Condo was beautiful, location was perfect, and the overall experience was fantastic. The second bedroom had one worn out mattress that was substituted until it could be replaced on our departure. Appliances are very nice high end. However the dishwasher did not clean well? A light kit on the fan over the kitchen table would be nice and the kitchen faucet should be replaced. The rules are strict and policed daily.

The unit was great and looked just as good as the pictures represent. Everything was very clean and modern and had all the necessities we needed to thoroughly relax and enjoy our time on vacation. The owner was very friendly and responsive and all the staff on the property were nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying in this unit and had a wonderful time, just like last year. The condo is comfortable with an amazing view. Great location, not too far from the airport, walkable to the local shops, and a short drive to lots of activities. Saw lots of fish and even a sea turtle while snorkeling in the lagoon, which was much more quiet and less crowded than the neighboring lagoons. We look forward to returning soon!

Nice property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can see the sunset from the balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds which I believe can be combined into a queen size bed. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed. All mattresses were described as firm by the people sleeping on them. Beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the main living area. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms but they do have one floor fan and one table fan if needed. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Shane was the one who met me at check in and he was available by text and responded almost immediately to any questions and within hours when the tv would not work due to a failing cable. It was easy to get a Lyft from and to the Waikiki area but somewhat expensive. I would recommend renting a car. They do have an underground parking space available that is assigned to the villa and is close to the elevator. If you don't have a car, most things are in walking distance, including restaurants, a luau, golf and some shopping in the Ko'olina station as well as pools, hot tubs and the beach. I would recommend staying here.

It was very happy with my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The washer didn’t work but someone was there within the hour to fix it. The view was unbelievable sun sets every night and right on the beach. Would stay again!!!

The location is amazing, and the view is unbelievable! Had 4 adults stay the week prior to Christmas. Beautiful windows and cool air conditioning. Beach was not crowded, and the unit has a lot of water toys available. Here a rundown!
The Good- again, view and location! You can get some gorgeous sunset photos from the lanai! The little bar is close by and you can sit outside or with the doors open and listen to the music at night! So many gorgeous windows and excellent AC. Kitchen is large with lots of seating. Master bed is comfortable. Second bedroom beds are smaller than photos look. Bathrooms have bidets, which was great! Nice sized master shower. The tile floors are handy to have. Parking spaces(s) are convenient! Shane and the front desk employees are really nice.
The not so great- The lighting in the whole place is absolutely horrible! It is dark and yellow. Buy some bright lightbulbs and update the lampshades, wouldn’t cost much and would make a HUGE difference! The kitchen is gorgeous but lacks in the supply area, I spent a lot on spices, etc and the pans/cookware are low quality for such a gorgeous kitchen Appliances are very nice. Furniture is sparse in the living area, seating relatively comfy but needs updating like pretty much everything else there. Beach towels are lacking.
The confusing- I received an email the day we flew out stating that a new washer would be installed that day. Awesome! Got there, no new washer. I thought maybe they would bring it later in the week, but nothing. Sad because the washer is really mildewy smelling and the drier literally takes 2 hours to dry a small load. Do not count on the unit washer/dryer if you have a large volume of laundry to do.
Overall, you cannot beat the location at all! Good restaurants around, Target and Costco are close by. The unit- Update are a must! - lights, laundry, furniture etc. Unit costs a lot for really tired- including supplies, furniture and laundry. I’d rent in the building again, but not this unit without updates. An small investment would make a world of !

We loved staying at the apartment. The location is beautiful!
We enjoyed the beach and swimming in the lagoon. It is nice to be able to enjoy music in the evenings at the villa, and use all the amenities (gym, suna, steam room, ponds, pools, hot tubs, etc).
We also liked cooking as a family - Basic supplies of older pots and pans for cooking are available, yet for our family we found that there was limited kitchen stock for things like utensils, mixing items, sharp knives, and containers to cover food etc for a large family who enjoys cooking in each night. But there was lots of dish/laundry soap and garbage bags available.
It's a wonderful base to get out and explore Hawaii and we look forward to more trips in the future!

Wow!! This unit was amazing. My family of 5 were blown away. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. The description of the unit doesn’t do it justice. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of supplies to cook meals and the washer and dryer were very useful. The amenities on property are great, but the lagoon was the best! Only a 30 minute drive into Honolulu or to the Dole plantation. 6 nights wasn’t long enough. We were bummed to go home. I highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay - the view cannot be beat and the condo is undoubtedly the best location in the building. We loved sitting out on the lanai to eat dinner and listen to the waves. Super convenient to be so close to the beach and appreciated all of the beach toys / snorkeling gear to use. We have a 14, 12, 8, and 5-year old and they all loved it! Would love to come back!

Such a great location for the views, pools, lagoon, and shopping! Huge bathtubs and a nice layout. Quite neighbors and everyone was polite. Glad they were switching out the washer machine, wished it was done before we had arrived. :)

This is the view my wife and I have wanted all of our lives. Not only is it the closest to lagoon 2, it's closer to the water than any of the hotels on Ko Olina (went and looked in person). The property is beautiful, in great shape, has everything we needed, including some bonus things like water toys, cooler, chairs, etc in the closet. Lots of space, and view from every room. We decided to spend more on this property than one further back in the towers, and don't regret it for an instant!

Ejay greeted us so warmly when we arrived and Lynn was responsive to our questions within minutes and took care of a few minor issues we had immediately! Wonderful stay—the unit was clean, spacious, and had a spectacular view. We loved waking up and sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee each morning. Easy to get to the lagoons, pool was great for kiddos, and nearby Kapolei had many stores in case we forgot anything. We would definitely come back. Mahalo!

