The living area is open to the kitchen and dining areas and looks out over the beautiful waikoloa fairway golf course. This space is perfect for entertaining family and friends with its two sliding doors providing lots of natural light and access to a great big lanai with new deep seating lounge chairs that recline for your comfort.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes stocked with high end appliances and provides anything you may want including a Vitamix blender, kitchenAid mixer, Breville pots and pans and much more. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably as well as the three additional dining seats at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom upstairs features a brand new Casper king sized bed with golf course views and a flat screen TV. The master bath is bright and spacious and provides a dual sink vanity, a separate toilet room, a walk-in shower and a soaking bathtub. Adjacent to the master bathroom is a large walk-in closet with plenty of space to store your clothing and luggage.
The upstairs guest bedroom has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom for additional privacy.
The downstairs guest bedroom features a brand new queen sized bed and is located adjacent to the downstairs guest bathroom.
You may enjoy additional comfort in the upstairs open loft area which is setup as an office space for any work you may need to do from your Hawaii “home”. All of the rooms have high speed WiFi as well as cable TV.
This villa comes with all the amenities of home and extras for your beach outings. For families traveling with kids, we have extras such as pack and play, high chairs and toys, so feel free to ask for these so that you have less to pack with you!

Had an excellent time at Emily’s property. Great location with all of the necessary amenities. Communication with Emily was easy, clear and quick. A short 15 minute walk and you’re at the beach to enjoy the day in the sun and take the beautiful evening sunsets. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The location was great. A 2 minute walk to King’s and Queen’s shopping Centers. Emily was easy to contact and responded to emails right away. The condo was large and easily accommodated 6 guests. The condo was well stocked and had lots of condiments. It was nicely decorated and had lots of towels, etc. The lanai
had lots of seating and it was enjoyable to sit outside, especially when there was a breeze.

Wonderful stay at this large well located unit. Especially good for an extended family. Bonus camp cots for the loft were a big hit for the two little grandsons. Great views from the expansive lanai and easy walking to shopping and A-Bay. Well equipped for extended stays. Emily was very responsive and resolved an issue with the wifi very expeditiously. Highly recommended.
