The space
This property complies with all local vacation rental regulations! This expansive unit spans the entire rooftop of the Bamboo Waikiki, with the amenities the hotel has to offer, but privately owned and operated. The wrap-around private rooftop lanai (balcony) provides 1,200 square feet of private and furnished outdoor space to lounge and relax. Soak in the sun, or relax under the shaded gazebo out on the lanai! The panoramic view provides 360 degree views of the ocean and mountains! Please note that we have one security camera on the lanai.

The spacious 1,300 square feet interior offers 2 bedrooms (California King in the Master and Queen in the guest bedroom), 2 full baths, and a large living/dining area. The Living Room has a Queen size Tempur-Pedic sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds. The condominium comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The full kitchen is fully stocked and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, and refrigerator if you prefer to cook. The unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer so you'll always have clean, fresh clothes and bathing suits! High-speed internet provides plenty of bandwidth for streaming and work! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki!

Amenities in the building include a saltwater pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, and outdoor garden. Onsite parking for one (1) car (max 5'-10" height) is available at a discounted rate of $25/day plus tax (the hotel charges $30). Please request parking if you'll need parking so we can make the arrangements.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests but we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal.

We will be placing a security deposit hold for $750 on your credit card through a secure payment portal. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released after your stay, provided there are no issues.
