Well equipped. We were just two and I think it would be very crowded for 4. No place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. This was a serious lack for just us 2. In-house rules were very clear and well written. Finding the unit and parking spot was a bit difficult, but once we were there, it was fine.

I was nervous after I made my reservation, I started to hear so many stories of scams and properties that weren't accurately described. But our experience here was wonderful.
I stayed with my husband and our daughter. The unit was cleaned, furnished well, and had many extras that made our stay so nice. It was stocked with toilet paper, soap, new dish sponge, paper towels, laundry detergent and more. It has a fully stocked kitchen with blender, toaster, slow cooker, etc. The air conditioning units made it so comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer during our stay. My daughter slept on the sofa bed, and she did say that it wasn't very comfortable, but the bedding and towels were great.
There were also beach toys and supplies, and beach towels. The community pool was nice, and the grounds are beautiful. The property management company was so good to work with. The location is nice - close to Laie where we spent a good portion of time, and all the other great spots on the North Shore. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property to stay at. It is in a quiet gated community very close to the beach and sits on the golf course. It is in a great location making it easy to visit all the sites we wanted to see while there. Check in process is easy with gate and door codes. It had all the amenities we needed and was clean and comfortable with a/c in the main area and bedroom. The host was very responsive and was very kind to bring us something we had left behind after we had checked out. His nice gesture ended up saving us about 3 hours of extra driving as we had gotten to Honolulu when we realized we had left something! I would recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer, and AC. Lots of beach gear and sand toys. Pool was beautiful and warm. Community was friendly and quiet. Close enough to walk to Turtle Bay Resort. Beautiful grounds and property. More than enough room for our family of four. Unfortunately the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, you can feel all the bars, would not recommend sleeping on the sofa bed.

The condo was in a perfect location, walking distance to Turtle Bay resort. Our only concerns were that the washer and the towels had a musty smell. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.

We found that staying in this condo and community to be a much more economical way to stay in the Turtle Bay Resort area, while still being less than a 10 minute walk away from accessing some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen, at and around the resort, on the very North tip of the Island. The condo was basic but very clean and functional and really had all we needed. There's also a nice pool and lounging area which we used a few times but preferred the walk to the secluded beaches up the pathway through the golf course. The only downside was the tennis courts. We play tennis every morning and there are two courts but the surfaces are not great and one court is on a slant. Overall a great stay and we'd look into staying here again.

This place is good. It’s roomy, well stocked for cooking tools which we used during our stays. The location is great, turtle bay resort is the highlight. We ate at their nice restaurants. The beach is also very nice.
But the closet does not have a door and they put broom/dust pan/ beach stuff/kids stuff inside, which should be covered! It was not a pretty sight in my opinion. The bathroom/shower was ok. The front screen door does not shut(it stays opened). If not for these issues, this place would be a great.

We enjoyed our stay here and loved the area however, for the price (a vehicle is a need so that was an added expense), I did expect a bit more from the rental. It was dated. There was only one mirror in the bathroom - adding a full length mirror in the hallway or bedroom would've been beneficial. The mattress/bed sheets were uncomfortable. Despite those con’s, the rental did provide 2 foldable beach chairs, a hammock, body board, and some other things that we were able to use!

Comfortable unit, well appointed kitchen, good location. Easy walk to beach, Turtle Bay Resort and restaurants. Use of towels and beach toys appreciated. Tip for unit: a night light in bathroom would be helpful. Very satisfied.

Let me first say the Turtle Bay Resort was beautiful and the people are extremely nice. The condo was located within walking distance to the hotel, beaches, walking trails and stables so that made it very convenient. The condo itself was very spacious and had all the amenities needed to make a home away from home or enjoy a day at the beach. The downfall was there needed to be a little more attention to cleanliness of the bathroom, mainly the shower.
Additionally, because we were in the lower unit for 11 days we constantly heard the other vacation renters in the upper unit loudly walking, stomping and running from early morning to late night ( the floor/ceiling must be super thin). But overall the experience was lovely and would come back again but would request a upstairs unit.

We totally loved our experience in this 1 bed/1 bath condo in Turtle Bay on the north shore after our conference in which we were also able to accomodate our undergraduate research student for 2 of our 11 night stay on the sleeper sofa in the living room . Everything was as depicted on-line. We've rented various places on the north shore for 10 years and were excited to return to this area.
