There will be an ongoing painting project at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina until March of 2023 of the exterior walls, lanais, and common areas. This villa’s lanai restrictions will run from January 10, 2023 through February 18, 2023. During those dates, the pictured lanai furniture will be removed and replaced with temporary chairs and a table. After February 18, 2023, the pictured furniture will be returned, and the lanai restrictions will be removed. (See additional information below)

A little about the Ko Olina Resort and Marina

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas.

How great are the Beach Villas at Ko Olina?

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina
in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are 247 individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. It is hard to imagine a better place for your Hawaiian Adventure to begin from.

While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities which are all included in our resort collection villa pricing are hard to beat. These include up to two parking spaces, curbside greeting with luggage assistance, personal escort to your villa, orientation of your villa, and snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest included in each of our villas. As an added service and to get quick start to your vacation, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery to your villa on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive.

This 2-bedroom and 2 bath on the 3rd floor of the sunset side of the Ocean Tower has views of the ocean with amazing sunsets. Located on the sunset side of the property, it is a more secluded and peaceful setting away from the pool areas. The Villa easily accommodates up to 6 people with 2 Bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. (Maximum occupancy is 6 excluding children under 2 from that total) with the following configuration of beds in each room:

The Master Bedroom is large and includes a private bath and access through a sliding door onto the adjacent lanai. There are nice views of the resort, the golf course and mountains. There is a King-sized bed and a 5-piece bath with a deep tub, double sink and separate walk-in shower in the master bath. The second Bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request with a full bath next to the bedroom.

The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed if you need some extra sleeping space for your guests with linens provided. We do have Floor Futons available for children and we also have Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests.

The best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel at home. A dining room table with chairs for 6 along with the kitchen island seating will give you a great place for gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever you feel like making from the kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

Large TVs in the living room and both Bedrooms with cable and Wi-Fi will let you enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,170 square feet to spread out in.

The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).

When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this villa will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all our property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separated men and women showers and lockers. Each of the private areas have a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors.

During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their man-made outer reefs are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance.

You'll be greeted personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.

A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk to along the lagoons with a great backdrop for those Christmas photos. Other restaurants are in the local resort and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants.

Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices including Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.

DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DATES BETWEEN January 10, 2022, and March 31, 2023. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina property will be having the exterior of the building repaired and painted during the dates above. The work will also include painting of the exterior windows and the lanai areas of each villa. As stacks of the building are painted, individual lanais will have restricted access Mondays through Fridays from 8am to 4:30 pm during that stack’s scheduled dates. This Villa's lanai will be impacted on dates between Jan 10 to February 23, 2023.

Until January 10, 2023, the lanai will be open, and the furniture as shown in the listing will be in place. During those dates, there will be no access from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday from January 10, 2023 to February 18, 2023. After February 18, the pictured furniture will be put back and the painting project will move on to other parts of the building. Temporary chairs and a table will be provided during the restricted dates.
