We stayed in this unit last year and loved it so much, we returned this year! Pretty much everything is open in West Maui (except Lahaina Town). If you are debating on going, GO, and stay here! Everyone was very thankful we were there. All the restaurants have reopened, as well as shops in Whalers Village. We love Napili Point because it’s beautiful, peaceful, and close to the beaches and snorkeling that we love. The unit is clean, comfortable, & perfect for the 2 of us and we love visiting with the owners, John and Mona, who have a unit next door. The pool is right out your door, and many times, we are the only ones in it! Highlights of our trip were golfing at Kapalua Plantation course, Honalua Bay, snorkeling and relaxing at Kapalua Beach (get there before 9am), and enjoying the pool and patio! We will most definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. The snorkeling was amazing in the cove next to the condo. There were big sea turtles and many different types of fish. It was a little more difficult than we thought to get to Napili Beach (rocks or down the main street) but once we got there, it was a nice small beach with good snorkeling. Very quiet and we were impressed with the maintenance and security. They were cleaning the pool each morning and I saw security guards walking around very early in the morning . We would recommend this for a small family and would stay again if we ever make it back to Maui!

This was a really nice place to stay. A truly updated kitchen and bath. Actual utensils you might have at home - some condos stock their kitchens with lower quality items - not here. Thanks for that! The only negative was that the AC unit was in the bedroom, so if you have family sleeping on the sofabed and you want to close the bedroom door, it gets a bit hot in the living room. Fans make it doable, just a comment that might honestly make this place perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here and had everything we needed. So beautiful to wake up to the ocean sounds and see the views from our condo. My husband loved to be able to snorkel right in front and we saw so many turtles. We met so many nice families here and hope to come back someday with our kids and grandchildren. This quiet, very clean condo is perfect for two people and comes equipped with everything you need for a great time in Maui. Owners were nearby at the time and very welcoming and helpful. Condo location within the resort is perfect -- near the small pool and convenient to walk around the resort to the sandy beach on the other side of the point. The photos are accurate. Just bring your swimsuit!

We (family of four with two small kids) enjoyed a week-long stay at this property. We chose it for its relative privacy (end of the row of condos) and spacious grassy area in front for our kids to run around. Laundry in unit was very nice to have. Kitchen is well-appointed. Bathroom space was tight, but not a deal-breaker for us. With older kids this unit may be too small, but our two loved sleeping on the pull out couch. The ability to walk to the beach was great. The kids spent many hours in the pool and we never felt “shushed” by the community even when our kids were rowdy. It’s a great stay.

We loved our stay here. It was just magical. The view is wonderful. Snorkeling the Cove with the Sea Turtles was a highlight. We watched a whale breach from our patio! We loved walking to Napili beach and Kapalua beach and the Kapalua trail is so cool. Short drives to Lahaina were fun for shopping and eating. Loved The Gazebo and Kitchen 5315 restaurants right next door. The bed was comfortable, the shower is awesome. Friendly staff and guests in the complex. Just a spectacular place. Loved having a kitchen and washer dryer. We had breakfast on the patio every morning with the birds, butterflies, dragonflies and that ocean view. So relaxing.

We loved the location of this property. Napili Point is on the beautiful northwest portion of the island with wonderful coastal views, snorkeling with the turtles and tropical fish and great restaurants with out the crowds you find further south. We also love the specific location of this unit tucked in the corner for some
privacy but close to the pool and barbecues if you want them. A27 has been nicely updated and there are lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay feel like home away from home. Highly recommend!

We arrived to a few issues with the property, namely some very unsightly maintenance work going on at the resort in front of the Condo. The Lawned area in front of the Condo was being dug up and the BBQs were out of use.
This was very unsightly and a severe inconvenience. We appreciate Work needs to be done but we had not been advised of this beforehand.
However, after contacting the hosts about this, we were assured they had not known it had been scheduled for this time, and they pushed the resort really hard to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
The turnaround time, after the Host's pressure, was phenomenally quick, especially for Island time! and in a few days, all was resolved and back as it should be. The host's communication throughout was great and we are sure if we had been further convinced they would have done more to put the situation right.
It's sometimes better to have issues to show how good a host is as it's easy to be a good host when things go well, They did everything in their power to ensure events outside their control did not overly affect our stay.
The unit itself is wonderfully equipped and the location is sublime. The end condo with loads of privacy as you reside at the end of a Cul De Sac. Stunning views over the cove and out to Molokai giving the best sunsets and stunning Rainbows in the morning.
The cove is teaming with Turtles and various other marine life and is calm and sheltered in most conditions, although entry is tricky.
We love Napili and stay here often and this unit is one of our favorites we have stayed in due to the position, spacious layout, and excellent amenities.
We had an excellent stay once the issues were resolved and were happy to give a 5-star review as this work is now done so won't affect other guests and the host were really so good about it all.

