This Modern Timeless “ALOHA” Studio (Unit 1202-Side A with FULL Kitchen) and ""OHANA" Studio (Unit 1202-Side B with Kitchenette) “COMPLETELY Remodel” Is Nestled in Building 1 (Hale Ekahi) on the Second Floor of “The Cliffs at Princeville Resort” which is located on the north shore of the Garden Island of Kauai. The Cliffs lies within the Princeville Resort on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land - called the "Cliffs" because of its situation on a high bluff, overlooking the north Pacific.
Unit 1202 (Side A) – “ALOHA” Studio features a King size bed, FULL GOURMET KITCHEN, inside dining and social area, and private lanai where you may dine outside with a “lush tropical botanical” garden view. Parking is easy and wireless is provided by “The Cliffs at Princeville” throughout the complex. The full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, has a range, refrigerator, coffee pot, rice cooker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with modern tile and fixtures. Laundry Machine: Washer and Dryer provided in the Foyer.
Unit 1202 (Side B) – “OHANA” Studio features a Queen size bed, Expertly Designed kitchenette, inside dining and social area, and private lanai where you may dine outside with a frontal garden view. The KITCHENETTE has a refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster OVEN, blender, SINGLE ELECTRIC BURNER (pot and pan included), rice cooker, BBQ utensils The bathroom features a walk-in shower with modern tile and fixtures. Laundry Machine: Washer and Drye provided in the Foyer.

This is our first "COMPLETELY" Remodel Vacation Rental that we have taken on to reflect our OWN Personal TOUCH for this Garden Island. It has beautiful Crown Molding and special Artwork throughout unit. We want to share our labor of love for this island with a moderately priced rental that all can experience. Each piece of furniture and artwork was specifically chosen to reflect our Kauai LOVE and thoughts. Our unit is one of a "very few" at the Cliffs Resort with 2 Separate Living Studios rented as One Whole Unit (Parents on one side with kids/friends/in-law parents on the other side sharing same foyer; this is a NEW rental Concept). We also provide "free" to our guests, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and igloos while other units may not offer this.
==>There are Weekly on-site activities such as: Farmers Market, Yoga on the bluff, Lei making & Hula classes, Wine and Beer tasting & Food Truck night. (Some of these activities may be on hold due to Covid fy 2023-2024)
SPECIAL Note:
(1) Does Kauai Have A Night Scene? Not really ... If you are looking for nightlife, you should probably stay in Honolulu.
(2) Correction: NO snorkeling gear is provided under beach amenities, please take note.
(3) ***NO AIR CONDITIONING*** at “The Cliffs at Princeville”. Two large Ceiling Fan inside the Room for trade winds air circulation. Additional portable fan in closet. It is part of the resort's overall mission to reduce our carbon footprint.
(4) Travel Insurance is "highly" recommended due to Covid Pandemic
(5) Not suitable or safe for pets due to balcony and breakable decorative items.
(6) This rental is for TWO Studios with two bathrooms and two lanais that can sleep up to four people maximum, with a King Bed and a Queen Bed.
(7) If Hawaii/Kauai taxes increase, additional payment by guest will be required.
(8) Studio condo is on the 2nd floor and a flight of stairs must be climbed.
(9) Only starter kits are provided for Shampoo, Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap and Toilet Paper...For extended stays, you will need to purchase on your own for these items.
(10) Cleaning fee $285 is subject to Hawaii's General Excise Tax (4.712%)
(11) Resort fee $15/day+ Parking fee $15/day =$30/day plus Hawaii's General Excise Tax (4.712%)
(12) The Cliffs at Princeville Resort does our housekeeping , please contact the front desk for direction to housekeeping to get more toilet paper, laundry pods, trash bags, exchange towels, etc...if needed.
Guest Access:
All Guest must check in and check out at lobby front desk. Guest will be issued key card for main front door to enter foyer and parking pass.
Our Studio does not have a phone landline, please go to the front desk for assistance.
Please know our studio condo is on the 2nd floor, and a flight of stairs must be climbed.
Guests have access to everything, including the putting green, tennis courts, pool, kids' playground, small workout gym, bocce ball, shuffleboard and all the other amenities. The Cliffs also features classes including basket weaving, cliff-side yoga, pilates, introduction to scuba, cooking classes, and botanical tours.

