Nice unit. Older property but kept up nicely. Property owner shared all the relevant info we needed to stay and not spend a lot of time figuring out how this worked. Nicely decorated and more than adequate set-up in the kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer appreciated for a warm weather stay.
Very quiet part of the island, low key atmosphere. Area was great for the small destination wedding we attended.

The location of this Plantation VRBO on the north end of the island was convenient for heading out to various beaches during our stay.
The condo was spacious and partially remodeled. Comfortable furniture and TV's in 3 rooms with lots of channel choices. Air conditioning was a necessity, which this unit provided.

The condo was absolutely fantastic! Super clean, easy check in and check out process and let me just say, the furnishings are gorgeous!!! The kitchen is well stocked, we were able to cook multiple meals and the location is perfect! There was even a washer and dryer and we were able to go home with clean clothes. My family cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful, clean condo in a great location. The pictures are very representative of the place. The site is charming and safe. The condo is very well equipped and spacious. The pool is a few steps from the condo. Great site for walking. Minutes from major activities. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

First let me start with how well appointed the condo was. The furniture was nice, the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was so well stocked. I did a lot of cooking and never felt like anything I could have needed was missing (there were even “to go” stainless steel coffee mugs for those early morning hikes!). We even used the grills by the pool (very nice Weber grills). The grounds are very well cared for and the condo itself was very clean. We had 2 minor issues that were taken care of within (less than) an hour. I would definitely recommend this unit and would totally stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo came stocked with everything you need including beach stuff. We loved that the condo was right by the pool, grills at the pool we’re perfect for dinner! We will def stay again!

We had a nice stay at the condo. It was clean, well equipped and the pictures were pretty accurate to what we experienced. The pool and hot tub were nice breaks from the beach and we enjoyed the location being just a short drive to Hanalei and other areas we were going to on the north shore. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time were are in Princeville

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very bright, clean and comfortable home with all you can ask for. It was located in an area that allowed you to walk to some beautiful places on the ocean! There was a swimming pool with grills close by. Princeville is near a beautiful beach in Hanalei. It was warm, the AC was a blessing!

We really enjoyed our stay in Princeville and at this unit. It was extremely spacious, had great amenities, and overall was perfect for our travels. Would recommend anyone to stay here and easy access to a lot of activities, beaches, etc.

We stayed at Aunie's condo for a week. It's the second time I've stayed at a Plantation condo and I really like the complex. Aunie's unit has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. There were paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. She has beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and even boogie boards for you to use. The unit was very clean and the furnishings are nice. The only minor drawback, which she lists in the description, is that the 2nd bedroom does not have air conditioning. If you're traveling with people that you feel comfortable with leaving the bedroom door open when you sleep, then this is not a problem as there are several floor fans that circulate the air. Overall, this is a great condo that was clean and well furnished. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo. It felt like our own home. Very easy check in. There were beach chairs available with beach mats and boogie boards that my kids loved to use! Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice area, peaceful. Like floor plan. Spacious bathrooms, king bed very comfy. No separate shower stall in Masterbath, Guest bdrm no AC.
Would be nice if napkins and tissues were provided.
Only one role of paper towel. Bring your own plastic lunch bags, plastic cups, aluminum foil, and any paper products. Skimpy on all type of towels.
The beach chairs are newer and liked them, as u can wear as backpack. Beach umbrellas not working very well.

The property it's well maintained and has a nice location.
The ac unit it's very loud, and I wish the floors would be washed before new guests arrive. I have a 1 year old baby and her clothes were very dirty after crawling on the floor.

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed as far as towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The beach supplies in the garage were used daily and so nice to have. We had a miscommunication upon Check-in but it was cleared up and the property manager went out of their way to make things right for us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The condo is extremely clean and well stocked. It has shampoo, conditioner, lotion, everything you could need in the kitchen, beach chairs/umbrellas, a cooler, etc. It’s easy to get to from the main road and has parking right in front. It’s way bigger than I expected it to be. The master bathroom is giant!

This was a great place to stay with a family and had everything needed to have a great time at the beach. For reference, I stayed with my wife and 3 year old son and we had plenty of room. This unit can easily accommodate a couple for a romantic getaway or a family of 4-5 for a fun beach vacation.

This property was everything and more. It was a great pool view and the whole condo felt new and clean. The beds were comfy and we loved the bedding. The kitchen was super clean and had lots of thoughtful items to make living and cooking there easier.
Beach chairs were provided, which was nice.
It was just a really well done condo. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave after our month!

