This condo was accurately described in the listing, me and my two kids ages 5 and 3 stayed here for Christmas…it was an easy trip to and from the airport, a quick drive to a kid friendly beach and park down the road, and the view was stunning. We will totally come back!!

We LOVED our time at Lae Nani! The location is ideal with a beautiful view of the pool and beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful coastal path. The property was beautiful and all the neighbors were so friendly. We will absolutely be coming back to this property!

This was a great condo with it’s beautiful beachy furnishings, swimmable beach and restaurants within walking distance. We picked it because it was easy to navigate up to the North Shore or the South Shore via car rental.
I recommend arriving in the daylight as the property sign is dimly lit and challenging to see. We stopped at Coconut Market for directions and they helped us.
Workable Kitchen (bring a bag of ice on your way in), comfortable bed, great shower with high shower head.
It was a peaceful stay with excellent communication from the owner via email whenever we had a question or concern.
There was no stopper in the bathroom sink so be careful with your valuables and not to drop anything down the drain. Also-no pizza cutter but we made it work with kitchen supplies provided.
I would definitely stay here again. The portable air conditioners in the bedroom and living room helped out a lot.

Great location with some amazing sunset views! Beach was steps away, and easily accessible! No a/c but with windows open it made it comfortable. Also, looking like signage around the complex shows work being done to prepare for a/c units.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. As others have said it's really beautiful and well appointed with everything you need. The furnishings and decorations are first rate. The lanai with it's terrific view was a favourite spot to enjoy our meals and just sit and enjoy the scenery. The buildings and garden are lovely and really well maintained. The complex is well situated and convenient to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

This property is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place to stay. Tucked away, quiet, wonderful view, with a beautiful little beach. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is perfect! The bed, couch and living room and deck chairs are all very comfortable and inviting. We were truly impressed with everything and would come back again.

We love it here! This is our second time returning to the same complex. The beautifully landscaped grounds, nice clean pool & deck, security, and location are some of it’s best assets. We rented through Premier Kauai Vacation Rentals, and communication with the property manager was awesome. We left a voicemail and got a very prompt response when we needed additional bedding for the hide-a-bed.

We loved our stay on Kauai. The location was perfect for us - in between the north and south shore. We loved being able to walk to dinner several nights. The unit itself was great - very spacious and plenty of room. The porch was a favorite of ours. It was also nice to have beach chairs we could use throughout the week.

Small gated resort in a great location to access any part of the island. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. About a 3 minute walk down the beach to Lava Lava where we ate a delicious breakfast on the beach most mornings.

We had a great time at this spacious condo. The pool and the beach were very nice and the grounds were well kept. Shopping and food were only a 5 minute walk away, and the beach restaurant next door offered live music. Only thing the condo is missing are some inflatables for the pool, and some beach chairs. Would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo and the complex itself was clean, centrally located, felt private and had a great pool and beach. I would say equidistant to both the north and side side of the island for easy touting. Super close to all the things you need...Groceries, coffee shops shopping, casual and nicer dinners. Overall a great spot!

This condo met all our expectations. It was very clean and had everything you needed including a well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and pool floatys. The pool was wonderful. It had two portable air conditioners that we used at night, but had a good cross breeze during the day to keep it cool enough. The location is great - pretty much central to Poipu and Hanalei, and shopping at Lihue is a short distance away. Would definitely stay again!

next door was the Lava Lava club which we were at daily, very calming area, island is very quiet, too much rain although we found thigs to do each day. Ground was too wet for golf.

We loved our stay here! The views are spectacular. The condo is very clean and well keep. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Windows and the sliding doors on both sides let a cross breeze in with beautiful views of the ocean and landscaping. The balcony is a great size with a table and chairs and two loungers overlooking the pool and ocean. There is an outdoor closet that is filled with all you need for enjoying beach life…It was exceptionally warm when we were there. Still we kept the windows open until late evening and closed up putting on the air conditioning for sleeping. The two air conditioners cooled the whole place down quickly for a great nights sleep. This is a lovely resort, can not recommend it enough. We had a wonderful experience!

Great property BUT on a personal note I don't do humidity well and the AC unit in the main area of the condo is undersized. Front living area gets west sun in the afternoon and it was hard to keep this area below 80 degrees. Other than that it was great.

The view from the large patio was spectacular! The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and had a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of parking, a beautiful pool, and it was really nice to have an umbrella and beach chairs, towels, etc to use. When I thought there was a problem with one of the appliances, Cindy was quick to respond to me. (It turned out to be our mistake!) We definitely hope to stay here again.

Nice condo, exactly as the pictures represent. Nice property, tucked away from the main road, secure and right on the ocean. The landscaping was very nice and well maintained. Everything worked as expected. Property manager communicated everything very well. I would stay here again.
Note: there is no central AC, but there are portable AC units in living area and bedroom and they do the trick. Laundry machines are on the property, not the condo, but there are plenty and they were not busy.

The place was very clean. Had an AC unit in the bedroom and one for the main area. The bedroom stayed nice and cool but the unit for the main area could not keep up but it was comfortable. It was 87 degrees while we were there which is not normal. Kids in the pool can be a little noisy but kids will be kids and it's not all day typically. The beach was great. Lots of good restaurants in the area, some in walking distance. Other just a few miles away. Centrally located so easy to get to the North Shore and to Waimea Canyon. If you have kids they will love the pool and beach. The beach had a rocked off area to let you enjoy the water without waves if you wanted. It also had a big tidal pool.

My husband & I loved our stay at Lae Nani condo 123. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, the condo is clean, spacious and quiet, and you are just steps from the beach. We never had to turn the A/C on in the living room/kitchen area due to the natural breeze. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed from kitchen essentials to towels. There are restaurants ans shops within walking distance. It’s also easy to drive to the north and south sides of the island from this location.

As all of the other reviews have said, this is a wonderful condo to rent. Everything was as it was presented on VRBO. An added treat was the the Tennis/Pickle Ball court. We played every day. We only wish there had been other players to join us. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself. Being near the pool presented a some noisy times which is to be expected..... but had parents been responsible and used their pool time as a teachable moment about being considerate of others it would have been more enjoyable. That might be something the complex could work on....the pool can be enjoyed without screaming at the top of your lungs.

Last minute reservation as we had already been on the island for 4 days and were unhappy with our reserved accommodations. Cindy worked with us and was able to get us in. We are forever grateful as this is a beautiful unit, gorgeous view, and excellent mgmt team! Mahalo for saving our anniversary vacation!
