As former residents who travel frequently to visit relatives as well as relax, this is the best place we've stayed (of many, many) in Waikiki. Great view. Convenient to everything, and a short walk to everywhere. Self parking is possible, but the 24 hour valet made getting around the island and coming home so easy. We will definitely be booking this place for our next visit!

Excellent location. You are in the middle of area for beach, shopping and food. Property staff are VERY nice and accommodating. Would have been 5-stars but bed is very uncomfortable. Absolutely no support, as my neck and back hurt each morning for a few hours.

The Waikiki beach towers has a wonderful view and is close to the beach. It's perfect for family and friends. The kitchen is well equipped. However the master bath is in need of repair. The shower blasted either scalding hot or ice cold water. After numerous attempts to adjust it I believe a new shower head will probably fix it. The beds were super comfortable and if you bring kids there is a pack n play and umbrella stroller to use. Beach towels and chairs and a washer dryer combo that is very handy. I'd stay there again!

Really cute place. I think better than it shows in the photos. Even though it’s a vacation rental and they don’t have much to do with it the valet and front desk people are extremely kind. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the Waikiki Beach Tower. Unit had everything we could ask for. My only suggestion is to take a look at the check-in instructions. Some of it I needed to ask for clarification about (will there be beach towels? Packing those takes up lots of space). Some of it was wrong: the unit had no lockbox, only a keypad required the touch of a whole palm rather than one finger. It made our check in confusing and stressful. We wondered if we were in the wrong building.
In addition, here is the quote for how to get on the WiFi:

Excellent views of the ocean. Unit was very well prepared and clean. The building in front is fairly close and you can chat with your building neighbors on the balcony, but most people respect the privacy and was not an issue. Staff at the building are very friendly and helpful. The location of the building was centrally located and was easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Access to the beach was outstanding. Just across the street and you are in the ocean. We intend to rent the place again for our next trip to Oahu.
When you first arrive, check in with the parking staff to find out where you can park. Don't go directly to your parking space because the parking staff may have parked cars in the space already. They will let you know where you can park and then it becomes very easy to park your vehicle. When you try to access the unit via the door keyboard, tap the lower left corner of the touch screen to activate the screen. Once activated, then tap in the access code as instructed.

View was excellent, however the Waikiki Circle hotel blocked a majority of the view, but it did not take away from the overall excellent experience. Easy check in process and access to condo. Building staff was friendly and treated us like we were family vs. guests. They always greeted us when we left or returned. Valet parking is the way to go, When we arrived the valet took care of parking of our car and brought all our luggage up to the condo, all we had to do is start enjoying . I recommend this condo to anyone who needs a 2 bed 2 bath just steps away from Waikiki.

This place won't disappoint. Beach across the street. Restaurants left and right. All seconds away. You don't need a car but if you want you can rent from the hotel lobby behind the Tower and you can park here free.
The property manager Arrived is excellent. I've stayed in VRBO's for years. Arrived is the best one we've dealt with ever. The few little things that needed attention, they were on it asap.

Easy walk from room to the beach. Close to tons of restaurants and stores. Friendly staff. Sitting on the patio looking at the ocean was brilliant.

The location of the condominium was excellent. It provided wonderful ocean views and easy access to all amenities and the beachfront. The staff were welcoming and helpful with check-in.
The apartment was well laid out and spacious for the four of us. Some of the furniture and wall paint was a little worn and in need of some refreshment. However, everything was clean.
I made the mistake of booking through VRBO instead of booking directly through 'Arrived'. This resulted in me having to pay two booking fees. Other than that, our time in Hawaii at this vacation rental was well worth it.

This property is wonderful - amazing location right across the street from the beach. Free valet parking is a huge perk. Plentiful beach towels, a great pool and hot tub. It has an amazing ocean view and a great patio for having an evening drink once the kids go to sleep. It had plenty of space for our family of four, and was very kid-friendly. They have a pack-n-play (bring your own sheet) and a step stool for the bathrooms. The bathtubs don't drain well, but we made do. We also had a bit of a snafu with our check-in and the property cleaning, but the team was very responsive and accessible and helped make everything right. We will be coming back! We loved staying in this unit.

Great location! Wonderful balcony! We could see a piece of Waikiki Beach and surfers out in the water catching waves. Great access to the beach surrounded by restaurants and shopping. It is very walkable.
The pool and hot tub are very nice. One perk we did not take advantage of is that there are two very nice grills on the pool deck that you can reserve and use to grill food. There are tables to eat at there and nice seating areas as well.

Very disappointed tv never worked to follow-up with news, always asking to be fixed-needed to clean it all when arrived-no cleaning supplies to a broom needed to ask for them, felt like I was getting blown off the whole month stay. But I love the location... Hidden fees upon leaving was very upsetting! From host.

We enjoyed our stay and proximity to all things Waikiki. Though adequate and comfortable, felt this unit needed some updating, especially the bathrooms and refrigerator (rusting in the front and door was difficult to close). The kitchen was mostly well appointed but had only one hand towel - nothing else - not enough for a weeks stay. The view is great except for the hotel directly in front of the lanai. It was a bit creepy to have folks looking directly in on you - even had some want to strike up a conversation from their balcony to our lanai. I could have used a bit more privacy than that while drinking coffee in the perfect weather. The view from the family room is amazing. It would be nice if there was a TV in the bedrooms and not just one in the family area. I would also advise the owners to update their user manual as we spent 2 days trying to understand how to turn the TV on with emails going back and forth. The instructions were no help. We did not spend much time watching TV but wanted to watch the news or such before bed or early morning so one in the bedrooms while dressing or for families with children would be tremendous value at a small cost. Our son and DIL rented a different but similar unit further up the tower and it was very nicely updated with no obstruction by a hotel view and much much better appointed. A little disappointed but again unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Mahalo and Aloha!

Great location! Communication between the rental company and the condo management was not great, but was all resolved fairly easily upon arrival. Condo was not super clean considering the high cleaning fee. The unit does provides laundry which is great but did not have any detergent, paper towels or trash bags. The condo management was fantastic and super helpful.

This was a wonderful condo with a view of Waikiki Beach and the ocean. The valet parking, which I assumed that we would not use, was wonderful. Staff were awesome. Absolutely no complaints. As an added bonus, there were beach chairs and boogie boards left by past guests, which we appreciated and used!

My family of 5 adults stayed in unit 1104 - breathtaking view of Waikiki and the ocean. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Ample room for all of us, and the washer/dryer was very handy. Unit is stocked nicely with towels, bed linens, blankets, and kitchen items. Highly recommend!
