The entire process was great and the communication with the hosts was awesome! Location location location is the best way to describe the perfection of our condo! Beautiful beach views and sunset views and within walking distance of everything you need to enjoy your stay!! Friday night fireworks was an added bonus!! We will stay here again the next time we come to Honolulu!

The entire experience was great, Martin was excellent to deal with, although not actually facing the sea, the property with its terrace views was a standout position and local businesses were all within an easy stroll.

This condo is perfect for a couple who wants a place to stay near the beach. While small it has everything you need and a view of the ocean that is nice to wake up to each morning. The paid parking pass made our stay very convenient. You will be within walking distance of Malls and food. A nice paved beach walk is outside as well. The Friday night fireworks are a bonus and can be seen from the balcony of the condo. I would stay here again.

We could not be more satisfied with our stay!! Kai, from the moment we booked our stay, was gracious and incredibly helpful. He answered questions promptly and gave helpful advice. Once we arrived, he he helped us with check-in and getting acquainted with the neighborhood. The condo was clean and met all our needs. It's located right on the beach, has a beautiful view, and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We rented a car and parking was right across the street - clean and safe! The area is bustling during the day but quiet at night. Thank you for a fantastic experience - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Waikiki Beach!! And thank you, Kai, for being the very best host!

Rental process was easy. Owners regularly reached out after booking and then leading up to the dates. Martin, who met us at the condo to check us in was also nice and helpful in explaining the unit and how things worked.

The condo is delightful! Its got parking across the street, a balcony with a view of the ocean and park, a lovely mini kitchen equipt with various basics, a nice bathroom, a sit/stand desk, and solid AC! It was perfect for our trip but would also be great for longer term stays! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a quaint, clean and convenient place to stay while you visit Oahu this is the place to book. The apartment is small but the location to the beach and the patio are to die for. The AC works well and they have provided everything you could need while you are in Hawaii. Close to so many shops, restaurant's and experiences. Kai is a wonderful host who offers a unique in person check in experience. Amazing experience overall, thank you Kai!

First time visiting Hawaii and we hit the jackpot staying at this ideally located property. We had a balcony with beach views and front row seating to the every Friday evening fireworks. Kai and Martin are the perfect hosts of this gem and remove all the hassles out of renting.

We stayed 5 nights and the condo was perfect for our needs. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. the beach was beautiful and much quieter than near the huge hotels! There are lots of activities, chairs to rent, and a nice walkway to the Hilton and around the lagoon! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and friendly! I would highly recommend for a couple.

Martin and Kai were accessible at all times and communicated with us throughout our whole planning. The unit is updated and modern. Our only complaint is the "ala carte" items we needed to purchase at check in. ( cleaning fee, parking pass).
Being a VRBO host ourselves we feel it should be included in the booking.
Note: Internet not included but available for $5/day. We would definitely rent the unit again.

This condo was a really pleasant place to stay. It was right on the beach and was also within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We were able to reserve a parking space with the unit for $48 / day. The parking lot was convenient and came with in-and-out privileges. We were very happy with our stay at this property and would definitely return.

We were very pleased with this studio, it had everything we needed and the location in Waikiki was perfect. All services and transportation were available, great restaurants and shopping. Clean well maintained beaches right outside the door.
We’re coming back to Honolulu for sure!

The owner was absolutely wonderful and helpful! Our place was immaculate and right on the beach! I may or may not have ate at the steak shake four times while I was there! Conveniently located to everything. Just make sure you have parking otherwise it’s hellAnd crazy crazy expensive! Mahalo!

Very nice studio apartment, with well-equipped kitchen, nice balcony overlooking Fort DeRussy and beach, nicely maintained building - the only condo building on Waikiki Beach. Owners were very responsive, offered wi-fi and parking (for extra cost but reasonable).

Easy check in. Nice, clean condo that is really close to everything.
Beach was not the greatest as there were lots of rocks in the water.
It was an expensive taxi ride to and from the airport, but traffic in Honalulu was incredible and I wouldn't want to navigate the drive myself!
A really good tour to take is Hoku Pearl Harbour and circle island. If you do this tour, go to the gift store before your trip to the Missouri as you don't have time after.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable time staying at this completely furnished Studio condo. The Owner of the Studio was very professional, explained everything in detail and warmly answered any questions that we had about the Rental prior to booking and once we arrived to go over everything. The descriptions of the Studio was very accurate, clean, well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. The unit overall was very comfortable and relaxing. The property listing was very accurate. Yes, it is approximately 1.5 blocks easy walking distance to the beach and shopping area. We were able to see views of Diamond Head and a portion of the Ocean from the Lanai. Yes, we will recommend this unit to family and friends.

My wife and I could not have imagined a better place for us to be for our first trip to Hawaii. Location, location, location! This great studio condo is located perfectly, within a short walk or bus ride we were souvenir shopping, dining or getting everything we needed for our stay. The lanai has great views and was a perfect place for our breakfast and coffee. With a short elevator ride and a few steps we were on the beach, or having a great lunch or having shaved ice. The beach rental place right on the beach was great and had everything we needed for a relaxing time on the beach. Ask for Mark during the week or Rachel on the weekend, and along with their staff they will take great care of you. Also, right next door is the Outrigger Resort which has great shops and restaurants and were very helpful setting us up for a luau and tours of our choice. All this being said we cannot say enough about Kai. He is an extremely gracious person and host. He was prompt to meet us upon our arrival and did an excellent job giving us information down to the finest detail. So if you get the chance to visit Hawaii by yourself or with your significant other and you want a personal, not commercialized place to spend your trip, this is the place for you. If my wife and I are lucky enough to make it back we will definitely be contacting Kai! Thank you Kai.

The management team was so friendly. We called when we arrived at the airport, they were waiting for us when we arrived. The condo was very clean and the lanai is beautiful for watching the sunset. This condo is fabulous! The views are better than pictured and the location can't be beat. Everything is updated, they supply all the basics and then some (like laundry soap). Kai and Thom were wonderful hosts and very helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed the lanai with the mirrored views. The bed is firm and the pillows are thin so their likability depends on your preference. The kitchen is well supplied and served us well. Our week long stay was great and we would do it again!

We were in the unit on the 11rh floor. We enjoyed our view of the beach and the sunset along with the fireworks from our balcony. The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It was steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping. There is a bus stop right outside the building which made it easy to get around to various places. The bus stop also goes to and from the airport. There is no need to have a car when staying at this condo. We look forward to returning and having another relaxing wonderful vacation.
