You'll be located within walking distance of the Kings and Queens shops, A Bay and The Lava Lava Beach Club, Waikoloa Anchialine Ponds, multiple restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a movie theater. It’s less than a mile walk to the beautiful Beach at “A” Bay, water sports rentals, and Lava Lava Beach Club. Enjoy snorkeling, watch the sea turtles, and soak up the sun at “A” Bay. A short 10 min drive takes you to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches!
In the living room, plenty of plush seating circles a TV. DVD player, stereo, WiFi, washer/dryer, and central A/C are all provided for your convenience. Crack the lanai doors to let the coastal breeze inside. The private lanai will be a popular hangout spot. A patio table and chairs are arranged for you to dine or sip on a Mai Tai. Enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian sunrise on the lanai overlooking Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and the Hualalai mountains.
The kitchen will put a chef in heaven. It's well equipped with a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, and more! This is perfect for cooking home-cooked meals for you and your guests. The built-in breakfast bar has seating for 3. Gather everyone at the dining table with seating for 6 to enjoy a meal together. There is also a small breakfast table located in the kitchen.
The master bedroom holds a King bed, cable TV, and has an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom makes getting ready a relaxing experience. Take a soak in the Jacuzzi bathtub and get ready at the expansive vanity with dual sinks. There is a shared bathroom and a washer and dryer available in the living area!
No need for a rental car as Fairway Villas is a relatively short drive, approximately 20 miles from the Airport! Bikes and motorcycle rentals can be found in the shopping area!

Nice place. Close to local shops and beaches. All the amenities you can need from a condo. Also located close to the bbq and pool.
Very clean, close to restaurants, golf, shops, pool, and so many wonderful beaches. We would stay here again.
Over all the condo was very nice. It had all of the amenities we needed. This is a 2nd floor condo so be prepared for the noise from the 3rd floor.
The bed was comfortable but the bed linens and pillows were subpar. For the price we paid I'd expect better sheets and pillows.
We stayed in January 2023 and found the condo was lovely, well appointed and in a great location!
Second floor unit with elevator, quiet neighbors, very close to the Pool/BBQ/Gym area. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, water/ice dispenser in the fridge and there are chairs, and coolers so you can head to the beach prepared. Comfortable bed, and plenty of storage for clothes. Large main bathroom has double sinks, soaking tub plus shower and plenty of storage for toiletries.
Easy walk to the Kings and Queens Shopping centers for groceries and a variety of retail and dining options. We enjoyed our daily walks to ABay and strolling through surrounding resorts, driving to area beaches, Hilo and Kona and just relaxing at the edge of the infinity pool watching golfers tee off.

The condo was sparkling clean upon arrival and we loved the decor. The beds were comfortable and the condo had all of the amenities promised. The one and only drawback to this condo is the close proximity to the pool. The pool was very busy and very noisy everyday we were there. The noise prevented us from enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty from the lanai. Because of the condo’s location by the pool, we will sadly not stay there again.
The pool manager was always after us for something and the pool closed at 9:00 sharp which is to early when you are in a once in a life time vacation. The rules lean more to a retirement center then a vacation resort.

A very nice condo , had everything we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen had lots of good quality pots and pans, knives and dishes. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cooler.
Next time we rent a unit we would look for a second bedroom with a queen size bed, we didn’t like the small single beds .
We loved the location of the condo, very convenient to both the King and Queen Markets.
I would recommend this unit for a couple with kids to sleep in the second bedroom.
The stay was great, clean and very comfortable for our family like home. Realize hotels are nice for their resort activities and location but the purpose of the vacation is to do stuff and feel relaxed when you get back. So the HomeAway was perfect and have the option to choose a nice location if wanted. Highly recommend it. We always will go with HomeAway during stays longer than 3 days.
Clean, spacious, and beautiful! We loved having this home away from home. The kids enjoyed the pool and so did the adults! The home was stocked with awesome beach amenities too! We will be back!
