Huge unit with large master suite, comfortable king size bed, great window coverings, lots of fans and good A/C. Didn’t use the second bedroom with two twins/additional bathroom. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Ate most meals on the lanai with great view of Kahaluu Bay but not direct sun in the afternoon (good). Not close to downtown but Keahole has amenities and the trolley stops nearby.

This property is perfect for a small family or a small group of friends. We stayed for IMWC'23; the property is less than 5 miles from all the action, close to groceries and any other typical amenity one might need. Perfect access to great snorkeling & close to other tours like Manta Ray swimming. Pretty view of ocean, surfers, beach, mountains. Clean property, cold AC, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, nice pool, elevator...nothing was shorted. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice unit on the 3rd floor with a good ocean and sunset view. Easy walking distance across the street to the snorkel beach. Short 5 minute drive to downtown Kona and all the shops and restaurants. The condo is well equipped, comfortable and quiet. It was my second time staying at this complex. The condo is listed as a one bedroom but there are two bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twin beds. I would stay here again anytime.

The property itself was great. However, we specifically booked this property because it was directly across the street from Kahaluu beach park. However the park was closed due to annual Coral spawning which we were never informed about. We found out by the signs posted at the beach park after we arrived. Also the cable box was defective so the large tv did not work most of the time until the last day of our stay when they finally swapped out the cable box and fixed the problem.

This was a great property to stay at! It’s listed as a 1 bed, 2 bath but it’s actually a 2 bed, 2 bath. Might be helpful for people to know! The place was clean and equip with kitchen supplies and starters for laundry and dishwasher. The pool was nice but the snorkeling half a block away at Kahalu’u Beach was the best we encountered on the island! We would stay here again!

This place had everything we needed for the week. Great view from the lanai, comfortable bed, air conditioning, heated pool and a nice hot tub. A great beach for snorkeling is right across the street. Bus stop and bike rentals are just steps away. It's a quiet area and a short drive to great restaurants and lots of beautiful beaches. Don't miss the night snorkeling with manta rays just a couple of miles down the road.

Thank you for this amazing property. Everything was perfect. The view of Kahalu’u beach and the Kona coast line was very enjoyable. The condo and the property are very well maintained. There was a painting company working at the building when we were there which meant our Lanai was out of commission for a day. They needed to do a job and move on so it wasn’t a big deal. They were respectful and professional.

Very comfy and roomy 3rd floor condo with a great view of the best snorkeling on the Island! My wife and I had plenty of space and loved the location! Very clean and for the most part quiet. You will hear a little walking traffic, well worth the view!

To start this was listed as a one bedroom two bathroom unit when we rented it. Imagine our surprise when it was a two bedroom two bathroom unit. We loved the location of this property. It was clean and well-kept and had ample parking and an elevator.. we only have a couple of critiques about the property after staying for two weeks. At the end of a long day at the beach, it was hard to go back and sit on the common area furniture. It was very uncomfortable and was laid out so it was difficult to see the TV. The dining furniture outside on the lanai was difficult to sit and eat at. The chairs were low and slouchy. The TVs in all rooms were dated and difficult to operate. Aside from the small furnishing and electronics issues, this place was great and we would definitely stay again.

This is the second unit I've stayed at in this property. The location is spectacular - across the street from my favorite snorkel beach - and the view from the lanai captures the beauty and splendor of Hawaii. The unit is in building two which features an elevator (which we did not discover until the 3rd day, d'oh!) The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, there were two large bathrooms, plenty of closet space and a well equipped kitchen. There is even a storage closet with beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. Check in and check out was easy and we enjoyed every moment at the Villa. I will definitely stay in this unit again!

We love this complex. It is in an excellent location. Across from snorkeling and a short drive to stores and restaurants. This particular unit 2-302 was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had no issues and would stay here again.

We LOVED this property! Exceptionally clean and well maintained! The view from our lanai was AMAZING! The property was decorated in a Hawaiian theme and just gorgeous! We were close to snorkeling and every other activity was a short drive. Parking was close and easy. A bonus for us was the beach equipment available for us to use! We would highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to go back to Kona and stay at this property!!!

When we arrived the condo was perfectly staged - AC was on and the unit was cool, lights and TV on and the ambiance was perfect. Along with the ocean view and perfect location we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

All great except communications with managers out of California where they did not seem to get anything uploaded in VBRO and had to send them our vaccination records directly several times. Place is nice clean view spacious for 2.
