Communication with the property manager was great and the check in process was super easy with door code and parking. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location was unbeatable with the beach a few steps away and the marketplace close by. Safeway and Longs was just a couple minutes away down the highway and the north shore about 40 mins. Overall, great place to stay. Next time, we'll stay longer!

The unit is just as described. It is ground level and steps to the beach. Sitting out on the lanai for coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset was everything we thought it would be. The unit is clean and the owners and property mgr were very responsive when the lights went out briefly on much of the island one night. The shower was remodeled and perfect for children and elderly who may need a removable shower head with a built in seat. LavaLava is next door, offering live music and food every night until 9pm. Coconut Marketplace is a 2minute walk, with shops, food, and a large ABC grocery/store. This is a lovely property!

2nd time staying at the Lae Nani resort and we throughly enjoyed it! We love the grounds, the location, and this unit was nice, clean and very comfortable! The location is perfect, easy to visit the north and south of the island. We’ll be back!

The unit was nice, grounds excellent, location perfect. The pull out smelled. I washed all the bedding that was already on it and it was better except the bed pillows smelled badly of mold and had no pillow cases. Didn’t use them. Pull out mattress very uncomfortable. A towel bar in the small bathroom would be nice. The floor needs a good mopping. The kitchen was very well equipped. The construction noise in the units above was a little disturbing for over a week. Felt very secure there. The grounds keepers do an excellent job. Overall a very nice place to stay

Great stay at Shari and Craig’s property , everything is completely as advertised and has everything you will need for your stay. The location is ideal for touring both the north and southern parts of the island !

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We spent lots of time relaxing on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the landscaped grounds and ocean beyond. Being on the ground floor was perfect because we could wander out onto the grass with our toddler and run around. And then around the corner is a protected cove perfect for kids to swim and the pool as well. With a well equipped kitchen and a market 5 min walk away we were able to balance cooking at home with going out to restaurants. And the location on the island was super easy as a home base from which to explore. Everything was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here. We were a little surprised that there was no air conditioning, it was in the listing, I just missed it! However, it was okay in the mornings and once the sun went down. We were usually out most of the day anyway. Everything was in working order and just as it was stated in the listing. We loved sitting out on the lanai each morning drinking our coffee. Mahalo!

Overall all was okay. I would recommend a few upgrades such as adding an air conditioner to the bedroom unit. The fans didn't do the job. We rented several other units in the same development and they had air conditioning units in the bedroom. Also, the sheets need to be replaced. They kept coming undone each night. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Perfect location on the grass and close to the beach. Would love to stay there again.

We just stayed here in June 2022 and had a relaxing, nice time. The kitchen is nicely remodeled. Being on the ground floor and being able to walk straight out to the grass/beach area was worth every penny. We have stayed at this resort several times in various places and this was one of our favorites. We have small children, so being able to let our toddler hangout on the lanai with us and run on the grass while the baby napped inside was priceless. They had all of the beach necessities (towels, umbrella, lounge chairs). The ceiling fans and extra fans in the closet worked great for keeping the place cool. Nice shower and bathrooms. Overall would definitely recommend this place!

Our first visit to Kauai and we were blown away by the property at Lae Nani. Love that the condo was on the first floor for easy access to the beach. The beach was so close and we loved hearing and seeing the waves. Shari and Craig were very easy to work with and their condo has all the amenities we needed (pots, pans, spices, towels, beach chairs). The only first world complaints are that there is no air conditioning or a washer/dryer in the unit. Not a deal breaker as the island breezes blow through enough to cool the room with the windows open and there is coin laundry on property. Overall a great place to stay on the island! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's just a few steps from the beach and at low tide you can spot tropical fish swimming in the protected areas without even needing snorkeling gear. We spent more time at the condo than we intended because the patio and ocean breeze is just so pleasant. The only thing I wished for but didn't find was a rack for drying swimsuits, towels, and some laundry. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again.

We loved the proximity to the ocean, easy access to playing on the beach, the huge pool with the ocean view, and the expansive grass for my kids to run around in just outside the unit. The condo itself was cozy and comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike about this home away from home! They had everything you could need for a beach day and more, the house was a perfect size for two people and the view couldn’t get any better. Craig and Shari were awesome, fast replying and ready to help or answer anything we asked. It was truly an awesome and great experience!

Our first visit to Kauai was made more special at Lae Nani and this property. My husband and I stayed in this unit; my brother and his wife were in another and we all loved our time there. (My brother/S-in-L had stayed in this condo resort before and loved it.) First, the property is wonderful - great location and beautiful beach access with a nice restaurant nearby and quick walk to see the sunrise every morning. This unit also was perfect for us. The bed was wonderful, and space was very comfortable. (We loved sitting outside on the porch drinking mimosas in the morning and mai tais in the evening while looking at the ocean.) Also, I am a photographer and found so many lovely opportunities right around this property. We loved strolling in the starlit nights with the tiki torches. And so much care is taken to make the outdoor space beautiful. We will be back! And we would rent this unit again.
(One note: we didn’t realize no A/C when we booked and worried about that upon arrival - but we didn’t need to! Overhead fan plus two provided bedroom fans and open windows kept us very comfortable to sleep. )

We rented Lae nani 314 after staying at the same complex in summer 2019. We love the location overlooking the ocean and so close to the beach (including kiki beach) and huge pool. This unit is on the ground floor, which makes walking to and from the pool and beach a breeze. The unit has been remodeled and looks great, especially the kitchen. We spent a lot of time lounging on the lanai. There were two minor issues (guests next door smoking like chimneys against complex rules and kitchen sink started leaking), but the property manager took care of both right away. Would certainly stay again on Kauai!

We have just concluded our fabulous week in Kapa’a! We loved our time there! The condo itself is delightful…clean, classic Hawaiian decor! The location of the unit, beach, pool and grounds are the best. We didn’t have a rental car for the first few days and walked to the Coconut Marketplace for meals and shopping. There are other restaurants and bakeries close by.
Kapa’a is a great location on the island from which to explore south and north and to find wonderful bays and beaches.
We had great hosts! Aldo very nice and helpful property managers and staff!
We loved our stay and hope to be back to enjoy that beautiful view again!

We enjoyed our time at Craig and Shari’s property. It was very clean, well outfitted with cooking utensils, tons of beach gear, and we loved the grassy area out front for our toddler to play while we enjoyed our morning coffee. Craig and Shari were also very responsive with all questions we had. One thing to be aware of is proximity to the main highway. The condo complex sits back from it but from the unit, you can see the highway in the distance (street lights and cars, particularly at night). Maybe we should have researched the exact location/view from the condo a bit better, but it was not clear from the photos. This may be fine for some, especially given the central location to North/South ends of Kauai, but good to be aware of if you are looking to be in a more “secluded” location.

The unit was beautiful 😍 and very clean! The location was perfect! Everything we need was there! Boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, toys for younger kids. It was perfect! It was my fiancé and I for our pre honeymoon. It was exceptional!! Can’t wait to go back! The unit itself was beautiful location and staff was friendly!! It was nice having a private beach 🏖 area. The location on the island is great. Only about 30 minutes to the north side and 30 to the south. Also, the view from the patio is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect access to beach outside my lanai....grocery , restaurants, other shopping within walking distance....large pool...bbqs. Mid way around island so easy siteseeing.