Looked at many properties online before selecting this one. We were very pleased as it is just as pictured. Great views and away from the crowds of Honolulu. Kitchen was nicely appointed for making meals and starter kit of supplies was plenty for our needs. We were greeted upon arrival and given a quick tour and lesson on how to use everything. Very lovely property. Hope to return!

After visiting beaches all over the U.S., BV210 is the new favorite vacation spot for our family. Ko Olina is quiet and laid back, but still within driving distance of all the other sights and attractions on the island. The Beach Villas were especially quiet compared to the resorts on the neighboring lagoons, and even over a holiday weekend the beach and pool never seemed overly crowded. The villa itself had everything we needed, including beach chairs, toys, beach towels, snorkel gear, etc. The full-face snorkel masks were especially cool and gave far better visibility in the lagoon than the traditional masks. The elevators are very fast, but the stairs directly down to the pool and beach were also right outside our door. The villa slept 4 adults and 2 elementary school-age kids comfortably using the fold-out couch. The dryer in the villa does take a while to dry a load of laundry, but the welcome handbook in the villa states that this is due to it being a ventless dryer. We just planned on everything taking 2 dryer cycles and otherwise didn't have any issues, and having in-unit laundry was a huge time-saver. We cooked a few meals in the villa (Costco 10 minutes away has prepackaged meal kits), and the restaurants nearby at Aulani, Marriott, Four Seasons, and Ko Olina Station/Center are all easy walking distance and offer lots of food options, including happy hour specials. The koi pond at the Beach Villas is especially cool, much more tranquil than the one at Aulani. All of the staff members at the Beach Villas were friendly and helpful, and our personal greeter at check-in, Clariza, did a wonderful job of walking us through all the features and amenities in the villa. And last but not least, the view from the lanai is incredible! Mahalo for a wonderful trip!

This was lovely property, that is away from the commercial hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but still easily accessible to all areas with a short drive. However, most days even that is unnecessary with the lagoons, one of which is right outside the property. The views are amazing. I especially loved the live music at the bar in the pool area where they play live music twice a week and could be seen and heard from the balcony of the unit. The property greeter and management contact were very accessible, friendly and helpful. There were lots of beach equipment for us to use, chairs, towels, snorkels (we bought a few as well and left them behind for other to use as well). It was nice to have the full kitchen and the separate rooms for us and the children.
The doors opening onto the balcony from both bedrooms and the main living space was also amazing.
All was very comfortable and modern. My only complaint was the bidet toilet seats. They are not comfortable to use and the bidet part of the toilet in the master bathroom was inoperable, making it even more annoying that it was even there.

Ko Olina is such a beautiful community and just a wonderful place to stay away the busy crowds of Waikiki. This condo is beach front and the photos truly don’t do it justice! It is a very affordable option and a great value for all that you get here in comparison to the nearby pricier resorts. We loved that this community had an on site bar just for guests/residents that had live music some nights. You can hear the music if you’re in the condo with the doors open, so we went on the patio with a bottle of wine and enjoyed the show! If you closed the doors, it wouldn’t be bothersome and the music stops around sundown usually so we found it really enjoyable. You’ll get incredible sunset views from the large patio. They have everything you need, including beach chairs and toys! It is walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and across the street from a golf course. It’s the perfect place!

I looked at hundreds of rental listings before finally booking this property. We loved the location, and chose it because we didn’t want to stay in busy Waikiki. We enjoyed watching the sunset and having cocktails on the balcony every evening, and having coffee on the balcony every morning. The view is incredible, and we loved having no other buildings between us and the beach. There is a walking path in front of the unit that goes to the Marriott, Four Seasons, and Aulani. We had an amazing dinner at Longhi’s which is just a short walk away. The lagoon was not good for snorkeling when we were there because it was very cloudy, but it didn’t matter because we did a lot of activities on the island. We ziplined, went to Kaneohe Bay Sandbar, Kualoa Ranch, horse back riding, jet skiing, and Diamond Head. Everything was easy to get to, and most places were an easy 45-60 minute drive. The drive to Kualoa Ranch and Kaneohe Bay is breathtaking. This condo was the perfect place to come home to and enjoy the sunset after a fun filled day of activities. The property manager was very easy to reach if we had a question, and the property is very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

We were all very pleased with this condo. Possibly the nicest thing (besides being right on the ocean) was that it wasn’t the typical long, narrow condo. Both bedrooms have balconies and views of the water. The condo also has many nice, unexpected amenities and is furnished with top appliances. The beds were also very comfortable. Our only suggestions is that more drinking glasses (tall and short cocktail glasses as well as wine glasses) are needed.

Although the cost of the rental and the cost of meals in the three nearby luxury resorts was a bit pricey, it was worth every cent. I can't imagine a nicer place to vacation anywhere in the world.

My husband and I are so very glad we chose this listing for our first trip to Hawaii! The pictures of the lanai do not do it justice. It’s a view that cannot be beat, and it was the perfect spot to get a relaxing start and end to each day. Beach access is easy and the lagoon is great. The location has quick access to the highway and made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The major appliances are small but more than sufficient, and the unit included everything we needed to have a pleasant and convenient stay. We would 100% choose to stay here again!

The view, amenities, everything was perfect! This was the beginning of our hawaiian adventure and wish it was the end. While it was the perfect start it would have been and even better ending since we didn't want to leave the property. The view was AMAZING. I have a 3 month old and nap jails were perfect out there.
