Welcome to Hale o'Lani Aloha (The House of Heavenly Aloha)

Hale o'Lani Aloha is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story vacation condo is located on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course in Waikoloa Village on the Big Island. A private lanai overlooks the pool, the ninth fairway, and offers ocean views.

The spacious condo welcomes guests with attractive 18-foot wood ceilings with fans for cooling comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishes, glasses, cookware, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. In the living room, the sofa unfolds to a very comfortable queen-size bed. Dining space is alongside the kitchen as well as outside on the beautiful lanai. Upstairs the loft-style master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with shower and separate vanity. In addition, there is an office area and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is downstairs off the living area and features a twin bed and a Queen bed. The downstairs bath offers a shower/tub and separate vanity area as well as a washer and dryer. The condo supplies beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and even sand toys.

Waikoloa Village is a private, quiet, community with lavish tropical landscaping, two pools, cabana areas, and spas, and gas BBQ grills. Golf, tennis, and shuffleboard are onsite. Guests can get discounted greens fees at the Village golf course.

The local grocery store is a quick two-minute drive away. A-Bay, one of the best beaches on the island, is about a ten-minute drive away. From Waikoloa Village, guests can easily explore all the island has to offer, including a visit to a live volcano.

The condo was even better than we hoped! Spacious, clean, great views, firm and comfortable beds, great kitchen with anything one needed to cook a meal. Overall I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Well stocked, quiet condo with pool, wifi and grocery store, gas station and a couple restaurants nearby. Hot tub, but they don't turn heat on until 3 to 9 pm. Everything works in the kitchen, but this older unit could use some heavy cleaning (mirrors, shower floor, carpet and tile floors). Many doors in the unit are delaminating, as I read someone else mention. The couch and chair shown in the photo has been replaced by a small jack knife style couch that is hard but looks new. There is no air conditioning. The unit was warm upon arrival, especially in the loft, but after opening windows and using the fans we were able to keep it comfortable during our stay. If you need something dealt with in the night you must leave a phone message and they will only respond the next morning. We had a very loud fire alarm in a high ceiling with an old battery going off 4 times in the night. It was dealt with the next day but we had a full night of no sleep. So not good. There are lots of stairs from the parking lot, entering the unit and inside to the loft (master bedroom/bathroom). A challenge with luggage or mobility issues. There's also very limited lighting in the main bedroom upstairs. The grounds are beautiful and you can take a short walk to enjoy the nightly sunsets. I could see golfers really enjoying the course. Overall we had a good 11 day stay but this unit would not be our first choice in the future.

Property as advertised. Beautiful, clean, comfortable home for two adults and three kids. Very quiet community with two area pools right beside the golf course. Good access to the island and communities around. 20 minutes to variety of amazing beaches in west/northwest. 35 to downtown Kona and about an hour to get to the other side of the island (Hilo) or small town snorkeling beaches south of Kona). Tennis courts and golf course walking distance. Can book tennis and pickleball through the community website with the visitor cards provided Could have easily stayed another month or year. So much to see and do. Never heard from the rental company after arriving at property which was fine. They provided clear direction before arrival and were very responsive in the weeks coming up to the rental. The door should be addressed in the checkin email - 1) the key is in the guest lockbox inside the storm door 2) the main door opens by turning the lock to the left to open the striker. The handle does not turn on the door.

Was as described. Plenty of room. Unfortunately no air conditioning which was difficult during the day. At night the fans in the bedrooms were better. PLenty of kitchen ware,linens,and even some coffee was left so we had some till we could get more. If you love golfing this is perfect.

Listing promised quiet, clean, and safe condo. Instead it was extremely noisy (remodel next door, and vac truck to pump heavy rain below); full of mold and mildew; vaneer peeling off the doors; filthy carpet; and unsafe electrical issues such as bare bulb next to shower. Worst place we’ve ever stayed. So gross we were embarrassed to have friends or family visit.

This is the first part of our stay. He head over to the Hilo side today. When I booked this condo I wanted a space for my family of 5 to be able to relax and enjoy after a day of exploring and we got just that. Lots of space. The Lanai was perfect for our evening meals or breakfasts and the hot tub and pool were nice to be able to use if we wanted. Also the extras included such as laundry detergent. Shampoo/conditioner. Sugar salt and pepper in the kitchen were a nice surprise. We were very happy with our stay here.

Prime location in a beautiful golf course setting. Grounds are well kept and groomed. Loved seeing sunsets from our balcony and the wild birds who came to visit. The pool and hot tub were a welcome addition to our stay.

Loved the house and comfort of having the pool right behind our unit. This property is what I've always dreamed of as an ideal vacation home. It was very relaxing and quiet. Neighbors are close to the home and you must be very mindful if you have small children or teenagers making any kind of noise in the house as the rules are very strict. There is no air conditioner but with the wonderful breeze and night time comfortable temperatures it was very comfortable. There is a fantastic restaurant withing walking distance to property as well as shopping center and wonderful beach only about 15 minutes away. YOU MUST RENT A CAR if you plan to stay in the big Island and want to travel to see the important sites. This was an overall fantastic stay with everything we needed provided for us. We loved it!

My family and I stayed here for our first time in Hawaii and it was a great stay! Everything was just as described neighbors were very welcoming and it’s in a nice quiet area. The only downfall is that fast food restaurants are 40 min away but they do have restaurants and grocery store near by!

The condo was convenient and worked for what we needed. We had a great time visiting the many beaches in the area. Pros: Ice maker, comfy living room furniture, great location, nice pools, lovely patio, lots of beach gear available. Cons: This unit is in need of some cleaning and updating.
