We really enjoyed watching the sunsets on the lanai, swimming in the pool, and walking to the local grocery store. The house was clean and spacious with lots of extra sheets and blankets to take advantage of the pull out couch. The water pressure was great and it was easy to get into the unit with lots of helpful appliances to make our stay extra homey.

Everything about the property was awesome! We utilized the kitchen, enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and it's close proximity to a grocery store. Great restaurants near by. I recommend for anybody looking to relax.

Here for a short stay of 4 nights. The place was clean and easy to access and had all necessary amenities. Instructions for entry were clear. Beautiful balcony overlooking pool, golf course and ocean in the distance- just a lovely spot! I would definitely rent here again!

Pros: view from balcony. Two pools and hottubs, nice grounds and usually quiet. Cons: unit needs an update! All basics were there, but those dirty stained rugs need to be removed or replaced!! Appeared to have a new floor in kitchen but several pieces were broken. Bed linen was very cheap. Found old boogie board in cupboard but it was broken. Also found a cooler that was filthy, so we scrubbed it clean so we could use it on day trips. We were not made aware that unit next door was being totally gutted and remodeled- noise from 9-5 everyday! Not a relaxing stay.

I live on the island and had family from mainland visiting so wanted to make sure they got to go to the West side and get the "sunny beach" vacation as well as the rainforest and Volcano. The hotels were much too expensive - this place allowed us enough room to all be in the same space, plus a kitchen so we could save money on eating out. All the things we needed to cook were there - even a blender to make milkshakes when we needed to use up the milk and ice cream on the last day! Location was extremely convenient for us to get to 69s, Hapuna, the Hilton, etc. Our room directly overlooked the pool and there was a nice big lanai, although the security do make you go inside right at 10pm (like exactly the minute of 10pm someone stopped and told us to go inside - no music or anything, just us sitting on the lanai talking was not permitted!) So that was a little annoying but a minor trade-off overall. It's not the most luxurious place and the amenities are basic, so if you're looking for that ultra-luxe level of vacay keep on going down the hill to the coast and the pricey resorts. But if you want a decent, quiet, affordable place to stay with plenty of room for families to spread out and have a nice meal together, this will work perfectly for you.

Overall we are happy with the place. I give it four stars, but I think some improvements could easily make it five stars. The 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious. It is a little dated but not an issue for us. The unit has all the amenities and is clean. Waikoloa Village is at 1000 feet elevation with a desert climate. The temperature cools down very quickly at night. So if you keep your window open, it is fairly comfortable inside despite no air conditioning in the unit. The condo is about 15 minutes drive to several nice beaches nearby. It is also right next to the community swimming pool. While the unit is clean, the pool/BBQ area attracted flies during the daytime and we saw cockroaches a few times. We were asked to print out the parking permit 3 days before check-in. We were already on vacation and didn't have easy access to a printer. It would be nice if the email could tell us there is already parking permits in the unit for guests to use. Guests were asked (in the handbook) to clean dishes, dispose of all garbage, collect dirty bed sheets, etc before checkout. That's fine and we do that all the time regardless. However, the "handbook" specifies an additional charge for each cleaning request should guests ignore it despite that the rental already includes a cleaning fee.

We loved this condo in the villas. It was spacious and came with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice too. It was even better than I expected it to be! Definitely stay here :) Communication with the host was also great. You can also see the ocean from the lanai! And it was walking distance from the shops/restaurants.

This place was perfect for what we needing while in Hawaii. Just a short 15 minute drive from the beach, the pool and hot tub are literally in your back yard! We opened up windows for a nice breeze and slept well each night.

This place was what it advertised, however the main room is more like a loft. There were chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Very comfortable place to come back to after the beach. And the pool is heated to take a dip in the evening .

Location is away from beach but quick easy drive. Grocery easy walking distance. Kitchen had all the stuff needed. Renovation with new flooring in hallway and kitchen nice. Would be nice to extend with next renovation. Only thing missing was laundry soap pods. Beach toys and picnic coolers etc all there.

My husband and I have stayed in Waikoloa Village many times before. This is the first unit managed by Love Properties. It is a very nice, comfortable property with the exception of the twin beds in the second bedroom which are very uncomfortable to sleep on. While it is pretty well stocked it was a bit frustrating that some basic supplies were not here at check in (no hand soap and no sponge to wash dishes.) For the price we paid, those basic supplies should have been there. Only hand soap was eventually brought by, after we went out and bought some. (Also per checkout instructions they ask that towels be washed but did not leave any laundry detergent.)

Glad our Waikoloa Beach Resort booking was cancelled at the last minute because this property was excellent. Not a 5 star condo but this property is in front of the pool and the golf course. You can see the ocean from afar but the view of the sunset was spectacular! What made it more relaxing was the cool breeze at night that just makes you sleep even better. I thought not having air conditioning would be a problem but not really in a higher elevation such as the Paniolo area. I have stayed at Kolea before and surely there were pros and cons on the two properties. But I will go back to this property instead.

Unit was not cleaned and a little run downed. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Area is a little out of the way and a bit of a drive to most beaches.

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
