Offering unsurpassed privacy for your romantic honeymoon our home away from home is also perfectly suited for families with children featuring over 400 sq. ft. of private lanai for the little ones to run. While not a sofa sleeper, the large sectional will comfortably sleep, two small children. There is a fully-equipped kitchen along with a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit.

Best view in Poipu! Had a wonderful stay at this property! Easy walk across the street to Baby Beach….beach chairs, towels and umbrellas ready to go. We went with our grown (20’s) kids and had plenty of room. Great washer/dryer was a plus. Miss going to sleep with the waves as our noise maker! Would definitely book again!

I would recommend this to people who do not have small children. I didn’t realize this property didn’t have an elevator so I carried up a pack n play and luggage up four flights of stairs 😅.
The property doesn’t have AC but the breeze at night helps with cooling the area, but during the day it can be a bit brutal with the humidity.

The location is superb and it has a deck/view that is spectacular. Parking is pretty easy and kitchen, bathroom are modern enough. Shower was good, laundry seems new. Very spacious living room/common area and decently comfortable beds (queen).
A few things weren't dealbreakers but info might be helpful to others... no a/c. Poipu is beautiful and cool at night but there are only a few windows, otherwise mostly sliding screen doors. You're asked to close all when out bc of rain (and you have to to lock up anyway) but it makes the unit v hot when you return. Then you can't keep them open at night bc then the unit would be unlocked bc they're just screen doors (others might be ok with leaving everything unlocked while sleeping). Bc it is a structure on top of a building, the wind gusts around the unit and it is very noisy. Mostly white noise but is significant.
Minor, but would be nice if addressed, lights are almost all little lamps so you have to do a lot of switching on and off bc it's pretty dark up there. There are no accessible outlets near the bedside table so you can't have your phone nearby.
Would also be better if you didn't have to make multiple stops to check in... first at an office 5 min away which took 10 min, then with the building office for parking card. Wasted time on this gorgeous island after waiting all day to get in at 4pm but that might just be the way it is done in poipu. Also, no access to the pool at the building so you have to drive 10 min to a crowded athletic club with an unheated pool.
I asked a few questions when trying to book and was told someone would respond but each time I never heard back.
Was a nice place and definitely not somewhere to avoid but could have been better with some minor work.

Aside from a coffee cartridge for the first morning, absolutely nothing was supplied. No filters for coffee you might buy; no salt for seasoning food. Plan to purchase and bring in everything you will need.
