We rented this property to participate in the Honolulu Marathon. It was a highly convenient location, situated near the starting point and the Hawaii Convention Center. Moreover, we could easily walk back from the finish line.The property had a sense of age, but it was well-maintained and we were able to stay comfortably.We were able to do laundry and cooking every day, making ourselves at home. We appreciate having had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to use it again in the future.

バケレン3回目です。クヒオ通り、カラカウア通りも散歩圏内で買物、レストラン等にとても便利なうえワイキキの喧騒から離れた静かな環境です。いろいろな条件をクリアした部屋だったのですが、運悪く到着後いきなり洗濯機の故障で使えず、OKが出て洗濯をしたら排水が出来ず床が洪水、夜な夜なタオルで床掃除、終わったのは夜中、翌日また修理でシャワーも浴びれずディナーに行くという災難。テイクアウトで部屋食時も、なぜかワイングラスが2個(サイズ違いの)、バスタブを選んだのに浅いバスタブにお湯が溜まるのに数十分かかり途中で断念、

This property has a lot of potential but it is run down in very simple to fix areas. Futon is very stained, walls are dingy, shower curtain is dirty, landscaping is all dead. The beds were comfortable. The amount of space is great especially the patio. Washer and dryer worked but no laundry soap was left. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes but no basics like salt/pepper coffee filters. We left the ones we bought for the next people. The location was nice the staff, especially valet was great. Check in was easy but the instructions were very hard to read. The air conditioner in the living space did not work well but the one in the bedroom worked well. We were not able to get the tv to work and all instructions in the condo were not written in English. The best part of the property was the patio.

The house is big enough for 4 people, the bedroom is great and closet is big. The bathroom is perfect. About the kitchen: maybe give more silverware could be great, 4 forks are not enough. It should be great found basic things like, oli, salt etc (we have always found in our US home in the past). The house need to be clean more, the flour, the curtains and the sofa were dirty. The big problem in the house were the cockroaches! there were a lot of them in the lanai, and if you left the door open they come inside (we found 5 of them in). The agency made a mess with our payment and they weren't able to call us .. maybe it can be better to have an international phone plan if they do this job.

We rented this place to attend a wedding. The unit is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The private patio is large and overlooks the pool. The pool was refreshing - pool towels available at pool area. We used the valet parking which has in & out privileges ($40/day). Valet staff was very friendly and helpful. The ice maker was a little slow to make ice (make sure to switch it on once you arrive). The ABC mini grocery store is walking distance and open until 10pm. Be prepared to pay a lot for groceries (e.g. $6 for "dollar tree" water 😲). Tap water was actually ok to drink. I took a suitcase full of food, so that helped keep the food cost down. Drapes are missing some hooks as mentioned before, but didn't bother us. There's a lot of extra towels (in drawers) and plenty of drawer space (both beds have drawers underneath). The living room remote control display screen was for the A/C did not show the screen menu, but I Googled a manual and was able to get A/C to come on (not just the fan). I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Loved it!!! 😍

Everything was fantastic! The resort this is located in have very friendly people to answer our touristy questions. The check in process was very simple. The room was exactly what we needed and was very comfortable with many amenities. The porch was such a great additional resources for some privacy and downtime. Even though we were in the middle of a city, we felt like we had our own private experience.

Location is central and convenient. Unit size is huge esp the kitchen and bedroom. A/C was leaking but Lei responded to our concern right away. We just wish the bed frames and drawers can be cleaner or newer. Part of the drapes wasn’t hanged properly because of the lack of some pins. Drapes looked a bit dirty and shabby too. This unit can look perfect with a more modern touch - newer furnitures and drapes changed.

Location was fantastic, easy bus access if you're using it to get around and not a far walk from Waikiki and some great restaurants. Beautiful condo and has an incredible outdoor space with a lot of space to unwind after a day!

The condo is very nice. Two beds (single bedroom), full kitchen, full bath. But the best part is their nice patio in the back. Not a great view but it oversees the pool and the smaller “park” beside the condo. It’s a very busy area. If you like Valet parking - it’s mandatory and you pay those fees as well.

The property was everything we needed for the time we were in Hawaii. It came fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, cleaners, washer dryer (bring your own detergent) pots, pans, silverware etc. The wrap around patio is gorgeous and plenty of privacy. Thanks for providing a comfortable place to call home for 9 days.

What a amazing vacation stay. Easy check-in @ out. All the amenities & more. So much space inside & the balcony could accommodate a large family.
I will most definitely be staying here in the future.
Only downfall was parking, street parking is limited on finding a spot & hours & closest parking garage is $40. A day. Other than that this place is a Fabulous Find!!!

Pros-Great location, decent amenities. Lovely private patio where we ate our breakfast every day.
Cons- not enough towels or bedding. We were a party of three. Only had two hand towels and wash clothes. Also, there was no bedding provided for the pull out sofa bed even though they have an inventory list specifying sheets and blankets for 3 beds. Emailed several times. Was even told via email someone would deliver additional bedding, but they never did. Had to go to Walmart and purchase a sheet, blanket, and additional washcloths. Unresponsive after that.
Not enough glasses even for a party of three.
Dead roach found under the sofa when folded out. Ants on the kitchen counter even though all food was kept in the fridge.
Knobs in shower are broken. You either freeze to death or boil, not possible to set to a comfortable temp.

