Comfortable, washer and dryer combo very convenient and efficient. Outside hose to rinse sand away… plenty of ventilators to keep the house cool. The host responded to our requests. Parking was always available. I would stay here again!!

Property overhaul was beautiful grounds were beautiful. We walk to the edge of the golf course which is a must do for all families who stay there. It is a spectacular view at the edge of the golf course. You can see the whole ocean and it's beautiful the conduit was clean provided plenty of towels. The kitchen was nice I was disappointed because there was no barbecue grill and we did purchase meat and hot dogs and burgers for the kids but. We had to do without. The property the condo overall our stay was A5I loved it. It was clean T v's in the rooms spacious king room good size bathroom plenty of hangers. The washer and dryer all-in-one unit was kind of weird and left my clothes super wrinkled and got way too hot but other than that our. Stay was great communication was great check in check out super easy. I would recommend this place to everyone. Looking for a great location ten minutes from honole bay twelve minutes from our wedding venue

The host was very accommodating when we needed to drop off luggage early before check in. The location was close to Turtle cave and queens bath and we love both of those locations. We loved the sharp knives in the well stocked kitchen. It made it easy to prep food. The fans and windows kept us cool. Overall a great stay!

A wonderful rental condo fitted with all the amenities necessary and more! It was a great home base for us as we explored the island of Kauai throughout the week. Would highly recommend!

The property was as advertised. No complaints. The reviews are accurate so read them. It is an attached condo so you have other guests upstairs in the other unit. Little kids feet running out the guys trip partying till two am. We had both during our eight night stay. It wasn’t terrible just something to be aware of if you are Sensitive. The little people feet were much better than the all night parties.
The condo is well stocked and was perfect for four adults. The location was fun for walking and getting around. It’s very close to a little shopping center so that was nice for groceries and meals. All in all I would definitely stay again and would recommend to couples and families.

Nice, clean condo in the heart of Princeville near the ocean. This place is spacious and well stocked. Everything works, bathrooms are large, beds are comfy, decor was nice. Floor fans really helped cool the place down. Outdoor space was fabulous! I would have preferred a stone countertop in the kitchen, but not a deal breaker in the slightest. Great place overall 👍

Very functional and spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen, Bathrooms well stocked with appliances, towels, utensils, supplies. Ample sports and beach gear provided.
Great location in Princeville, very nice and well maintained landscaping.
Parking was an issue only once. Fans did not cool off the unit adequately.

Lodging is spacious and has a lot of extras for beach and short trips on the island. A couple areas could be improved - the all in one washer/dryer is hard to use and has a very long or broken dry cycle; some dirt and crumbs under and behind furniture;
a few of the kitchen appliances and pieces did not work (2 of 3 blenders) or missing parts. The parking was sometimes a challenge, but we got lucky most days with a close spot. It would be much more comfortable with AC and floor fans that blow more air. The chickens are a little noisy all night long, but that seems to be the norm for Hawaii! Host manager was very helpful to respond to questions and little issues. Even with these shortcomings, the location in Princeville is excellent and a family of 4 had a great time staying in the Kamahana development.

We really enjoyed staying at this property in the Princeville area of Kauai. It's a very convenient, beautiful, and safe location. The home was the perfect size for five people. All the necessary amenities were included. Parking was easy to access and close by. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. We really felt at home here and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had the best time in Kauai! We loved our stay. There was enough room for myself my husband and our two teenagers. We were able to cook our meals as it had everything we needed. The sunsets were breathtaking from the golf course and Sea Lodge beach was a short walk. We will definitely stay again.

It was easy to reserve and check-in. They had a lock box to get in, which was convenient. When we walked in, the place had a musty smell, like there was moisture lingering. I'm not sure if it's the area of the island being more rainy, but it wasn't a great smell. Otherwise, the place was good. It had everything in the kitchen you needed too.
The 2 bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms seemed renovated and new. Each bedroom had 1 bed and the living room had a twin bed there. The sofa bed was locked so we couldnʻt use it as a bed, but someone did have to sleep on the couch itself because there was 4 of us. Just something to consider.
The washer/dryer was an all in one and we had trouble using it. It wouldn't let you just run the dryer and the dryer would leave clothes wet, so it was hard to use.
The Wi-Fi was also incorrect in the messaging we got from the hosts, but we used the info on the router, which worked well.
So it wasn't perfect, but it worked well for us and it was affordable! The north shore of Kauaʻi is gorgeous, and the stars are amazing. There were roosters really loud at 3/4/5am so something to consider. Maybe bring some earplugs if that would bother you :)

For the most part, awesome place, very nice and the property management company quickly addressed some minor issues. Only issues we had during the stay: roosters crowing and ants. An exterminator did spray while we were there so hopefully that is now under control, and the roosters are a big problem all over the island... not just here.

It was a very enjoyable place to stay close to many beaches and hikes. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the house itself felt nice and roomy. The only suggestion I would have for the kitchen is to have ice cube makers in the freezer.
The first day we were there, we felt the need to run the sweeper thru the house to pick up lots of sand and dirt but other than that, it was clean. We would stay there again. Thank you for allowing us to call your place our home while in Kauai.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and well stocked with linens, dishes, etc. with nice bathrooms, kitchen and bed rooms. The items that should be addressed for future guests include: screen door in bedroom is stuck so it's difficult to open/close the sliding door. In the dining area, there is a small refrigerator that does not work (at least it would not turn on for us) so it takes up space. The fan in that area didn't seem to work either. It took a long time to get hot or even warm water running in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pull out bed was padlocked for some reason. It's a quiet neighborhood but the neighbor upstairs played his TV pretty loud some nights, and the roosters are too common and noisy for an exclusive housing development.

Conveniently located near family’s vacation home. Appreciated the beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards etc. Everything was as described. Would have appreciated a few more fans... it was quite hot when we got back to condo after being out all day. Written checkout instructions and recommendations Re: area would have been appreciated. Would stay here again.
