Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels at high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was toward the quieter end of Waikiki which was nice. The beach is only one block away so is a very easy walk with shops and restaurants nearby. The pool are was also nice and clean with plenty of lounge chairs. The sofa bed and other bed were very comfortable. We would love to come back to this unit!

Everything about this place was beautiful. The view was great and we were very close walking distance to the beach. Everything was as advertised and we were very happy with our accommodations. The only thing that annoyed us was that the checkout process felt a little off-putting. We paid for cleaning service and the checkout process asked us to take out the garbage or we would be charged an additional fee. That seemed odd after already paying a cleaning fee. But the place was perfect otherwise. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay here. The view of Diamond Head from the lanai was spectacular; just as shown in the photos. Everything was in easy walking distance. We didn’t have a car, so we can’t comment on the parking. Would highly recommend!

We used Waikiki Banyan as our location for all of our wedding guests. It was absolutely perfect because of the central location to the beach and shops. We were able to book several rooms via vrbo. midway vacations management was awesome. They were very responsive and able to accommodate our needs. We loved having a full kitchen and being able to cook breakfast. The room included two beach chairs and a cooler which came in handy also.

We stayed here for 6 nights in early December. On arrival we obtained our parking pass and accessed the room without any issues. The room was very clean on arrival. And we did not experience any issues with the room during the stay. The fridge worked well as did the shower, TV and microwave. The AC worked ok but admittedly could have been a little more efficient. Luckily there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as a standalone room fan that we utilized to even things out and spread around the cool air. The rooms do not have traditional curtains and only have a sunshade type blind for the massive windows in the main area and bedroom. Because of this it can get very warm inside during the day and it can take the AC quite some time to cool down the room if you've shut it off (as recommended by room management) while out of the room for the day. The sunshade is great at night and early morning to provide some privacy while still getting a view of outside but some curtains to block the heat in the sunniest parts of the day would be a great addition to cut back on cooling needs. The building itself is a bit older and located at the far end of the Waikiki strip about a block and a half from the beach. Easy walking distance to a lot of things if you don't mind walking up to about half a mile. Parking was very easy and we never had a hard time finding a spot in the garage. Checkout was simple as well and we experienced no issues. Overall I'd definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay here again the next time we visit Oahu.

It’s our 2nd time staying at the Banyan and would stay here again. This unit being at tower 1, we found convenient because the pool/ recreation area is right outside elevator exit. The unit was clean and has all the necessities. Having free parking is a plus, because a week of parking would have been $130 for a week.

This is excellently located property. it was neat and clean and very spacious. the Free parking it fanastic if you have a rental car this will allow you to traverse the whole island and have a spot to come back to and not have to worry about parking. Only negative with the parking is not assigned space but it is easy to find a space if it is early in the day. At night you have to drive up to the upper levels. The apart has a nice view of Diamond head and the eastern side of the island. The amenities in the building are nice to they have pool and hot tub. But i think you want to be at the beach since you are here. This place is close to the beach but also several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is not huge but it is comfortable for couples or a small family no more than 4 ppl. There are Laundry facilities on each floor. it is a very nice place the AC worked great .

Stayed here for 5 nights. Minor issues getting into the room (was not programmed with the code given up on entry) and was a tad disappointed with the view not lining up with the pictures (some strategic angles block a huge building taking up a sizable portion of the view of diamond head). Other than that, 5 stars, excellent stay. Great location, LOVED the amenities like beach chairs, cooler, and full kitchen. Would stay here again.

The freezer was making noises and needed repair work, but they acted very quickly to resolve it. The microwave door handle was broken, which they did not inform us in advance. It was only communicated to us when we brought it to their attention. But it was a good stay overall.