Great place to stay for a family of four, lots of room and the place was clean. The water pressure in the shower was challenging therefore the kids took baths on the trip. I would recommend and stay again.

Everything was great accept the exterior patio was infested with cockroaches but once we covered the exterior drains etc we were able to keep them away so we ccould enjoy the oversized patio area located right above the swimming pool

The best place to stay. Very well maintain, really beside the park, the birds singing hide the sound of the street who’s on the far right -so for Honolulu this place is the best. Little ants around the kitchen sink, here & there, but if you clean and leave your food in the fridg, it’s fine. Pictures are exactly what it is. wonderful balcony and pool very well maintain. Pool isn’t for young kid who doesn’t know how to swim, the side is 3 feet and middle 6 feet right after the step.

My husband and I went to visit our daughter who is living in Honolulu. We took our other daughter and granddaughter who's almost 2yrs. This place was great! Excellent view, comfortable beds, and spacious enough for us all. Baby loved seeing the ocean, it was just a short walk to the beach, 10-15 min. And we had all the shopping and amenities we needed within walking distance. Great location, will definitely be staying here again if available when we go to visit our oldest daughter again. 😊

This place worked out great. We had 3 nights and 1/2 a day for a jiujitsu tournament. Location was good. The staff was very pleasant. The kitchen and the laundry came in handy. Bring your own seasonings and laundry soap. The kitchen sink is a bit tricky and I would encourage it to be fixed or changed. Someone who isn’t water conscious would walk away without noticing that it needs to be giggled in a way to completely stop the drip. We are very short on water here in Hawaii despite the green landscape and our water table is tapped to the max so I’m very very aware of this and I encourage the owner to please fix it ASAP. The beds were comfortable even though they were soft I love the Lanai the space and size was awesome. Loved to bide toilet. I would totally stay here again if my timeshare is not available in the future. I would also like to see a few extra garbage bags under the kitchen sink.

This was a great location to travel around Oahu. The place was very clean. It was a lot larger than expected. It was perfect for our family of 4. The lanai sat over the pool and had great views of Waikiki. Shopping was within walking distance and when when needed the valets were great to work with and get our car. I would definitely stay here again!

For the price, it’s a good place for small families. The outside patio was great for extra space.
The only downside was the place did have insect issues. We saw three cockroaches when we were there in the bedroom and kitchen. It was raining when we were there, so maybe they were just getting inside from the rain. I did contact the owner about it and they said that they will spray after we left, so maybe this will not be a problem in the future.
Even with that, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a little more space and a nice walk through the park to the beach.

Close to Waikiki Beach, restaurants and ABC store across the street.
There was plenty of room for 4 adults. There's no salt, pepper or spices but we didn't do any cooking.
The patio is private and a large area. There are several flower beds but they were full of weeds.
There is a pool on the property but our room key wouldn't allow us in. It wasn't a big deal because we were leaving the next morning so didn't contact anyone.
We had to kill a cockroach in the middle of the day that was running across the bedroom floor.
The manager was very quick to respond to my questions or concerns.

Pros
-laundry in room very clean and easy to use. Perfect for washing towels every day after the beach!
-Large condo. There were only 2 of us, but it would be very comfortable for 4 people.
-Large bathroom and lots of counter space and drawers.
-Nice, fully equipped kitchen. Useful appliances and a dishwasher!
-Nice, large veranda
-Great air conditioning. 1 in bedroom and 1 in living space.
-Nice light.
-Quiet room.
-Soft beds.
Cons
-Not so new fixtures. Low flow shower head that leaked.
-Not enough shelf space in shower area for bottles of shampoo, etc.
-The beach that is closest to the hotel is small and not as nice as the part of Waikiki closer to the zoo. So we ended up always walking far across Waikiki to get to the better beach.
-Only one valet driver for the parking so sometimes you have to wait for your car.
-We probably could have asked for them to bring another blanket, but they only provided a very thin blanket and had no extras en suite and in the winter we could have used a bit more.
-Small closet.
Not much bad to outweigh the good. If I was going back with my whole family I would still opt to stay on the other side of Waikiki just because of the location. But if it was just me or a young couple, or a very young family, this room is perfect. Check in and check out were very easy.

Great Location in Waikiki and great amenities at Luana. Close to beach, resorts and everything Waikiki. The unit has everything you need with a large lanai overlooking the pool and park. Drawbacks are cost of parking if you desire a car and the lanai houses large & loud ac units on the ocean side. Not enough of an issue to to keep us from coming back & great value.

Check in was easy and location was amazing. The best part of the place was the huge private balcony. This is the main selling point. The place could use updated furnishings. The plants in the balcony could be cleaned up a little bit. There are lots of dead plants. An umbrella for the table outside could be useful too. Overall good value for money.

Great location if you want to be close to everything in Waikiki, but want quiet accommodations. Kitchen was organized well, and my husband loved that the knives were sharp. Nice private lanai for relaxing morning coffee. Really surprised to have a bidet, so that was a nice bonus! Only negative was a lack of outlets in the sleeping area. Would have been nice to plug in cell phone at the bedside.
