Our stay here for our wedding weekend was phenomenal! Paul was very attentive and communicated any changes or directions needed to make our stay as stress free as possible. The hotel staff was amazing as well and can I say that view was breathtaking

This was my FIRST time visiting Hawaii and as a first timer I am glad I chose Paul’s place to stay. I was very very impressed with his place. The view was amazing! I can’t even explain it. It was a nice comfortable stay. The location was great. The beach is just a walk away. Paul is a great communicator and he was good at answering any questions I had and was very detailed with directions.
I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view, great location, you just can’t miss out on this.

The unit was lovely and functional. The view was amazing, the bed comfortable, and the Smart TV with Netflix was really handy for quiet nights in cooking dinner. Kitchen could be better equipped, but we made do (e.g. pans/pots are not non-stick). The AC worked like a charm albeit the fridge made some noise (light sleepers should bring earplugs just in case). Hairdryer provided worked properly. The location was just right, near the beach, but far enough away from the otherwise busy parts of Waikiki and quiet enough at night. It’s right next to a convenient car rental pick up location with no waiting in line and was close to the Prince Waikiki’s coffee shop where we walked to every morning as it was decent. The pool was nice enough albeit a bit lukewarm in summer (like most pools due to the heat - there were more interesting spots around like the infinity pool of Prince Waikiki or White Sands with its poolside tiki-ish bar). It wasn’t too busy though which was great. Communication with Paul was always efficient and pleasant. Note that the building isn’t all hotel rooms, but also an apartment tower and some residents encountered were oddballs, but it always felt safe. We’d 200% stay here again as, for its location, price was decent especially for the quality accommodation and amazing view with the opportunity to cook as desired.

This was the perfect place to stay in Waikiki. You can’t beat the view and it was a convenient location walkable to anywhere in Waikiki and a quick drive away from places on the south part of the island. Paul was so helpful and communicative, as well as flexible with our check-in/out needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Waikiki- watching the sunset over the water every night was incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai. The condo/room is on the 24th floor out of 26 (26 being the penthouse) so it really is on a high floor with a beautiful view of the harbor. Waikiki beach is within walking distance but there are other beaches that are closer and not quite as busy. If you like poke, don't miss the opportunity to get the best poke on the Hawaiian islands down in the little shop right in the Ilikai lobby!

The apartment is on 24th floor and has good ocean view. Has the bare necessities but good . Close to Waikiki and food places. Wish the was some space for hanging clothes. But definitely worth the stay

My husband and I stayed here for about 7 days and we really enjoyed it! The view from the unit is spectacular and personally we appreciated being further away from the heart of Waikiki as it’s obviously very busy. This neighborhood is also pretty busy but just away enough that you feel like you can get away from it all.
The Ilikai offers easy enough access to the adjacent beach and the two pools are a convenient way to cool off.
The unit was clean and well prepared when we arrived.
The electronic keypad makes check in incredibly easy. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels.
We would have preferred a kitchen more stocked with basic items like salt and pepper for home cooking, but this did not affect our stay/experience. Just something to note if you’re staying and plan to cook, most pantry items will need to be purchased.
The AC worked great and TV/entertainment system was awesome.
Would highly recommend and would stay again!!
Communicating with Paul was also super easy.

We loved the location and general ease of the condo...as well as the view! A beautiful look at the marina, ocean and sunset. Kids enjoyed the pool and lobby ice cream as well!

The listing is spot on for showing you what to expect, the lanai was great, the bed is very comfortable, and the place was very well appointed, the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were a pleasant surprise. Paul is very good at addressing any concerns you might have. A great place !

The property location is hard to beat, and is exactly what was advertised. That said, for longer stays I would look for a unit that has a dishwasher.

Love, love, love this condo! The view is stunning. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. We started for 10 days and didn’t want to leave. Location is perfect. Easy in and out when using valet. Restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store all located on the property. Would definitely book again.

Paul's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoy the Ilikai for its location at the western end of Waikiki and for its amenities (2 pools, the Cinnamon restaurant serving the best breakfast on the island) and we have stayed in several other condos before. We were looking for a renovated / updated high floor condo with ocean view (vs. noisy city view) and Paul's apartment matched our expectations 100%.
In addition the apartment's amenities were all new and the king-size bed was very comfy. My teenage son slept very well on the pull-out queen-size leather sofa.
The check-in process was very easy, thanks to a number-code based lock and communicating with Paul, the owner, was easy and prompt.
Overall as a former Hawaii resident and frequent traveler back to O'ahu, I highly recommend renting this condo.
