Condo was just as described. It’s in the heart of busy Waikiki Beach, but the valet parking is super convenient, the lobby and elevators were never crowded and the Unit itself is wonderful, and a nice refuge from the bustle outside. The 4th floor exercise facilities are top notch. The property manager, Chris, was very responsive and helpful. We noticed some issues with the sliding glass doors to the porch, which Chris will be addressing. Perfect place to stay with teenagers!

This place is in a great location. The beach is right in front. The condo has lots of room, washer/dryer, beautiful views. I was incredibly impressed with the staff. They are very diligent in helping you, and keeping everything clean. The pool and spa were the cleanest Ive ever seen which made sense when I seen staff cleaning and checking them every morning. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

We had a great stay. Condo was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Chris was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. He even put us into contact with photographer for a last minute family photo shoot. Will stay here again.

Reservation, check in, check out were completely seamless and professional.
Communication with Chris the concierge was great. He was extremely helpful. He was also a fabulous surfing instructor (the whole family did 2 lessons with him) - he was both professional and encouraging.
Apartment was spacious, in house laundry machine was very helpful as was parking.
I would happily recommend staying here.

Great location, view and across the street from the beach. Very clean, organized, and welcoming. Chris did a great job and was very responsive with any questions we had plus we were able to take surf lessons from him. And yes, we all caught a wave or two. What a great surf instructor! We would definitely stay here again.

Ingrid called us in advance of our trip to discuss our handicapped accessibility requirements and helped align expectations. The unit itself had everything you would need for an extended and comfortable stay including laundry. The host left a few necessities upon our arrival (coffee, bananas, sweet bread and macadamias). The view from the unit and balcony was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The Grill area was very nice and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved checking out the surf first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. The condo was perfectly located!

The condo was beautiful and located right across the street from the beach. The room was equipped with everything that we needed, like beach supplies, full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. The concierge Chris communicated with us prior to our arrival and during our stay. Chris ensured that we had everything that we needed and even provided welcoming snacks, which was very kind of him. The valet parking was also great. The guys were very pleasant and professional. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book there again.

The property is excellently located in the heart of Waikiki. Easy walking distance to exquisite shopping, delightful restaurants, and convenience stores. You don't need to go anywhere else.
Ingrid and Chris were extremely courteous and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless. I'd come back to stay and strongly recommend this residence

We had originally planned to stay in a hotel on the beach, but given concerns about Covid safety, I switched to this apartment at the last minute. Boy am I glad I did! The apartment was large, nicely appointed, and perfectly located. We appreciated being able to cook our own food and do laundry as needed, without having to wade through seas of people everywhere. Also, the weather was not great during our stay, so having the space to spread out while stuck indoors was a lifesaver!

Everything was great. And the location was steps from shopping and the beach. Condo was nicely stocked, but it needed steak knives and complimentary shampoo would have nice.
Very modern and updated, with beautiful decor and a great layout.
It was a bit noisy as it is directly above the pool, but only when on the lanai or if windows open.
Chris was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. He also made checking in a breeze and made sure we were settled and comfortable.

Tina’s is a beautiful location with a direct view of the ocean front and the surfers of Waikiki. Very walkable , close to shopping and dining . The unit is very comfortable , well stocked , and not a problem was had . Thank you Tina and Chris . See you next time !

First and foremost, you can't beat the location of this property. Go out the front door, walk through the beautiful flower covered lanai, and you are right on Kalakaua in the heart of Waikiki. In under two minutes, your toes can be in the ocean staring at some of the most famous and popular surf breaks on the south shore. Shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, etc are all nearby. Huge bonus that free parking was included, so it's super easy to drive to Diamondhead, Hanauma Bay, Pearl Harbor, and any other destination outside of Waikiki.
The unit itself is lovely, very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms are all quiet and comfortable, and the laundry machine and dryer were well used during our stay. Keep in mind that the unit is basically one floor over the pool. It was occasionally a bit noisy, but thankfully the pool hours are reasonable and the noise never kept us up at night. The view from the unit is also partially obstructed by the Circle Hotel immediately in front. As shown in the photos, there's still a nice view of the beach, but it is not panoramic.
This is really a lovely place to stay, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great visit to Oahu in this Waikiki condo. It was me, my husband, and 2 teenage daughters. Plenty of space for all of us. The condo was exactly as described - the unit was up to date and clean, the building was good (a little construction going on in the lobby but no big deal), and the location to the beach and the shopping was amazing!! Chris, the concierge, was super helpful and he makes the check-in process so simple and smooth. He was also available to answer any questions we had during the week. He even offered to take my rental chairs back for me since we had an early flight - very appreciative of that. My only complaint was the washer and dryer - they are very loud. And they aren't always necessary on vacation, but it's nice to have to do a load or two. But it wasn't that big of a deal. We just did the laundry when we weren't there. Otherwise, great place, great location, and super hosts!
