Come and relax after a long day on the beach or exploring the natural beauty of the North Shore. The condo has a king bed in the primary bedroom with a window air conditioner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with Spectrum cable access, black out curtains and a full bathroom.
Down the hall there is another full bath with bathtub for the kiddos after beach cleanup. This leads to a lovely open family area with kitchen, living room and dining table and sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook dinners at home or just at your backdoor is one of the best restaurants on property. In the living room you also have a full-sized sofa sleeper, flat screen TV with Spectrum cable access, and a powerful split air conditioner.
The spacious loft space upstairs includes two queen beds, half bath, comfy seating area, large closet and a powerful split air conditioner.
There is a washer/dryer in each condo with a small supply of complementary laundry soap. Every condo is fully stocked with linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. We have all your kitchen needs such as a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, rice cooker, etc. ready for you to cook at home. One off street, designated parking space is included and you will have access to one guest spot as well.
Within the condo complex you have access to three heated pools all with tables, chairs, lounges and charcoal BBQ grills. Grab your favorite fresh fish from the harbor and some Kahuku sweet corn from the farm stand around the corner and you are set! Complementary tennis courts, pickleball courts and a basketball net are all on property for your use as well.
Just a short distance, about ¼ mile from the condo complex you will find the beautiful Fazio Golf Course at Turtle Bay Resort, public access beaches, and several fantastic restaurants. You can book surf lessons, horseback riding or helicopter tours all at Turtle Bay Resort.
10-minute drive to Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Valley and Shark’s Cove.
20-minute drive to the town of Hale’iwa where you can find great restaurants, shopping and adventure tours like shark ours, jet-ski rentals, and scuba diving.

Overall the place was great, had everything we needed for our family of 5. The only 2 downsides were the upstairs mattress smelled and when we stripped the sheets many large pee stains were revealed. I suggest a new mattresses and a plastic cover! The other downside is being so close to the road and the cart barn- both created a lot of noise early in the morning.

This property has everything needed to have a wonderful stay on the North Shore. Property was very clean, functional and well appointed (might upgrade the couch/add seating in the living room). The Turtle Bay resort (10 minute walk) is beautiful and most amenities are available to rental guests. General location is great. Easy check-in and check-out. 100% would come back.

The condo was clean and did have all the basics. It was however run down and in need of some repairs and painting. The master shower leaked. The couch was sunk in and uncomfortable to sit on. Overall it was clean and felt safe. Have been told that it was equal to value we paid based on opinion of someone who lives on the island.

Here for daughters wedding. A note on the counter of the unit informed us that the kitchen/common area A/C wasn’t working. Sorry. Killed cockroaches every night. Besides the wait in road construction that almost proved disastrous, sweating in wedding attire was an absolute aggravation.

We loved our stay. We did have our grand-baby with us and the stairs would not be ideal for young children or someone with an infant but there’s a master down stairs so that definitely worked for us! The beaches are very accessible and fun activities. The property was clean, organized, and well ran. Thank you all for a beautiful and fun stay!

PROS: Very clean, great location, safe community, well supplied kitchen. Clothes drying rack on porch great for swim suits. Swimming pools were great also. Don't hear noise from other units.
CONS: For light sleepers, early road noise heard in master bedroom. Recommend ear plugs or run the fan all night.
Dishwasher, washing machine and half of the stovetop burners were not working when we arrived. These issues were known to management, but we were not notified in advance. Nicole was able to get stovetop repaired during our stay. But we ended up hand washing dishes for 8 people during our weeklong vacation. We were given limited washing machine use at another location for two days. I understand current supply shortages might have contributed to the dishwasher repair. Of course, broken appliances is not a long-term issue. I think this was an unusual situation. We were not offered a discount when listed appliances were not available. Nicole went out of her way to help us as much as she could.
It's a great place, early morning traffic and appliances not repaired made our stay less comfortable.

The unit was great and the location was walking distance to the beach. It was a good unit far away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. It fit my family of 8, though it was a bit crowded. 6 would have comfortable space. If you have small kids, the stairs might be unnerving. The balusters were like 12" apart! Everything else was good to great.

This was a great spot. Easy walk to the beach. Snorkeling there was great in the mornings. Pools are nice for a quick dip to cool off. Condo had all the basics we needed. Plus towels and beach chairs. Air conditioner and fans kept us nice and cool. We had a great time. Thanks!!