This was the perfect place for me and my husband. Condo had everything we needed. Quiet, with spectacular views outside our lanai. Grounds are beautiful, and pool was crystal clean.
Internet and cell phone service was a bit week especially further back inside the condo.
Still, the best, most relaxing stay. We will be back! Mahalo!

Napili Point is our favorite property in Maui. We were pleased with this unit, it was clean, comfortable, and with a great view. This time of year we enjoyed watching surfers off the point and of course the turtles in the cove. We were happy to find some extra touches with the pool noodles and beach chairs. Would recommend and look forward to a return trip.

Beautiful week spent in this unit. Patio has amazing views and has an extra second patio which was so nice to use. Since unit is at the end it is very private and quiet. It had everything I needed and the manager resolved an issue with the fan right away. Already booked my next stay here.

Absolutely loved this condo! Close to everything! We loved being near Kapalua for golf, Napili Bay for excellent snorkeling with turtles, Napili Kai resort for the slack key show, great grocery store is 1/2 mile away, Lahaina harbor for the Trilogy catamaran trip to Lanai, and Merriman’s for dinner! We loved that it came stocked with some spices in the pantry. That saves us money. The barbecue grills were great, beach chairs were great, umbrella great, the pool was nice and warm and the view is spectacular. The pull out couch is extremely comfortable and the air conditioning is a definite must in June!! Resort staff is respectful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone headed off to Maui. We will be back!! The location is prime because you get the double patios with extra privacy and quiet. Don’t forget to go next-door for the happy hour half-price appetizers at the bar and $5 mai tais. Oh and get a massage next-door at “Two Palms” inside the water sports rental place. The location was fabulous and provided the most amazing sunsets! Thankfully the weather wasn’t too hot but it was wonderful to step into the condo with AC. The entire condo was comfortable and well equipped. The location provides a lot of privacy which was appreciated. Check in and check out was a breeze. We enjoyed getting to know our neighbors, the owners John and Mona, who are the friendliest people and provided lots of knowledge of the area. We would go back in a heartbeat! The condo was great and you can’t beat the location! Right out front in the bay you can climb down on some rocks (if the tide is lower and there isn’t a large swell ) and snorkel with tons of turtles, and a pretty big variety of fish as well! Right around the corner is Napili Bay, with a sandy beach, perfect for families. There is a market just up the road, and some places to eat as well. There’s also a snorkel shop right next-door to the complex which was handy. The condo itself is clean and has most of the things you need for your stay, with the exclusion of a cooler. With the use of the couch bed, it becomes pretty tight with all the furniture, but a little rearranging and it’s great. We woke up to rainbows every morning, and really enjoyed having two lanais. There is a pool, but our family prefers the ocean, and even though it was a bit windy and rained a lot on and off during our stay, we had the best time! We love this location, and will definitely stay here again. Mahalo!!

Housekeeping comes the 3rd and 7th day, which doesn’t happen at most condos, so nice if you have a family.

Everything we needed was here and then some! Comfy spot for my partner and I to relax in! Loved snorkeling in the bay (although a bit tricky for us older folks to get in and out of the water over the rocks) and it was a few minutes walk only to a gorgeous sand beach. The highlight of our stay was snorkeling each day with the sea turtles. Entry is off the rocks, but the cove is generally sheltered with plenty of interesting areas to explore.

The unit has a great view with 2 lanais and is as described and the photos are accurate. You can't believe the amazing sunsets !
We used the fans and didn't need the air conditioner. I loved hearing and seeing the many birds and the little lizards scampering on the walkways. The grounds are well groomed with many flowering plants. The bed is comfortable and the unit feels spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and would love to come again sometime . Wonderful Vacation !

Every morning was like a dream. Seeing the ocean change colors as the sun rays covered it completely. The tree across the green grass offers a magnificent view of a sunset at the end of each day. There is so much to describe about this incredible unit A-27 and its surroundings. The owners and the management were amazing. Thank you so much for such an incredible vacation. I also want to mention a local car rental Loco Moto Maui. The owner and his wife went out of their way to make this vacation memorable too. I’ll be back. 😎
