Sunsets in Paradise is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home that sleeps 8. This is an two-storey upper-level unit with an amazing view of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean beyond.

The open-concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and covered lanai with grill. The indoor dining room table will comfortably accommodate 4 people. The lanai has a dining table with room for 4 and overlooks the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and ocean.
The living room features a large Ultra HD 4K TV.

Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend time with your friends, family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; we hope this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
There is a $25/night fee per group for access to Hali'i Kai's amazing Ocean Club, which is a short walk from the home. The oceanfront club has a tiered saltwater lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and spa and an oceanfront fitness center. The Ocean Club Bar and Grill is a great spot for convenient and delicious food and drink. The fee is payable at the Hali'i Kai office at the time of checkin.
The resort has two world-class golf courses and there is a tennis court in the community.

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Things to do
Within the Waikoloa Beach Resort you'll find the white sand A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay) beach. A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean with a great view. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials. Nothing was lacking. The fact that there were bikes, beach items like chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, etc was amazing!!!! I would highly recommending this condo for families.

I absolutely love this amazing condo and all that it had to offer. Every touch around the condo made it feel like a 5 star resort. We literally had everything we needed, including a rice maker! You are stocked with all the supplies for the beach too!
The location is perfect, the most beautiful sunsets and watching the geese on the golf course was a bonus. You are right in between Kona and Waimea- Hilo so depending on what’s going on you can hit the breach, a market, go see the cowboys and water falls or just relax around the property.
We had the most amazing time at this property and hope to stay here again soon!

Property itself is amazing with great views of the golf course and ocean. Club access is extra but worth the money for access to the pools and gym. Waikaloa resort is very well maintained with some amazing golf around.

Our family of 4 loved this 3-bedroom unit in Hali'i Kai! Not only was it clean, nicely appointed and close to the pool (5-min walk), it was stocked with everything we could possibly want for outdoor activities. The garage is full of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach toys, 4 adult sized bikes (I think I saw a small kids one too) and so much more. The kitchen also had everything we needed to make our meals, including pots, pans, spices, etc. Did I mention the view...it's stunning! Beautiful views of the ocean and at sunset you get the beautiful silhouettes of palm trees. If you've never been to the Big Island before, you might mistakenly think there is a large construction site in the back. It's really just lava rock. :) We enjoyed having breakfast facing the ocean on the lanai off the kitchen. Another favorite spot of ours was sitting on the upstairs lanai off the master bedroom also facing the ocean. The pool is beautiful and had plenty of lounge chairs. One thing to be aware of is that there is a $20/day resort fee. Overall, we loved this place and would happily stay here again!

Great rental with lots of room for two families to be together while still having their own space. We cooked most the time and the kitchen was amazing. My brother-in-law loved the knife set and bbq! An amazing neighborhood with great people and gorgeous landscape. Also can’t say enough good things about Jeff, Suzanne, and team. The communication was great and they never failed to answer any questions we had. Thank you SO much for an amazing time in paradise. Mahalo!

This property was awesome! My families stay here was wonderful and the kids had a blast. The garage has everything you’ll need for the beach: wagon, cooler, chairs, umbrella, bodyboards, sand toys, and snorkeling sets. All of these things made our beach trips memorable. There are also bikes in the garage too. Everything in the unit was new (stayed June 2021) and the sunset from the 2 balconies was stunning. The unit was clean with comfortable beds and a tv in every room. Also, another small thing that made our trip nice was that there was a step stool (much needed for the kids) and a small tool kit. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!