I am available 24/7 through my text or phone. No matter the time of day I pride myself on being available for our guests.
Getting Around:
Unless you’re on a fairly leisurely schedule, you’ll need a car or other motorized vehicle to see and do everything on Kauai, which has one major road—one lane in each direction, in most places—that rings the island except along the Napali Coast. During rush hour, from about 6 to 9am and 3 to 6pm, the road between Lihue and Kapaa—the central business district—can turn into a giant parking lot, even with a third, “contra-flow” lane whose direction is determined by time of day. Bypass roads in Kipu (when heading north from Poipu) and Kapaa (when heading south) can alleviate some of the stress, but plan accordingly.
Note: The top speed is 50mph, with many slower sections in residential and business areas. Addresses in this chapter will use Kaumualii Highway (Hwy. 50) and Kuhio Highway (Hwy. 56/560), following local convention. Since highway addresses can be hard to spot (if marked at all), directions may be given with mile marker numbers, cross streets, and/or the descriptors mauka (toward the mountains) and makai (toward the sea).
By Car--All of the major car-rental agencies are represented on Kauai. At the airport baggage claim, cross the street to catch one of the frequent shuttle vans to the rental lots.

My family of 4 rented both units (with connecting foyer) for our very first trip to Kauai. It was perfect for us because the kids had their own bathroom, kitchenette and sitting spaces for attending their online classes, while mom & dad could enjoy some much needed R&R. The Wi-Fi was seamless to support them as well while they attended class. The cleanliness of the entire place was definitely to our same home standards (5 stars!) & we all remained healthy from start to finish, which left us to our adventures! The linens (including the top quilts were freshly washed, so it really felt like home. The surrounding property outside the 2 Lanai’s was gorgeous, tranquil & lush. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily visit from our gecko friend, the chickens & our free access to pick fresh produce! The pools were perfect and we surprisingly visited them more than once (in addition to adventuring!) The grounds at the cliffs is one of a kind beautiful & I’ll leave it at that, as you must experience it for yourself! The short walk to the cliffs over the ocean was breathtaking and had many surprises along the way.
The Owners Milo & Theresa were the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had, and we could really tell they truly cared for their property & everyone who stays here. Milo & Theresa thought of everything! Having beach gear in the rooms was awesome & saved on having to rent gear elsewhere! Talk about convenient! We already have plans to stay here in the near future! Thank you!

We liked the property. Good location, nice pool, and activities. Nice room. Owner was great. Lots of good communication. We had an issue with the TV cable. Owner had it fixed quickly. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars is that it desperately needs air conditioning. There is no adequate cross ventilation. The Cliffs recently added solar panels. They now need to install air conditioning to take advantage of the free electricity.

This condo had everything necessary to have a great week in Kauai. The Cliffs is an amazingly beautiful well manicured property with friendly staff. The condo itself was clean and perfectly described. It did lack proper ventilation, so there was a moldy smell, that could be ignored by keeping the screen open. As a side note, one should know that there are limited restaurant options in Kauai in general, and that foodland refrigerators went out, so plan ahead with groceries and BBQ items before coming to the condo.

This condo is very well outfitted and comfortable, providing just what was needed for 1-2 visitors. The room does get warm but with the help of fans, it stays decent. The bathroom is very clean. I didn't use the small kitchen, other than the coffee pot, but seemed to have the basic essentials. Extras such as towels, coolers, beach chairs are a bonus. The complex is nice- clean, well attended, secure. Overall a very pleasant stay and experience. Mahalo!

The Cliffs have a lot to offer for first-time visitors with a concierge and activities onsite. This studio has a myriad of kitchen appliances to whip up just about anything you can imagine. The newly remodeled unit is beautifully done with shelf space and counter space in the bath, a walk-in shower and several hooks to hang up wet towels. Comfy and posh wicker chairs makes napping easy on the balcony and the bed provides a great night sleep. If you are a light sleeper, rest assured that the soundproofing is very good and cross-ventilation and fan provides indoor comfort.

Charmingly decorated, this studio provides everything you might need for an easy, low-maintenance stay in Princeville. Unlike many studios, this one has enough electrical outlets and enough surfaces for tablets, toiletries, phones, etc.--all the pieces that go with life today. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying a cocktail at twilight.

We Stayed at this beautiful little condo for 2 weeks on our honey moon. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and private, and the price was just right. The location was great, (5 min from the Princeville market, 10 min from Hanalei) Most of the activities we wanted to do were on the north shore, so this put us within 10 and 20 min to everything we wanted to do. Hideaways Beach was just around the corner ( which was our favorite for snorkeling). I appreciated the recently remodeled touches especially on the bathroom (I am a contractor and these kind of things mean a lot, haha). Overall we very much enjoyed our stay, we couldn't have asked for any more, and we hope we can come back someday. Mahalo, and May the Lord bless

Very nice place. Relaxing and quiet on the north shore of Kauai. Close to Hanalei although nothing is within walking distance. Has everything you would want/need in a vacation rental. Milo was very helpful and accommodating. Check in/ check out was easily done at the resort. Would definitely recommend to others.