Just a beautiful well appointed and well maintained vacation home perfect for two couples or a family.
Stayed with my fiancé and my older parents, everyone was happy, enough privacy with seperate bathrooms and bedrooms spaced across the way by an open concept living dining kitchen area. Open airy floor to ceiling sliding doors, love the ground floor lanai close to pool BBQ just perfect.
Great takeoff point for most things northshore and really anything you'll do on kauaii that isn't absolutely south shore. Plus easy enough to pop over to the cliff edge to catch sunset without spending heaps on a 'waterfront' property. Plus most days you'll be out and about or chasing the sunset at Ke'e or other northshore beaches at sunset.
We got a monthly tennis membership at Makai Golf club for $80.... Pretty reasonable to play tennis all month at such a beautiful facility, surrounded by paradise...mountain views and glorious gardens. We were there 5 days but still not bad for the both of us to whack the ball each morning and burn off Mai Tai calories and Calypso Restaurabt nachos in advance ;)
Used the gym once... Good enough to get the job done, sat in the hottub stargazing with a Mai tai on most nights.
For people who like to go out and about and visit different beaches this location and the quality of the rental property for the price are truly unbeatable.
Great to have a cooler for day trips, reusable frozen gel packs might be a nice addition, but really there is everything you need. Without nit picking this vacation rental is perfect.
Spoke with the owner prior to booking last minute, very nice and everything was taken care of through a company on the island.
Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay when exploring northshore east shore Kauai.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and this Condo just made the trip all the better! It is clean, inviting, and has that romantic Hawaii charm that everyone wants! You are in paradise X's two - outside and inside! The King Size bed is the best night sleep I have had in ages! Still trying to get the name/brand of the mattress! To say that the bathrooms are large is an understatement! All the provided beach amenities are a definite plus from the beach towels to the snorkels! Cooking was a breeze in the nicely equipped kitchen! Pinch me, was it for real?

This condo is everything we needed for our trip. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and the bathrooms were huge. The entire condo had so many cupboards, shelves and drawers. It is steps to the pool which is another plus. If we won the lottery, I would make an offer on the place in a heart beat! Can't wait for the next trip.

We adored this unit! It was everything we wanted and needed for a relaxing week with another couple. The unit had a great territorial view and easy access to the pool too. I loved that it had a washer/dryer and lots of sand chairs and coolers. My only complaint... no AC in one of the bedrooms (the smaller one). We had the master, so we didn't suffer, but additional AC in that room is the only thing needed to make this place perfect!

My friend and I had such a great time in Kauai. This rental property is so nice, clean and beautiful. The owners have really put a lot of thought into everything in regards to a rental. There was not one thing that we had to buy except for food of course. They have coolers, beach chairs, beach bags, beach towels, pool toys, games, books, movies, music, ever kitchen utensil you can think of. We used their tupperware containers to pack our lunch for the days outing and it fit perfectly in the coolers. They even had thermos bottles for your drinks. The location is great, we went on walks, jogged on the main road that has a nice trail. We went in the jacuzzi ever night after a long day and used the barbeque at the pool to cook some meals. This was a perfect vacation rental!!!

The unit is as pictured and lovely. This was my second trip to Kauai - my husband's first and I chose this unit for us because I prefer to play and stay on the North shore of Kauai. When we return with our 3 children we both agree that we would absolutely consider staying in this exact unit again as it would have been roomy enough for all of us. All correspondence to handle the reservation and booking of the unit was fast and friendly. The unit had every amenity required for our stay and was well appointed for cooking and serving meals and day trips to the beach. This unit in Princeville is in close proximity to all the best beaches and hiking on Kauai, in my opinion. There are cute shops and a variety of dining options within a short drive of the unit. The development is nice and quiet and clean and we felt very secure during the course of our stay. This unit is in excellent proximity to the grill and pool area and neither were ever crowded when we were there. We had a very relaxing and lovely stay in this unit and hope it's available for our next visit to Kauai!

This place was amazing! It was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved being so close to the BBQ! I loved running along the golf course in the morning, and how close we were to Hideaway beach! It was perfect for us, lots of room for us and another couple. We loved the boogie boards!

If you are reading this comment, you are lucky to have found a true "Gem"! My husband, 13 yr. old son and I have just returned from a short 4 night stay at this beautiful condo. Upon entering this place, our reaction was "Wow!" Totally worth the long exhausting travel to arrive at this "Paradise". If you want a beautiful relaxing place, this is the one for you. Two other family members stayed at other condo's at the Plantations , and we both agreed that this location (up high, right by the pool) had the best relaxing view. The garden area was beautiful to look out onto. We also noticed that not all condo's had front screen doors. With our front door open and the three screen doors that open up to the garden view open, it was paradise sitting enjoying the wonderful tropical breeze. Patti and Mike spared no expense on furnishing their place with the top of the line "everything", as we could easily tell. Both beds were better than any "Heavenly Bed" at the top hotels.
FoodLand grocery is right at the entrance to the main drive just 5 min away. Don't hesitate on this one! You won't be sorry...only sorry if you don't! :-) Thank you Patti and Mike. We hope to someday be fortunate to enjoy your place again and return to Paradise~Kauai.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! We loved it so much that we half-jokingly thought about buying one for ourselves. The condo was very nicely furnished; the kitchen was well-stocked and Mike and Patti provided every amenity we could possibly want including plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. It's also in a great location. I'll definitely try to stay here again next time I go to Kauai!
