I really enjoyed my stay in this place. The staff was very welcoming, comfortable, nice and friendly. The view from the city especially in the night it amazing, the view to the sea it beautiful and incredible. I recommend it. For my next visiting I will select this property again. Even though it is a oriented owner the hitel staff was very helpful. Condo was exactly as shown and I enjoyed it. There was a grocery store 3 blocks down and the shopping center is 1 block so there were all kinds if restaurants. I would stay again.

Room was as advertised. I didn't hear any construction and the hotel staff was great. They told me about a local market that was open 24 hours as i arrived at 11pm when most places were closed. Ala moana center is a 5 minute walk and i bought a trolley pass so was able to access waikiki beach that way. The park across the street was great for the fireworks and sunsets. It also had beach access. Would stay again.

The hotel itself was not very helpful to us because the unit we were staying in was a private rental. There were not many bath towels and the hotel refused to give us any extra. We thought that the unit would have a kitchenette with a stove but there was none, just a microwave oven, mini refrigerator and coffee maker.

Short walk from Ala Moana Beach was nice, and overnight parking in the Ala Moana Center was a great option with the sky ridge connection. It’s a long walk to Waikiki beach but we rented bikes and that was fun

Being next door to Ala Moana shopping center with the food court. Also being in walking distance to Walmart to pick-up snacks. The only negative would be the beds need better fitting sheets and mattress cover.

Steps to shopping, dining, beach and excursions. Room was clean with city, marina, park & ocean views. Expected city & adjacent hotel guest noise. I hadn't realized it was a privately managed room when initially selected but worked out fine.

I wish I would have spent a little extra money and booked directly with the hotel. The only way to get new towels was to wash them yourself. You cannot contact the front desk for anything. Also need to take out all your trash.

Really good place in a great location. It’s right by the Ala Moana mall so there’s easy access to almost anything you would need. Also about 10 min drive to Waikiki beach. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel which provides check-in services for our condo did not have our reservation. We called the Property Manager (after hours), and then their emergency number, and got no response. Finally, the hotel put us up in a standard room. The Property Manager called us after we were in bed asking us to change to the condo, which was a NO (3 AM body clock time). The next morning, when we repacked to change rooms, the condo hadn't been cleaned from the last renter! We're not sure where the problem came from, but we were able to assess the hotel's rooms and the condo; the only benefit was a few dishes and utensils, the cost was the same. Not worth the hassle of having three parties responsible versus one hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant. I was on a work trip and had no issues with the internet. It was clean. Loved the bathtub. Nice hot water. I do wish I had a toaster but other then that the room and amenities were great.

The property itself is right across the street from the beach. The room itself has oceanviews, but to get full view you have to stand on the lani to see it straight on. The property during covid should have the elevators working better so they aren't so crowded in the evening time. They take one out 6 elevators just to use to go to their steak house on the 36th floor. It is hardly used and the hotel could use it more. It just sits un-used. The room needs a bigger refrigerator the freezer is too small.
