The property is spacious, clean, well stocked, and exceptionally convenient located just across the most lovely beach on Maui. Jason is very accommodating and easy to reach. We have enjoyed our Maui time in his condo, and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Mahalo, Jason.

We spent 12 days and it was perfect. Clean, well stocked home and quiet. Great location a quick 3 min walk to the Beach. 5 min walk to surf at the cove or have happy hour downtown Kihei. Super easy check in and out Jason was quick to respond with any question. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to come stay again.

Good location with the beach right across the street and multiple dining options close by. It was also easy to drive to other places around Maui for day trips from the condo. We had everything we needed inside the condo--from cookware to beach towels and extra tote bags. Jason was great at communicating with us and answering our questions quickly.

Jason was a great host, answering any questions we had during our stay promptly. The location of the property was great, the beach is across the street and the cove beach (for surfing) was only 5 minute walk with board rentals right there! The apartment itself could use a little bit of cleaning/dusting but overall we found it very good. Make sure you keep your food in the fridge or wrapped up tight otherwise it may attract some small bugs. AC was a life saver for getting away from the heat.

Was ok. Would I stay there again? No. It needs a MAJOR DEEP CLEANING. Dust, dirt etc everywhere. That place has bugs crawling everywhere as well. I didn’t even feel comfortable preparing my dinner in the kitchen Bc of the bugs crawling everywhere. They were in the kitchen, bathroom, kitchen table, even found them in the bed! They look like little ants. Getting a hold of the owner is impossible. I had to call him to find out how to even get into the unit. No information was shared. He texted saying “text only”. Ok.
The unit needs work. But you get what you pay for. I’d rather fork out more money to stay somewhere where there’s no bugs crawling over every item in there. You’re never in your room so it’s not that important, but it needs some serious cleaning and new towels as they were stained. The mattress also needs replacing. It caved in the middle.
If you don’t have funds and just need somewhere to sleep then it’s ok. But if you have the funds, I say look elsewhere.

Thank you for renting the air conditioner for the bedroom. It definitely is needed. Might consider adding it permanently. Also it would be nice to have a hot tub for the facility, people would enjoy it.
The location was nicely located by beaches that we loved! Mahalo ...And the whales were magical!

We arrived around 5:00pm to check in. Check in instructions were not provided on VRBO so I called the number listed for the host. I was connected to a friend of the host who didn’t know about my arrival and told me to go to the office of the property which was closed. He then called me and told me he got mixed up as he works at another property and didn’t realize who I was as Jason is at work and he’s helping him out. The property wasn’t cleaned from the previous occupants, so I was asked to come back in an hour and a half. So we were able to check in around 6:30pm. Not certain how clean they were able to get the place in that time so my husband and I took extra precautions and wiped down all the surfaces. A/C is only in the living room, so the room can get humid/warm which isn’t great during pregnancy. Location was centralized which was nice. I would not stay here again. We didn’t have too many options to book and unfortunately ended up here.

It was okay. The condo could be a little cleaner but I paid only $94 a night - I got what I paid for. The host was easy to reach only within the paid period of time. Getting in touch beforehand was impossible. I had to communicate through Vrbo customer service. It is a good location - right next to the beach in a very residential area.

It’s a nice place in a prime location near everything. The owners have beach chairs and snorkel equipment for you to use which is very convenient for people like me who don’t want to spend tons of money on a snorkel tour.

Convenient location, walking distance from beach, restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores. Good Beach chairs and other beach equipment although some were kinda old and made it hard to carry to beach. Vents were also dusty so, if you are sensitive to dust and have allergies be warned. Good place to chill if you're only using the vrbo to sleep and dine.

This condo is placed in the perfect place in Maui. Kihei has everything you need in walking distance including rentals. The air conditioning is perfect and the short walk to the beach is amazing. The beach that is right across the street has lots of sea turtles and the most beautiful sunsets! I definitely recommend staying here and am planning on staying here again!

The hosts were very responsive. Check-in was easy. The condo provided everything we needed, including scuba gear and beach gear, which saved us a lot of money on rentals. Hosts went above and beyond by even including thoughtful things, like a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The only comment I have is that the bedroom got hot since the AC is in the living room and far from the bedroom. It would be nice to have some tips on how to keep the bedroom cool. Overall great condo. Thanks!
