with this unit. Simply amazing. We saw turtles and dolphins from the deck! So nice to be able to spend time at the beach and have homebase so close. If our family of 5 is lucky enough to visit Maui again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Highly recommend this condo for it's location with easy access to the beach, stunning ocean views, and small fshops and cafes nearby. The condo building has a small and friendly feeling to it with staff and many other guests owners and long term renters. This unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. Five stars.

We’ve stayed at this condo development a few times. Best location and view in Kihei. This unit is in one of the best locations in the building. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped especially compared to some of the other units our friends were staying in. The unit was a bit dated but great value for location and size.

We stayed at 6 spots while island hopping and this was declared the favorite by everyone in the family. Great location, fun area, great beach, and amazing views! Can’t wait to return some day.

Mid-September vacation
My brothers, sister in law, and I had a fabulous time. Beach is right at your footsteps. Snorkeling was best in the morning when water is calmer. We also did several nice coastal beach walk from our condo to Wailea. We all agreed that the ABC store a block away was the best we have been ( great to pick up little things) . Several favorite lunch/dinner places : Monkey Pod, (Wailea), Star Noodle(Lahaina), Nutcharee Authentic Thai Food (Kihei), and Leona Kitchen & Pie (Lahaina)…….wished we had made reservations earlier for Mama Fish House (5 month reservations ahead), and Lahaina Grill which we have been before for the ultimate experience but where we went this time was just perfect. Sometimes you just don’t want to schedule everything in your life and just be an islander and just chill.
The condo worked well for 4 adults. Furniture was a bit dated but comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Supplies was perfect to get started. Enough dish ware, place ware, and pots/pans for us, since we choose to eat one large meal out a day and just had light meals the rest of the day. No A/C but the ceiling fans and the tropical breeze worked well for us since we were on the balcony most of the time. You can’t beat the view! Refrigerator temp was not regulated well, some of our fruit was frozen but we learned where to place things away from the back. We liked that there was enough dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels to use for our week stay. Washer/Dryer is small but worked for our stay. There was enough laundry pods to use for a few days. Location was great and easy to get around.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihie. The property was as described in a fantastic location. There are large amount of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed snorkeling with the turtles in front of the property every day. The view from the property is amazing!

We really enjoyed our July visit to Kamaole Nalu 506! The management was very organized and great with communication. The property was clean and very comfortable. The view and location is amazing. We would stay here again.

Property was clean and in a great location to experience the real Maui. If you're looking for a resort experience, this isn't it. It is a beautiful condo next to amazing beaches with good food, drink and shopping options nearby. Also very centrally located as a jumping off point to explore the various areas of the island. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful property overlooking the ocean! We celebrated my moms 80th birthday while swimming with turtles and having happy hour on our lanai. What a beautiful memory we have to cherish forever. Thank you for the beautiful stay and hope we can come again!

Our Family was able to stay at this unbelievable Condo. The location and views of the sunrise, ocean, Beaches , sunsets and turtles was perfection. The condo was sparkling clean, comfy, simple and all you needed for a beach front stay. The balcony was our spot. I could even see our kids right below playing in the water. Across the street is the best coffee/ smoothie shop. Shaved ice for kids and great running spots. We will stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Excellent for a family or couple. The moment you walk in youll know exactly what i mean. The owner Julie was Wonderful as well!

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location near Kam I and II beaches was amazing. The condo was a good size for the 2 of us and it came stocked with a solid kitchen set-up and beach trip gear. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The condo itself was beautiful, perfectly spacious and separated for a larger group. The view was unbeatable. It also had perfect amenities. The only issue (which the listing does mention to their credit) was the lack of AC. We had all the windows open every night with multiple fans going and it was tough to sleep with how warm it was. There were also a lot of little bugs in the condo which I’m sure is due to the windows being open. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but really wish we had AC or a better option while sleeping.

We loved our stay in this condo. We are a family of 5 and we were all comfortable. It met our needs and surpassed our expectations. The location and view from this condo was worth every penny we paid to stay here. It was fully stocked from cooking things, to beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and extra linings. We will definitely return to this amazing condo. We slept with the windows open and everyday fell asleep and woke up to the sound/view of the ocean. Best Condo in kihei!!

This is a great condo. The location is steps from the beach. The view is wonderful and sitting on the lanai is magical! The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The bedrooms are good sized with dressers and closets. The beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler were really appreciated. The condo is across the street form some restaurants and shops. We really liked Maui Thai Bistro and Maui Taco. We were comfortable with no AC with the windows open and the fans but the sound of the waves in the oceanfront bedroom might bother a light sleeper. The other bedroom was quiet.

This was a perfect place to stay for our vacation. We loved the location. Just a quick walk down to the beach, the view was gorgeous. The condo was clean and relaxing. It was awesome watching sunsets every night. Breakfast outside was so much fun! We saw dolphins and turtles every day. Easy access to delicious food! And shopping across from the condo was so fun! I would rate this 5/5 and would stay here again. I recommend this so highly and hope to visit very soon.

My family and I had an amazing time at this perfect location. The condo was just right for our family, with everything we needed to be comfortable, including beach chairs etc. I can't say enough about the location, between the balcony and it's views, the beach next door (best I've ever been to) , the pool, the grassy area in front of the condos (perfect to watch a sunset) and the daily visit of sea turtles!! The condo helped to make our stay in Maui amazing!

We enjoyed the resort because of 1. 180 degree ocean view with convenient access to the beach 2. Stores and restaurants located in walk distance 3. Very clean rooms with full kitchen equipped 4. It was so easy, the management company was so kind and friendly. The place itself was exactly like the pictures and was a wonderful place to stay, especially with kids. The place was clean and provided so much for us. We would recommend this place to anyone. We had the best stay!
