Beautifully remodeled, Kapalua Golf Villas -Bldg#17- P7/8 is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom/2bath master suites villa located on the Northwest side of beautiful MAUI a short distance away from the breathtaking North Ka'anapali Coastline. The unit features 2 separate Master Bedroom/Bathroom suites with the front bedroom suite decorated with a CAL King bed, two large closets, digital safe, TV/DVD player, in-suite bathroom w/dual sinks, LARGE tiled shower with easy access and a sitting bench. A stackable W/D located in separate closet in bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is a LARGE space offering TWIN BEDS (can be made into a KING upon booking) with a large clothes closet, dresser, TV/DVD player and it's own lanai for relaxing and enjoying a nightly beautiful sunset or Happy Hour! The in-suite bathroom has a large counter, sink, separate bathroom and tiled shower with a large oval tub.
The large living room is a large area offers a large and comfortable well lit experience with adequate sitting for viewing the beautiful views inside or outside on the main lanai for the whole family time. The Couch makes into a Queen sleeper sofa bed come night time. This area has boasts a 55" flat screen Smart TV to enjoy your local news and programming as well as sigh into your own NETFLIX, HULU, PANDORA, AMAZON PRIME or YOU TUBE ACCOUNTS to catch up on your personal favorites. All Organic linens provided, pillows and blanket.
The nicely updated Kitchen has all FULL SIZE stainless steel appliances for those days you just want to cook in, enjoy a breakfast on the Lanai, Lunch before heading out for the day, or a beautiful dinner with what most likely will be a spectacular sunset!! The LARGE granite counter space offers ample space to prepare meals as well as several large cabinets for proper food storage. The kitchen is nicely stocked with several additional appliances (i.e. toaster, 12-cup Mr. Coffee, blender, tea pot, spice rack), plenty of dishes, cooking pots/pans, utensils, baking items, cutting boards & BBQing utensils) for your use and to complete your Home-Away-From Home experience. Attached to the kitchen is an inside dining table for 4 and 2 stools at the bar counter.
The GUEST STORAGE closet outside on the main Lanai is stocked with beach equipment for your use during your stay. There are boogie boards, umbrella, floating devices, cooler, chairs and some snorkeling equipment that might be left over from other stays. It's best to either bring your own, purchase at one of the many places here on island or you can rent quality, safe and healthy equipment during your entire stay and take it with you anywhere and everywhere, especially to all the AMAZING public Maui beaches! There are SO many to enjoy and you should!! Large BEACH TOWELS are provided for each guest.
The property boasts 4 pools (adult only & family). A map will provided at the time of check-in. There are BBQ grills located poolside for your stay. There is a family pool located behind our building by the designated parking stalls, so noise mostly obsolete
and this also makes for close easy access to the unit. The pools have a code that works for all, also provided upon check in.
This area offers several beaches of all different sizes to visit. There are several beaches to choose from that are close by: driving (3-5 minutes) or about 25-40 minute walk in the area for enjoyment - Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Ironwoods Beach and Flemmig Beach. There are several other beaches heading South to include the famous Ka'anapali Beach & Whaler's Village. There are fun little places to visit, convenience store (ABC Store) & an array of restaurants nearby. Ka'anapali/Whaler's Village is about a 7-10 minute drive, and onto Lahaina Town...another 10-15 minutes - depending on the traffic and time of day. The Kapalua Golf Villas is the PERFECT community to enjoy a cool & less hectic atmosphere in Northwest Maui out of the immediate hustle/bustle of Ka'anapali and Lahaina. PLEASE NOTE: There is one designated covered parking spot designated for this unit. This is a NON SMOKING CONDO! There is NO smoking on the Lanai's, walkways, etc. SMOKING is allowed only in he designated smoking areas provided and are in accordance with the State of Hawaii Smoking Laws. There are NO Resort fees and parking is FREE. The unit coms with HIGH SPEED unit dedicated WIFI - no sharing signals. There is NO landline in the unit.
