Waikiki Sunset is very popular amount the family. The great family vacation destination. But couples and friends also can take advantage of this unit. Very quiet corner unit provide you the perfect vacation.

This location provides a great opportunity to splash in the waves at Queens beach, work up a sweat on a hike at Diamond head, or lounge in the shade of a Kapiolani park Banyan tree. Not to mention the restaurants and bars nearby for Pupus and cocktails, such as Tikis, Sansei Seafood Bar, and more.

The place was quite suitable for our needs but was in need of some upgrades (i.e. dirty carpets, ripped curtains, light above stove didn't work and was very greasy, and had to wash several dishes before using). While there were enough dishes for us, there were only 2 forks in the apartment so having to take turns eating or having to use spoons was not sufficient. Our check-in was problematic. After arriving late and the door code we were given didn't work, the property's security team advised us that other guests of the unit have had the same problem and the last guests waited two hours to get in. Since the property managers office was closed and we weren't given an after hours number, we messaged through VRBO. While we didn't wait too long for a reply, our toddlers were pretty cranky waiting in the hallway after long travel, and it would've been good to have a contact number, particularly as they were well-aware of a door issue. The positives - pull out couch was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and the view from the window especially during sunrise in the morning was beautiful. Nice and close 5min walk to the beach and the pool and BBQ area was handy and well-kept. It was nice there were bodyboards for the beach but unfortunately they were snapped inside. All in all, it was OK as a 3-star type for our family but if you're more picky or want something more tidy there's plenty of other places out there in the same price range or cheaper that you might be better to book.

Overall it was great. The place is a little dated and the AC is VERY loud but it's a great location and a very comfortable space. The cooking options in the appartment were great but it would be nice if some basic ingredients were also included - oil, basic condiments etc. We didn't use everything we purchased and would hope that the products with long shelf life would be kept in the unit for future guests to use. The property's amenities were great, especially the outdoor bbq area which we used several times. We were disappointed that the tennis courts visible in one of the photos are not actually part of the same property, but this is only a minor issue.

Positives: Great location. Owner left boogie boards for kids - which is wonderful. Access is easy. Laundry on each floor, which was very convenient with kids. Kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans and everything you need. Negatives: Air vents and fan needs basic cleaning. it's not been dusted for months. Check in process was confusing. I suggest you check your emails and call the person for access code. We had one email go to junk mail, another email told me download an app, and it gave me a different code in the app.

Here is what we liked. It was 2 blocks from the beach, no charge for parking, a value price for the money, a quiet and safe neighborhood, and a Toto bodet in the bathroom. On the negative side, the walls desperately need a coat of paint, the base boards were severely scuffed, the old dirty carpet needs replacing, the kitchen/bathroom linoleum is old and dirty, the kitchen cabinets have a old musty funk smell to them, the fabric on the kitchen chairs is coming off, we were missing pillow sheets and a blanket for the pull out in the family room, and the towel bar falls apart when you hang a towel on it. This VRBO looks decent in pictures but severely needs some TLC. Property management was very nice and attentive to our needs. Would stay there again if the owner did some updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon reservation through the exit from the condo, Lei Hawaii Realty had been so much helpful and supportive to our stay at the condo. The room #2601 has a wonderful view of the mountains and hills, particularly the night view was extraudinary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is located in a quieter area towards the East end of Waikiki. It's just a short walk into the middle of Waikiki where all the shops are. I stayed for 6.5 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the place that is clean, well-maintained, and well-lighted. The lanai view is towards the north side mountains. I really like that it offers free parking and use of the gym and swimming pool. If you rent a car, the free parking is a great value add. Overall, highly recommended.

Close walk to beach and restaurants. View was amazing everyday and as pictured. Parking space was very handy ($150 if you misplace or lose pass though). Need to bring a towel to use Gym or you will be asked to leave. Common areas well kept clean. Had a lot of things needed for longer stay (extra towels, rice cooker). No beach towels or beach supplies. There is no real lobby or luggage storage for early check-in or late check out. Also they didn't have early check in avail on day I asked. Place is a little more worn then pictures give but didn't bother me at all. You check in with security so no warm Hawaii welcome. Really appreciated place and felt blessed being able to stay there a month.

Nice place, it’s a little out dated but that’s expected for the reasonable price with parking. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for convenience at a decent price. With that being said if ur looking for a high end place this is not for u.

The property sits on the 26th floor and has a great view of the mountains where you can watch the sunrise over the island. It is also only three blocks to Waikiki beach. Pros: Has a kitchen to have a convenient breakfast Close to Waikiki and sheltered lagoon for kids Has a pool and BBQ area Can pay to use washer-drier on the same floor Cons: The toilet was leaking from the back and fixed when we communicated this The 26th-floor bedroom can be loud if trade winds are blowing It would be great to have basic kitchen non-perishables such as salt, pepper, olive oil etc. - Be prepared to buy everything you may need to cook. Overall, the rental is a good value for being in Waikiki, and the property management company was responsive and helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fine except for the kitchen sink. the drain leaked and when I used the disposer it flooded the kitchen. They said they fixed it after I reported it but it still leaked water under the sink. Could not trust to use the disposer again. Can recommend only if this is fixed and maintained properly.

Overall this property was great, prime location in waikiki and walking distance to stores and nearby beaches. Great view of the sunrise every morning. Everything we needed was in the condo so that was great, we only needed to buy food. Instructions were very clear and property manager responded within 48 hours. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the dishes and cutlery were not very clean, had to clean everything before using. Shower and mirrors could have been cleaned better. Aside from that, great spot, we would definitely rent here again.

Very impersonal realty company with many emails about what we could not do. If early check-in, charge $150, if late checkout $150, etc., don’t expect personal service because as they state, they are not a hotel. Could use a paint job. Some drawers need adjusted. 5:00 am fire which we had to evacuate, came in after 1 1/2 hours. No electricity for entire day and pool closed because pump not working. No offer of any reimbursement. When we checked out, still no electricity. Nice location and pool.
